We had such a lovely time here and it was so beautiful! What we loved was the location and aesthetic of the place. Also a great bonus is the jacuzzi/pool area is open 24/7 which is amazing because other resorts close at 2300. Would definitely stay here again! The only down side is that the prices of the drinks at the bar are pricey but other than that, we had a great time!

Phenomenal! Location of the estate near walkable to dining wine tasting and shops. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly ! We were greeted with a glass of wine. Room had unlimited water replenished every day, complimentary snacks in the room. Room was gorgeous with a balcony, overlooking beautiful courtyard, large bathroom with 2 shower rain heads! Pool was beautiful , staff there to take orders, complimentary breakfast delicious in a beautiful lobby with live piano playing. Gym had all we needed. Complimentary car service to wineries in 6 mile radius. Restaurants are out of this works! Bottega, bouchon, French laundry,etc complimentary bikes. We rode all along Washington street. It felt like home with complimentary wine and snacks all day and a smile on every staff members face. Will come back!

Fabulous stay at this spectacular resort. Fantastic service -super luxury rooms & common areas. This property over delivered on all aspects of the stay. Great pool & poolside cocktails. The hotel was perfect for our one night anniversary trip. They had everything. Fantastic, hot tub, fire pits, amazing commentary, breakfast, lots of snacks, complementary wine tasting… And everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Oh I almost forgot about the commentary shuttle service to anywhere in Yountville, the relaxed live music in the evening and at breakfast… Just wow all around

This hotel was top notch from beginning to end. The accommodations were so comfortable. We loved that the pool was accessible and heated around the clock! Breakfast was delicious! I want to give a special shout out to our server in the restaurant. Her name is Flor. Please give this woman a raise! She’s a gem!

Amazing breakfast included in stay. Be aware of the fact that parking has only 3 superchargers for electric cars which is almost nothing comparing to the size of hotel and numbers of cars parked.

This property is serene and cozy. The rooms are pleasant and very comfortable. We had milk and white chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in the room and a bottle of wine. The rooms are equipped with coffee machines and different snacks replenished daily, all included in your stay. Bottles of water are also included. Our balcony was facing a private garden, and that's where we would start our day, surrounded by different trees, including olive trees and iceberg rose. There was wine tasting in the lobby of our sister hotel which we enjoyed very much, with live music. The free daily breakfast was simple, fresh, and satisfying. Hard boil eggs, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, cured meats, fruits, coffee and tea. Lovely live piano music. There are some fruits and snack in the lobby all day. The pool is a nice size and the pool area is enjoyable, with comfortable lounge chairs and sufficient umbrellas if you need shade. There is an outdoor bar. While we were laying by the pool they brought us frozen fruits on a stick. So good, especially in the heat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We used the car service twice during our stay. If the car is available, they will take you to your destination, within a certain number of miles. We really had a wonderful time staying at The Estate Yountville. Would like to say thank you for the great service and thoughtful things provided. Looking forward to coming back.

The location, the setting was outstanding and beautiful. The staff and their service was amazing. The breakfast was yummy with lots of good options. There are small freebies and perks everywhere like the ebikes, snacks, chips, candies and wine in the lobby. The housekeeping was just OK - it seemed like they didn't clean the floors at all which was difficult where 3 or people were sharing a room. Also the robes in the room should correspond to the number of guests staying there.

Rooms need better cleaning. There was rice on the rug as well as other crumbs. Looked like rug had never been vacuumed. It draws doubt on everything else. Breakfast buffet was excellent with live piano music.

The location of the property was amazing! We walked everywhere we went. The rooms were smallish, and appeared to be clean, but my phone fell behind the headboard and when I reached for it, I pulled out a ball of hair, and spiderwebs along with my phone. The staff was not friendly, or helpful. Everyone receives a continental breakfast. It was a nice spread, but the coffee was always out, the coffee mugs were scarce, and the staff did not rush to refill anything. By the time you waited for a mug, the coffee was out, then there was no sugar. I asked if I could refill the 1/2 & 1/2 for them... There were staff members everywhere, they just didn't move much. Otherwise, great property.

Room wasn’t easy to find, staff was friendly but not all were helpful, I had trash outside my room and somebody left a sandwich in my fridge. Pretty property and I enjoyed the pool area. The bed was comfy, and the shower/bathroom was spacious.

We had a great weekend with my family with 2 kids. The complimentary snacks was a nice touch. Bathroom sink needs repainting and there was a mix up on the checking which was resolved quickly. Otherwise was a pleasant stay.

Love this place . Walkable to eveything in Yountville . Staff nice grounds beutiful . I have only one complaint .There is not one towel bar or hook in the shower area and only 2 towel hooks in the whole bathroom and those are for the robes .Nothing near the tub either . If there had been a home depot close by i would have bought 2 hooks and installed them in the shower area . The Managers of this hotel should have to spend a night in the rooms to see what works and what does not . No towel hooks near the shower is a fail

Amazing hotel. You cannot beat the location. The rooms are comfortable and classy. There is an amazing complementary breakfast and it was my favorite part of the day. In walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed have a drink in the lobby every evening and listening to the live music.

Loud noise from the AC unit, and I thought it was raining. But the sound came from the unit. The worst part was the light and fan in the bathroom. It turned off automatically after about 15 minutes. I set it to 30 minutes on the panel, but same thing happened.

Nice property. Stayed in “vintage” part of property. Room was nicely roomy . Definitely had feel of remodeled bed and breakfast meets Best Western/Travelidge. Room had older furniture that had some questionable stains. We did not sit in it. :) Expected a little bit more for the per night cost. Could be higher value, but, it’s Yountville….. Saving grace - Staff was phenomenal. Very pretty grounds with roses blooming in May. Great lobby and breakfast service. Good food. Easy walking around town.

The stay starts with a welcome cocktail. Rooms are spacious, new, and very clean. The property has a nice bar, pool, spa, and restaurant. They offer free morning breakfast buffet, and golf cart rides to and from dinner, although everything is walkable. The property was very clean and well maintained. My only knocks on it would be the outdoor lighting is very bright and he rooms have shutters so our room was illuminated all night and the need to switch to eco friendly water bottles in rooms.

Very short staffed and the staff were quick to tell you that. Very chaotic breakfast so much so we only ate there once and it was included in our rate. The only way to get a table was to clear a table ourselves. On the positive side the hotel is beautiful and the rooms comfortable. If they sort their staffing issues I would return.

The location of the property is perfect. The room has some very visible wear and tear. Which for the price we were surprised by. The staff that provided room service seemed overwhelmed. The server had to come back 3 times to complete our breakfast room service. She said she had no help. While my husband consistently tipped valet, we consistently just got keys in hand. No opening of our doors or asked if we know where we are off to. Front desk provided no overview or welcome info to the property. I had to ask for bottle of wine that was suppose to come with the room at checkin. And the front desk said “they think it’s in the room”. We just felt like we rented an apartment. It did not feel 5 or 4 star. We will not be back. I think if the traveler is used to 5 star properties and you book 5 star because of the level of service and detail they provide you with, this is not the property for you. You are very much on your own at the hotel.

I got there after a long trip and they had canceled my reservation, even though it was confirmed and I’d paid a deposit. They said they were overbooked and just canceled my reservation, leaving me absolutely left me in the lurch, with no place to stay, although I had called earlier that day and confirmed my reservation. Atrocious. I am furious. Terrible hotel. Horrible to cancel a customer because of “overbooked” - not my fault!

We had a fantastic stay. They went above and beyond for US hotels standards. Front desk, valet, cleaning, restaurant staff are great! We highly recommend this boutique hotel.

It is centrally located, well kept and well maintained. The front desk staffs say all the right things but they is no warmth. They look like they couldn't be bothered. Other staffs were exceptional. Tree triming at 8is am on Saturday right outside the room was unacceptable for this type of hotel.

Our experience at Vintage House was lovely. Spacious, comfortable rooms in little bungalows that were scattered around the property with beautifully landscaped grounds where we felt a little like we were in a quaint European village. The complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful and included mimosas! The Yountville location - midway between Napa and St. Helena was only 15-25 minutes drive from most of the wineries. We would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable property in the middle of Yountville, at safe and easily walkable distance from excellent dining and wine tasting locations. The rooms are cozy and elegant. Service is impeccable and courteous. A very luxury and relaxing experience.

The only way to get a table was to clear a table ourselves. On the positive side the hotel is beautiful and the rooms comfortable. If they sort their staffing issues I would return.

Phenomenal! Location of the estate near walkable to dining wine tasting and shops. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly ! We were greeted with a glass of wine. Room had unlimited water replenished every day, complimentary snacks in the room. Room was gorgeous with a balcony, overlooking beautiful courtyard, large bathroom with 2 shower rain heads! Pool was beautiful , staff there to take orders, complimentary breakfast delicious in a beautiful lobby with live piano playing. Gym had all we needed. Complimentary car service to wineries in 6 mile radius. Restaurants are out of this works! Bottega, bouchon, French laundry,etc complimentary bikes. We rode all along Washington street. It felt like home with complimentary wine and snacks all day and a smile on every staff members face. Will come back!

This hotel was top notch from beginning to end. The accommodations were so comfortable. We loved that the pool was accessible and heated around the clock! Breakfast was delicious! I want to give a special shout out to our server in the restaurant. Her name is Flor. Please give this woman a raise! She’s a gem!

Overall the property was very nice. There were some cosmetic issues with the bathroom such as chipped tile in the sink and poor drainage. The worst part of our trip was due to me having a severe allergic reaction to one of the items in the breakfast buffet because it contained nuts and there wasn’t a sign indicating it had nuts and the nuts were not visible. I asked the front desk to include a note on the items that contained nuts the following day but they did not. This was unfortunate because I had to spend our vacation dealing with an allergic reaction instead of enjoying our time in Yountville.

Beautiful property in a perfect location walkable to all the best restaurants in the area. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with huge bathrooms and nice amenities. It was a bit understaffed. Breakfast was good - except for the coffee which was terrible. But Bouchon Bakery is up the street so that was an easy fix. Overall a great stay!
