Comfort Suites Victorville-Hesperia

4/25/2025. A very enjoyable stay. The staff and the rooms were a great value. The breakfast was better than expected. The only issue was parking, very little in front where the vehicle could be seen, otherwise you have to park on the side of the building where it is no loner visible. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area. Hg

The room has no view because of a neighboring white wall. The receptionist seems unhappy with the poor service. Parking is limited since trucks are parked there.

Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was great when requested. Great pool and sauna. Close to some very good amenities. Would definitely recommend for Victorville

Liked the facilities offered like gym and pool - a clean room with not any problem to be comfortable and have the needs I have met.

Nice pool and hot tub. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at check in.

I didn’t like that we had to park on the street because the lot was filled.

Hot tub was great. Pool area was very nice. The breakfast wasn’t up to typical standard. And the coffee was not good. Having to be asked your room number before entering the breakfast area was a little absurd. And then being asked again when you go to get a yogurt and then again for more coffee was really to much.

Internet was difficult to log on to. Neither the desk clerk nor manager could help. I called the tech support number & was given a code. This is unnecessary! This happens to me at all Comfort Inns. I now do my best to avoid them.

Clean, Great service..the parking lot is full of random sketchy people..they need security.

Place was dirty and they tried to charge me even though I declined the stay due to it not meeting my satisfaction

Very clean, spacious room and an amazing staff.

I really wasn’t in my room, but the smell of weed was bad… when we got in… people coming in and out the rooms loud in the hall way… it was hard to sleep.

Everyone was so nice since we arrived. If anything was dirty in the common areas, 5 min later it was cleaned.

Young gentleman that checked man was very sweet, professional and informative, place was clean.. had no problem’s I will be staying there on my next trip.

I found hair on the bedding when entering the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on a board. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor making it hard to see. The toilet seat had dried up urine underneath that I had to clean. The staff was very friendly aside from the above.

The hotel had easy access to the freeway. The desk staff was very professional and friendly. The air conditioner in my room was very temperamental. It only cooled if it was left in "fan always on". Unfortunately, the fan made a funny sound. Also, the dead bolt on the door would not engage.

This is a nice Hotel that is very clean and the staff is very nice. We had an issue with streaming from our devices to the TV and unfortunately the staff at the time we called, could not help due to now knowing as much about Apple products vs. Android. Come to find out when we checked out, there were specific instructions in a drawer next to our bed, but no one shared that with us.....

Nice hotel close to several fast food places and with large rooms. The room was clean, with new furniture and not worn out like many of the box-chain hotels in smaller towns. The breakfast looked basic but was hot. Check-in was easy. A nice basic hotel in Victorville with lots of room if you are traveling with kids. My only complaint. About 11:30 PM there was some really loud music next to me. The walls are pretty thin but the hotel wasn't that busy. About 15 minutes later it stopped, so no big deal. But it did make me think if the hotel was busy, you could probably hear everything in the rooms around you.

We have stayed here several times. It is a good clean and quiet hotel. There is plenty of places to eat nearby. The mattresses are a little firm for my comfort.

The hotel was in a very sketchy area, had limited parking around the hotel. Our room was extremely noisy as the window faced the Freeway. The bed was too firm for me & kind of lumpy. The room was very dark and the color scheme was also darker colors, so it was kind of depressing. The breakfast was OK & the staff seemed friendly.

It was a very nice and clean hotel stay! The best part was the quietness at night and the amazing breakfast early in the morning. The counter person was absolutely nice and very helpful! The breakfast staff was very nice and efficient. We had an excellent stay. The only complain i have is the the bed seemed to be old and uncomfortable. But the cold ac helped me sleep.

The property did not look the most inviting but I booked a 2 night stay because of the good reviews online. Check in was very easy and they werepolite and helpful. The room was cute with a large comfortable king bed and a roomy bathroom. A little noisy from outside traffic but would definitely stay there again.

The staff were always smiling, friendly, & accommodating. When crossing paths with a group of staff members they all smiled & said hello or good morning. At first I did not know they were talking to me, but when I realized they were addressing me, I felt all warm & fuzzy inside. They were genuine in their greetings. Of course I turned around with a big smile & replied, "Oh, thank you. Have a good day, guys!" Also, there was a gentleman... I think his name was Thomas. He helped my husband make the reservation for me & made sure a first floor room with a bath tub & near the breakfast area was reserved for me. He was also kind & helped me bring my stuff into my room. You see, I am disabled. Oh, when my husband told me that it is okay for me to stay another night to rest after a long weekend visiting & helping my mom, a kind lady extended my stay. They also allowed me a half hour late checkout with no extra fee. It takes me a while to get things done. Oh, a front desk rep offered to help me get ice. The ladies who work in the breakfast area were also very pleasant. They kept the food coming and the area clean. There was a good assortment of breakfast item from cereal to bacon & eggs. Let's not forget the do it yourself waffles! Yum! BTW... I loved the room I was in! It was perfect! Clean & tighty with a safe if needed! Thank you housekeeping. Whenever we or I come to visit mom, we will definitely stay here. You are our go-to hotel! Thank you, Marlena Bevis & Phillip Cooper

My room was by the fitness center and a customer was in there very early in the morning making a lot of noise. I checked in late at night and the person upstairs was extremely loud. You can hear everything from our room. I told the front desk and they did nothing about it. Not satisfied at all. I did not get a good night sleep. The beds need to be updated as well. We can feel all the spring on your body.

I requested an early check in , and that was not available, i was not informed proior to getting to the hotel, i jad to sit in my car for 2 and a half hours until i was able to check in

Room service is before 10am so if you wake up late and need the room clean you have to wait until the next day. Also there isn’t a maintenance worker available at all time so if your toilet or other issues you have in your room after hours occurs, than you have to be a plumber yourself. They are nice enough to give you tools to fix issues yourself with you room at the front desk if an issue happens

Our stay was great! The property was very clean, and check-in was quick and easy. Timothy’s customer service really stood out—he was polite, informative, and made everything feel effortless.

I am very impressed with the employees. They were all very nice, helpful and smiling! They are the reason i would highly recommend this hotel!

Called the front desk to let them know that I will be coming in checking in very very late and they were very, very easy and nice and very accommodating to my needs. Check-in was less than 5 minutes and we were up on our way to our rooms

Great place to stay.. the hotel was super clean and the staff was very accommodating. I went down stairs early and had a nice breakfast and decided to go back to the room and sleep a bit longer. They were very kind and told me I could have an extra hour past checkout time. I look forward to returning...

Other than some noise from near by freeway this was a great place to stay. I definitely will consider going back if I’m in the area again.

Easy access to highway, shopping and easy to find

In town for a friend's gathering. The Comfort Suites was centrally located. Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean and quiet place. Highly recommended.

I loved the facility. There are a couple small details. The pool area doesn't keep any clean towels, which is a first I have ever seen. The diner is small, and you cant take food out of the dining area, so we had to stand awkwardly waiting for someone to finish to grab the table, so you might want to be up and ready as soon as the breakfazt bar opens. Otherwise, we really enjoed our stay. Very clean and luggage carts were readily available.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was yummy and the staff enured the eating area was well stocked and kept clean.

Everything was great, cleanliness, staff, convenience etc. but they only allow two people per room for breakfast so if you have 3-4 people per room you are SOL. Not sure if could pay additional or not but we were there bc of work. You can always give out free coffee as it’s not gonna cost much more. Other Comfort Inn doesn’t limit you.
