Great facilities excellent suite type room . Eateries and Walmart within walking distance. Could not fault it. Only sad that it was just an overnight stop on way to Vegas.

The Jacuzzi in the room did not work

TESLA EV charging station immediately adjacent to property and dining. Very convenient.

Unfortunately the fitness and business center were unavailable during my stay

The pool looked dirty. It has a green tinge to it. Also, the area around the pool is in disrepair.

We were able to enjoy our breakfast outside under a tree with artificial grass so it wasn’t dusty or brown. There was a fence to block out noise and ugly sites. There were several options for fun for the kids - basketball, miniature golf (one hole) and pool. It was a lovely oasis in the midst of a busy shopping area.

Was disappointed that the pool was not heated, other than that everything was great!

Our room had nice space but a lot of knicks in the furniture. And truthfully isn't that what people pay a deposit for so if they abuse things they can get replaced. The pool was very dirty. Literally had poop in it. So we weren't able to use. We know that is not there fault that that was some sick individuals but then the pool should have been out of service. Also other then the poop the pool was very dirty.

Staff was great! Hotel room- the AC kept going out but the room was clean. They have pool but was closed down which they should have let us know before hand . They definitely have a bug problem outside its only at night . There is homeless all around the hotel didn't make us feel very safe with our car. The hotel needs some updating. But i will definitely say the staff was friendly an helpful. The area is convenient.

I think this property needs some renovation, it was clean but had a bit of an old smell like if it needs a good dust/vacuum but other than that sheets and towels and everything else was clean.

Sofa bed had a bad smell. Old mattress on sofa bed. Air conditioner was noisy.

Never again. You'd think because it was nice it would be clean. No, there was a dead roach in the bathroom, one crawling out the light socket and when we were leaving one crawling along the base board. We didnt eat breakfast there, roaches in the room, roaches in the kitchen.

The rooms are dirty and outdated. The bathroom has broken tiles. The air conditioner did not work. You represent them like they’re a good business.

This place was great, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options available. The room was pretty good minus the floors. The carpet was extremely dirty, it was vacuumed but definitely hadn't been shampooed probably ever. The carpet turned my socks black. My only gripe or negative experience would be that, everything else was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

They take 100$ deposit presumably for damages to the room and when we get to the room it already has damage. Air conditioners falling apart with on piece sitting on top. Blinds difficult to open and even worse to shut. Toilet seat loose. No bars of any kind in shower and corner shelf missing. Questionable anti slip in tub no mat provided. Mildew in shower caulking. Fan light doesn’t work and neither does the speed control for the fan, Despite asking for the room to be serviced both at check in and in the morning, it was not provided. Overall not satisfied and won’t be back.

Constant noise in the hallway. Tile floor roller suitcases not a good combo. People coming and going and talking loudly at all hours.

Decent sized room that had a sofa in addition to the king bed. There was a microwave and small refrigerator. The sink, counter, and mirror were outside the bathroom which makes things much more efficient when two people are trying to get ready in the morning. The free breakfast was better than expected. The dining room was large enough to accommodate a busy breakfast time. Not a made to order breakfast, but enough options to satisfy most guests. The staff was friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. We’ve stayed here a number of times before - always as an overnight stop on the way to and from a favorite destination. We’ll be back.

It was good, for the price there should be black out curtains and plug in for charging things, not just plugs

The bed was the most comfortable. Room needs new sofa. Outdated and does not look clean. Had to call to get housekeeping to clean my room. That was the worst part of my stay.

Enjoyed the room, its a little out dated, but was very clean, just well used.

The climate control in my room didn't work. Someone came up to try and fix it but they were unable to. Made for an uncomfortable stay

I couldn't figure out why it was so noisy throughout the night, until I noticed the window was open by some reason... I closed the window, yet the screen wouldn't go down. It was all chewed up...

Average experience. Surprised by overall good ratings for this hotel. Bad shower head got water all over the floor. Very outdated room. Blind misfitted for the window. Bed good, quiet area.

Outdated but large room. I didn’t feel safe outside but my husband did. Nextdoor to WalMart.

Poor staff service, I stayed here 7/10 to 7/11 and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The front desk worker his name was Jose I believe, He made my stay there horrible. Very rude and unprofessional will not be staying here again.

Front desk informed us that their system was down, but she already had our paperwork printed and checked us in quickly. Sure was well prepared and was awesome!

I reserved a room here to attend a family members funeral. After driving many hours of driving, I checked in. When I walked into my room, I quickly learned that I was given the incorrect room key. I walked in to someone else's room. These guests here did not find out because I closed the door seconds after seeing their open luggages and personal items laying around the room. I laughed it out and went straight to receptionist to notify of her mistake. But, it turns out that the receptionist's had switched shifts and a new one was in. I found out because after telling the receptionist of their mistake, she replied with anger. I asked her why she was so angry after I told her of this mistake. She said that it wasn't her fault.I told her that that was irrelevant to me because my concern was to get the correct key. The problem here was not the mistake made, but intead. The problem is the way it was handled. The service this receptionist provided was unlike any other. It was her terrible service that stood out to me. If I wasn't in such a hurry to make it to the funeral, I would've checked out to find another place to stay. I'm sorry if she was having a bad day, but that's not an excuse to mistreat others. I will never come back to this place. I also made sure to mention this to the rest of my many relatives coming from out if state and looking for a place to stay.

Best thing about this property is the staff! They are so kind, friendly and cheerful. Hotel is in a great location to shopping and restaurants.

Best Hotel Stay in Victorville in years! Staff was amazing - kind and friendly, remembered my name from checking in when we came back from dinner. The gentleman that checked us out the next morning was just as friendly and kind even though it was 5:00 AM. Will definitely be staying there for the rest of our trips this year (we go once a month for six months out of the year for racing). Hotel was clean, room was spacious, and the staff was top notch!

Never was able to stay there. We showed up, but they informed us that their computer system was down and we couldn't check in. Had to hurriedly make last minute arrangements. Don't use them...

Great staff, great location for restaurants, and super close to the freeway for transportation

We got last minute reservations. While checking in receptionist Jennifer was very nice and welcoming. She asked my husband, “what brings u into town?” He then explains. She showed compassion towards our situation. That meant a lot to us because nowadays, compassion is rare! Thank u Jennifer! Ur compassion went a long way and it meant a lot to my husband & I <3

This hotel is close to the freeway and is centrally located, by a handful of restaurants, Starbucks and Walmart, all in short walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean and beds clean and comfortable. This was a nice relaxing stay.

Property itself was very clean but there are a lot of homeless people in the area. This area has a lot of businesses nearby but i wouldn't have felt safe walking on my own.IMO.

Was concerned about the safety in the area, but it’s quiet here and very clean outside. Room is nice and large. Just doing an overnight moving stop.

Well priced, responsive staff, clean areas, good amenities and breakfast. Close to the freeway and many stores. Area is slightly unsafe especially at night, but is among the safer picks in the high desert.

Booked this place because they provided breakfast. Without prior warning, breakfast room was closed due to an “emergency”. Therefore I asked for a price adjustment. I was told it would only be for $6 (coffee alone elsewhere was $5) and I have to go through you.

Very clean- The area was quiet the whole time. The bed was comfortable. They offered plenty shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The employees were friendly and the parking excellent. Breakfast was amazing

Expedia doubled booked my room. At least that’s what the hotel said. Breakfast was decent however it could definitely use a deep cleaning. The entire place!
