Terrible experience at this hotel. I got 2 windows broken in. They didn’t do anything about it . I have to do a police report and nothing got done . They need to have more security at this place I never stayed at this place anymore.

The staff was friendly I liked that we could park check-in and then go and eat at Chick-fil-A. It was minutes away from the park which was perfect not only that but I was able to go to the grocery store to purchase things that I needed. I really enjoy that there was an on-site laundromat. As well as a pool we utilized all of the amenities that were there. If we had more time we definitely would have utilized the gym on site. Overall this experience was positive and I would definitely go back! The staff went above and beyond we're super friendly and so helpful in every way! The room itself was perfect! It was spacious and just what we needed!!

Service and check in were great. Room was clean, checked all the boxes. Parking lot is well lit and didn’t worry about anything. Only thing that would keep from 5 stars is bath and shower needed a little touch up. But excellent for the money and would stay here again.

The pool was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was there was never anyone at the front desk when you had a question. When you request for your room to be serviced, it takes them a very long time to respond. They don’t have a quarter machine for the washing machine either. You have to purchase a $10 roll of quarters from the front desk. They only have one ice machine. I would stay here again. The location is great. Tons of food places nearby and a CVS.

A terrible experience!! Horrible. Someone broke our car window during the night and no one was responsible. And 6 more cars on the same night!!! Terrible service, and no one was responsible in the hotel,and they didn't want to show us the security cameras either. A very insecure place, full of homeless. The girl who was there didn't help us at all, and the manager didn't give us any answer. Of course we won't stay the other night we had paid for and we won't ever be back. I never recommend them!!!

We stayed for the BottleRock Festival. We’ve stayed here several times and find it reasonably priced, fairly close and quiet….until now. We woke up to find 2 mini vans right in the front of the hotel with their windows smashed. It made me worry the whole rest of the trip about my car.

I found a strand of hair on the towel when I came in. I asked for a different towel at the front desk and she was happy to give me another one. Then I saw another strand of hair on the bed. We were too tired to change a different room. Anyway, the room was not bad. The price was reasonable. The customer service was good. Breakfast: waffles, cereals, yogurts, juices and coffee. No eggs or sausages There is not enough air circulation in the dinning room.

The breakfast was of poor quality, and it was disappointing to see that even basic coffee wasn’t served in a proper cup. The hotel feels very dated, and the carpets throughout the building looked dirty and in need of a deep clean. Would not return unless major updates are made.

We were checked into a dirty room. We requested bathroom to be cleaned and fresh towels. One bed had a huge wet spot, and bed spreads were so dirty. The handle to get out of the room was so dirty I cleaned it with my supplies. They have no one to tend to these duties when requested. I was made to bag the dirty towels up and take them down to the office to get fresh ones. We will not be staying here ever again… oh and the manager works 2 hours a day M-F per the front office gal that’s worked there since 2023.

Dirty floor, hallways. Smelled like marijuana. Bed was clean and comfortable. Required earplugs to sleep. Noisy hallways late in evening. Phone flashed all the time but no messages. Netflix on menu but staff said it had never worked. Only exit through front office, all others alarmed. Bathroom and bedding were clean.

Wear socks or slippers!! The floor was filthy and after taking a shower and walking the unit a few times I needed to wash my feet again! Gross.

The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. The room was mostly clean, but floors could have used an extra sweep. The stay was quiet, and the hotel staff was friendly, and courteous. The main complaint I have is concerning the breakfast, as there was only a very limited number of options. Waffles, yogurt, cereal, and oranges. This was very disappointing as it does not reflect what they have advertised on their photos. Plus, everyone has to wait for a waffle iron. It did not create a very good breakfast experience. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

This place was just okay. The exterior seemed decent, okay area, literally a 5 minute drive and you're parking at Discovery Kingdom. The rooms were okay, but our room had a must smell and the bathtub base was cracked. I had booked a block of rooms for my family and had to place a $200 deposit per room, so my credit card was charged up! Sad that the hotel has to do that but given the area, it's probably necessary. The morning "continental" breakfast leaves much to desire as there was very little offered. Vallejo suffers from the same consequences as the rest of the Bay Area liberal ideals so it's dirty, lots of homeless and I don't feel safe. Truly sad as we used to really enjoy visiting the area and theme park. All said, it was an okay place to stay.

Convenient to restaurants, stores, freeways. All front desk people were awesome! Leaking tub spout got fixed right away. Would definetly stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Check in was the worst took way to long. Got no info from the desk clerk was not told what room I was in or where my room was at was told nothing about the breakfast. She did not seem to know anything and they other employee there seemed to be training her but she was just sitting there doing nothing

The room was clean. The check in process took 40 minutes & I was charged an additional $200 that was not listed anywhere in advance. The $200 is to be refunded. The room was very hot and took a long time to cool down. The manager said although we had all these problems, he was unable to do anything about the cost of the room because it was booked through Expedia.

I travel a lot and I have stayed in beautiful, renowned hotels and they have never taken a $200 deposit from my card at this hotel. That was the amount they took from the deposit outside. It is very pretty, but inside the attention is the worst. I asked for towels, they made me have to bring an ugly towel that they had given me, by the way, a small one doesn't look like it's a towel to dry a person, rather, it looks like a mop.

Requested room service twice for clean towels and trashed was told we were added to the list but never happened had to go get our own towels from front desk and trash bags also gad to go request toiletries to restock our room. The floors in room were sticky and room was musty smelling no matter where we set ac. Breakfast wasnt bad but not much offered, waffles cereal and yogurt was all.

Check in was fine. It went down hill after the i enter the room. No Air Condition, sheets were dirty, smell of room was odd and services to address this situation "0". Tomorrow! I was informed by the receptionist in reference to Breakfast and yet she came late, and didn\'t open until 7:00 am. I have had good service over the years with your chain of hotel. It was too hot, too little to late.

The rudest staff I’ve ever experienced in my whole life were not helpful at all they seem like they hate their life’s multiple employees hung up on us when I was just trying to confirm my room after Expedia gave us a room that they didn’t even have wasted 100$ on this room that I didn’t even stay in hateful environment look at the reviews roaches and dirty towels disgusting

The location is good. Restaurants, Costco is near the area. One thing I don’t like is my room was at the end of the hallway. I requested to change to a different room but was unable. I was very disappointed that my request was denied. Other than this disappointment, everything was good.

Took kids to go to Six flags and to NHRA races. Place is decent to rest. Pool was good for kids. Place is clean. It’s a good basic place. Nothing fancy. Close proximity to attractions.

My friend and i came here on short notice because our other hotel plans fell through. The hotel itself was very clean and so was the room, there was a faint smell in the hotel room but we left the window open and it faded after the first night. The staff weren’t the nicest people but they weren’t rude or unaccommodating. The hotel is right across the street for sooo many stores and restaurants! It was awesome. Overall, this was a good choice.

Only real complaint was the breakfast. Options were waffles, yogurt, apples and 2 sugary cereals. Waffle batter was too thin. Still gooey inside, after the timer went off. Only 2 choices of yogurt and 4th day of stay 1 choice was all outdated.

I had a nice, clean, comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and respectful. Breakfast was good: waffles, OJ, cereal, yogurt...simple but plentiful. My only critique would be I wish the room door closed more tightly to the frame but I felt safe nonetheless. I would recommend staying here.

OK price point for the area near Napa, CA. The "breakfast included" description is a bit misleading based on photos on website and links. There were no fruits, no juice, no sausage, no granola bars. Essentially a stripped down breakfast with coffee, waffles and cereal. Hallways had a chemical-like odor. Front desk staff was excellent though.
