I was greeted as if I was a friend of the staff… From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, everything was perfect. The staff was kind, helpful,… The accommodations were clean, and exactly what we needed… And there was a shuttle that Transferred us to dinner, to the Grove, and to the game ..that was included with the room and the parking was also included with the room… These were both extremely helpful. I would definitely choose to stay at this location again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton. Very clean and very friendly staff. The convenience of the shuttle to and from where you need to go was an excellent bonus service. Not to mention how great the drivers were. I have a junior at Ole Miss and an incoming freshman 2026. This is where we will be staying going forward.

Unclean and dirty. The first night we discovered blood stains on two of the pillows. I called the front desk to get new sheets and pillow cases and was told I need to come down to get replacements and put them on myself. The next morning found hair all in the shower. Also feet were filthy from the tile floor. I complained the next day again and said they would have someone come and clean the room. Came back late to the room that night and found the room wasn’t cleaned. Complained again and they said sorry.

room 401 was nice there was just a little black stuff around the shower edges not sure if it was mold or not. otherwise, the place was great. it was a plus the room was at the end of the hall with no noise.

This hotel was what I would call just nice. It felt a little bit small, but it was clean, and we like that. It had the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and pump bottles in the shower. TV however was small and in an awkward part of the room, not centered in the middle of the wall and no swivel. The AC was loud, but I don’t mind that because that would drown out any noise from the hallways or other rooms. Overall, fine for what we needed.

there was nothing particularly unique about the property. we tried to call the front desk about our wifi and no one answered. went down there and couldn't find anyone. The young lady at check in was super friendly and sweet. She made up for any negativity we felt about the property.

We arrived on New Year's Day and everything was so very quiet which worked out well for us - traveling long distance. Enjoyed the room and visiting the town square and found a restaurant in town to eat, although there are places next door which were also open. Staff was extremely friendly. Only issue was the TV sound was horrible and had to turn it off.

The room was ok but the air conditioner did not work properly - it would switch from auto to fan mode leaving us sweating in the middle of the night. But the worst part is - the room was BEVER cleaned because they said I hadn’t been there long enough- I had two reservations under the same name from Thursday to Sunday. When I asked for the trash to be emptied and the beds changed they said I hadn’t been there long enough. I explained that we had been in the same room since Thursday but they said it was two different reservations. So why didn’t they clean it after the first night? It didn’t make since!

We stayed at Hampton Inn 2 nights for College Orientation. Check in was quick and the girl at front desk was very helpful. Fast check in, room was clean and quiet. They have coffe and water 24/7. Hot breakfast is included. They have a good selection for a quick grab and go. Cheese omelet, red skin potatoes, saugae patties, english muffins, pastries, waffles, juices. The only downside is that I called front desk from my room about 5 times and no one responded. I finally called from my cell to reauest towels and the girl said she was the only one there so I had to come down and grab the towels myself. Also, housekeeping didn't refresh my room while.we were out.

A great place to stay in Oxford! The hotel was very clean and had one of the best hotel breakfasts I think I’ve ever had! The staff was SO friendly and helpful! They made sure we had everything we needed and then some! The location is great. It’s a short drive to the Square and to the university campus while being on the quieter side of town.
