If you only require lodging while you explore wine country, this property is conveniently located and attractive. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable and there are some nice hospitality touches. If a spa-like ambiance and a hot tub in particular is part of your vision for your trip, then I would consider choosing a different Yountville property. I brought my mother here for her first trip to Napa Valley. It was a cold, rainy weekend and she had an recently injured knee. We had one wine tasting scheduled, but mostly imagined ourselves relaxing in the large hot tub we saw in the photos and perhaps enjoying a spa treatment. Upon arrival, we learned that the hot tub was out of service, and scheduled for repairs the next day. I pleaded with the manager to be released from our reservation so that we could book another available spa property. She politely but firmly refused to alter our reservation for that night. She called to check on us, upgraded our room, and really tried to make our stay pleasant, but we weren’t looking for free stuff, we just wanted a working hot tub. All in all, we managed to get 15 minutes in the “repaired” hot tub the following evening before it broke down again. The tub and equipment looks a bit dated and I get the sense this isn’t unusual. We didn’t even call it in, we just gave up. If a hot tub is important to your stay, splurge a little bit more at one of the newer spa-resorts nearby. I wish so much that I had.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free bikes to ride was a bonus. We were even brought popsicles when we laid at the pool. Pool and fire pits were gorgeous. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

They had a wonderful hot tub/pool area and free bike rentals. I took advantage of all of them in the short amount of time I was there. They also have a wonderful free continental breakfast, that is far better than most free breakfasts. It was very good!

This is a beautiful lodge with gorgeous grounds in yountville .Well appointed rooms.The breakfast was fresh with great coffees and a mimosa bar.Staff was helpful and friendly.The afternoon cookies were nice in the lobby .The pool and outdoor space was relaxing .Fire pits at night!Super charming

Walk to everything in Yountville from here. What an amazing place to stay. Loved everything about it. Friendly staff, great courtyard with multiple gas fireplaces and heated pool. Wonderful breakfast buffet (was far more than a continental breakfast) and better than expected.

The rooms were so clean and I am as very picky person. They met my standard. The bed was comfortable. The property is in good condition. The breakfast is very good with a lot of selections to eat. My friend has special diet and she was able to eat and enjoy. The only thing she didn’t like was the coffee. Some guess were very noisy when we were trying to have a relaxing evening.

This place was phenomenal! The rooms were very spacious and as immaculately kept as all the pools, fountains and grounds. The breakfast was beyond continental including unlimited mimosas to go with your fresh espressos. All the staff were extremely friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Every single employee i met inquired if i was finding everything satisfactory or if i had any needs. We even had a microwave brought to one of our rooms for our week long stay. I would absolutely recommend this establishment and look forward to my bext visit.

Loved it! Beautiful view, convenient to yountville shops and restaurants. Bikes and pool great amenities. Free breakfast every morning with lattes! 10/10. Only thing I will say is we kept finding little ants scattered around our room but otherwise super clean, nicely updated, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was beautiful and very comfortable. Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Sitting on the balcony of our room was not as quiet as I would have liked for two reasons: 1) the hotel is near the highway; and 2) the guests next door - a group of women - were very loud.

Our biggest issue with our stay was specifically the TV experience. We didn't spend much time on it, but when we wanted to watch something, the UI was very clunky. On top of that, it had someone else's name on the welcome screen. I'd expect a hotel to have the streaming apps already installed rather than having me sign into google play to download netflix.. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience.

Upscale hotel in city limits. Beautiful large room with very comfortable bed. Minibar. Large bathroom with nice toiletries. Wonderful breakfast with lots of items of choose, including mimosas. Heated pool and lovely hot tub. The hotel is pricey but luxurious. A bit far from most of the downtown restaurants, but easy drive to many nearby wineries.

The property was very well maintained ,our room was spacious ,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The biggest problem that I had with the Nappa Valley Lodge was the bathroom exhaust fan was constantly running. I could not turn it off,and was told by staff ,it always runs. My wife and I found it very annoying.

Spent two nights with the family here in two separate rooms. The kids shared a two Queen room, and my wife and I stayed in the Bella Vista Suite. The suite is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in - clean, well equipped, and simply beautiful. Love the breakfast here as well.

I loved the location, the pool and the breakfast. It was walking distance to everything. Staff was so nice. They acknowledged us every time they walked by with a hello. Nice touch. Bed was comfortable. The rooms were nice with a fireplace and a Nespresso Machine. We were very happy and will come again.

We encountered Tristan, the director of rooms by accident. She was amazing, and so hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. All other staff, front desk to housekeeping were very accommodating. Beautiful property, with a great stafff! It was easy to walk in Yountville and very close to St. Helena… at times you can hear road traffic, but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again… highly recommend.
