Lobby seemed to be under construction, in addition to the bathroom in room. Room was ok- tub and potty room needed some work. Had everything we needed for our quick overnight. Starbucks next door was a nice surprise.

Pretty typical motel. Maybe more above average. Well kept for the most part. Lobby was mostly unusable due to construction. Beds were not that great in my opinion. Location was really good though. Lots of amenities nearby and close to ole miss.

Somehwat clean. Friendly staff. Could use some updating. Internet misleading on outside premises. Pool closed and broken down pool furniture. Needs to be cleaned up majorly outside. Arthur was great. There was a slight problem with a guest getting loud when we were checking in. (Football weekend) He handled it very promptly and professionally and he has excellent costumer service skills. Room was clean and comfy. The only complaint was the ice machine was not working. Starbucks was right next door.

I would not recommend staying at the Oxford Hotel. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The bathroom had visible urine stains from the previous guest, proving it had not been properly cleaned. The shower and tub were in such a filthy state that my wife and daughter refused to use them. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The entrance ceiling had what looked like splattered ketchup, and there were stains all over the curtains and walls. It was shocking to see such a lack of maintenance and attention to hygiene. I took several photos because the state of the room was simply unbelievable. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere—there is a Hampton Inn right across the street that is likely a far better option. Save yourself the disappointment and discomfort.

Our room had a STRONG smell of cigarettes & possibly even weed. The comforters had burn holes in them, I’m assuming from the cigarettes. The pillow cases had stains on them. Overall just an uneasy stay. Would not recommend.

The view was the highway which I heard all night long the room was pretty dirty including bathroom someone else’s soap was left there on the tub the worst part was the remote didn’t work and it wasn’t the batteries I had to get up to change the channel only reason I stayed twice was because she called my room at 10:56 am checkout was 11 and I was on a business trip so I wouldn’t of had enough time to go and pack it up and leave it clean so it’ was another night I chose to stay.

DO NOT stay at this run down dump. Rated as 8.2 but 0.2 would bee generous. Obvious that management is faking the reviews. When we checked in a homeless person was being evicted. there was filth on the walls and floors dirty carpets and upholstery.

Price was half of other chains, due to football game. 240 compared to 520 and up, some were 699....it was clean, new beds and pillows.Linens were fresh and clean. Overall stay was good. Stayed 1 night room was decent and cleaned. Even sofa bed had a new sealed mattress on it for my kid to sleep on. The people we talked to at the front desk where nice and friendly. The night girl was also helpful when we talked to her. As it's said on other reviews the breakfast is lacking much of anything so don't expect nothing there really. That's about the only complaint we had to be honest. Would stay there again if available.

First time to stay at this location. The man that checked me in was very professional and courteous. I had no problems at all and felt safe the whole time traveling alone. It was a little high priced for what it was but I was comfortable. I would consider booking again.

Receptionist was rude and in no uniform, she was in ripped jeans and old dirty shirt. loud, door would not shut all the way. People above us walked around their room all night making loud noises. Breakfast was a joke at best. We got there 30 min after it was to start and it wasn't even set up yet. We had to shout hello be for a guy came out sevel minutes later. The guy told us they had waffles in fridge. But they where all frozen staked on top of each other with no way to get them broke apart without using hands. No juices, bread or any other type of eddibe food. Worse hotel we have ever stayed in. I give a big thumbs down. Below 0

2 of 3 times i have stayed at this hotel,i didn't get the room i reserved...I dont know what the problem is,but if i book a king room,i expect a ki g room to be waiting when i get there....my medical problems require me to sllep in a bigger bed if i am to sleep in the same bed as my wife..cant cancel booking once i get there or it will charge me a fee,so 2 times we have had to sleep in different beds..not happy and will not stay here again...

Great stay. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures of the hotel so I was a little caught off guard with the looks from the outside, but the rooms were great and very clean! I already have this hotel booked in a few weeks. It is definitely worth the price and close to all the restaurants and shopping!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is close to the University. Other than that, the condition of the property is terrible. Our smoke alarm was dangling by the wires. The bathroom vent had no cover. The shower handrail had mold around it. And the breakfast was nonexistent. Luckily, there is a Starbucks next door!

This hotel is in a fabulous location for the University. We seen Morgan Wallen at the college and was able to walk the 2 miles to get there. Other than that, for $300 a night, I would check other hotels in the area. Do not expect anything for the continental breakfast other than a waffle or a bowl of cereal. Overall disappointed for the price.

Friendly guy named Arthur checked us in. Drinks and snacks available in lobby for $1 each. Room large with two queen beds and a desk, dresser, oversized nightstand, and arm chair with ottoman. Bathroom sink gushed and sprayed water if faucet turned on more than a tiny bit. But plenty of hot water. A few towels stained so we didn’t use them. But overall, a bargain, great location, and very comfortable hotel for the price. Paid more for one in NC the night before that was not as nice. Had a fridge and microwave, is next door to a Starbucks, and very close to Ole Miss campus.

The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was nice. The service was ok. We arrived late around midnight the deck clerk came right to the window after the 2nd call. The room door was wide open and a little smelly, like old water once we closed the door and turned on the heat it went away. I was mainly disappointed with the Breakfast, the website said it was a full breakfast bar, all they had was cereal, waffles, yogurt, bananas, juice, and coffee. No protein at all. I picked this hotel because of the breakfast bar and we had to get up earlier to go by it and we stayed 25 minutes away from our destination for a good breakfast on site. If I knew it would be so minimal I would have stayed closer so eating out would not have been rushed. Oh, and the sheets had blood stains on them, not too big up enough that made me remember it.

The nightly rate was good due to getting a discount through Expedia. That was a good thing due to the poor amenities. I definitely would not want to pay what they advertised on their site. I left a day earlier then expected and they would not give me credit for the extra day I paid upfront. Front desk staff were nice but not very informative. The breakfast they say is included consisted of dry fruit loop cereal and no milk. I only saw creamer available. Orange juice and cereal bars were the only other things I saw out on the counter. Complete joke. I saw a note on the door saying drink machines were in the lobby but I couldn't find it everywhere I looked. Plus if you want one at night you will be out of luck due to the locked door. My room had a drawer that wouldn't stay closed. Air conditioner wouldn't go lower than 61 so if you like it cold to sleep better bring a fan. It was decent enough to stay in since I was just in there to sleep but I would not want to pay more for what you get for sure.

Somehwat clean. Friendly staff. Could use some updating. Internet misleading on outside premises. Pool closed and broken down pool furniture. Needs to be cleaned up majorly outside. Breakfast? Laugh out loud! The free breakfast was only cereal. No bread, pastries, muffins, proteins (eggs or otherwise). No fruit, yogurt. There was watered down orange juice and a green colored cereal. This was absolutely the worst breakfast I have ever seen at a motel/hotel. The bed was not comfortable and had a dip in the mattress where people sit on the edge of the bed. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Receptionist was rude and in no uniform, she was in ripped jeans and old dirty shirt. loud, door would not shut all the way. People above us walked around their room all night making loud noises. Breakfast was a joke at best. We got there 30 min after it was to start and it wasn't even set up yet. We had to shout hello be for a guy came out sevel minutes later. The guy told us they had waffles in fridge. But they where all frozen staked on top of each other with no way to get them broke apart without using hands. No juices, bread or any other type of eddibe food. Worse hotel we have ever stayed in. I give a big thumbs down. Below 0

Air conditioner power cord was cut, and unusable. Not hot water , furniture had holes in them and used duct tape to cover spots. We found another place to stay because it was so filthy and disgusting. Never stay here.
