Everything. Room was a disaster. Holes in walls. Mice running in and out of rooms or between room. Paint and plaster peeling. Claimed pets stay free but had sign posted showing charges for certain pets

Rooms was missing smoke detector,toilet seat burnt from cigarettes,ceiling sprinklers broken and wrapped with plastic bag,broken missing lock on door, floors dirty, broken chair missing a wheel.
