Lobby and Dining Room are always freezing. The room has a hot plate but we could not get it to work and it has no instructions. The swimming pool has yellow algae all over the steps leading from the shallow end to the deeper area.

The food/drinks were extremely good and tasty. The ONLY negatives about the hotel is that although the food and drinks were extremely good….it was limited. Meaning the menu did not change. Also, although there is a lot of construction happening around the hotel which can’t be helped, it unfortunately does take away from the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel itself. Would I stay at this hotel again?…..ABSOLUTELY I WOULD 10/10

The property is very nice overall. New and spacious rooms. Cool pool on the roof, with a gym, sauna, and ice room which was ideal for recovery. Although there is construction around I did not hear any noise when in the room. Staff are helpful and always greeting with a smile. It was walking distance to my training (10 min) and to the beach (5 min). I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the bangtao area.

Stayed here for EDC Phuket. Walkable to the beach and edc venue. Great buffet breakfast and pool. Beautiful sunsets at rooftop pool. Will come again.

The staff believes in service 100% of the time. This was the most welcoming and friendly staff I’ve experienced in a long time. My every need was attended to. The breakfast was a ten out of ten with the views of the beach from the rooftop. The cleanliness of the room was top tier. Everything was a ten out of ten. The hotel laundry was a bit pricey so I did use the laundry place next door for a themed of the price. I just loved my stay there though and I would stay here again and again! I also loved the free shuttle to the night market! Very convenient! The food at the restaurant was amazing!!

There realy was nothing remarkably wow about this property. I will say the staff was very very rude and there was poop in the bathroom. The cleaning lady cleaned it with her bare hand did not wash her hands wiped her hands with a towel then wiped the poop area again with the towel, took the same poop towel wiped the mirror, the sink faucet and my brush. I almost thew up. Staff did not care. The drush went in the trash boght gerx and cleaned everything myself. I felt dirty. So they dont really clean here just make it look clean. No wonder people get sick

Great new hotel with good Spa facilities and full-service clinic. The rooms are spacious, wifi works great in the room. Has a mini-kitchen and everything is provided in the room - umbrellas, robes, flip flops, etc. There is a nice gym, enough for you to keep your muscles working, has a steam (hammam) and a sauna. The pool area is really nice. Great staff and service menu in the clinic. The restaurant is good as well - mix of Thai and Western food, including grill options. The prices are average, slightly expensive for Phuket, however, nothing that will burn a hole in your pocket. Love the attention to details, the staff is very friendly and helpful, multilingual. Enjoyed our stay a lot!

Fantastisk fint hotell, men dessverre ligger det i en annleggssone med masse byggearbeider rundt. Det blir nok en veldig fin opplevelse om et par års tid, men inntil da kjennes det som at det ligger litt langt bak stranden. Ble også litt overrasket av at resepsjonen sier de har rom for oppgradering, men det gjelder tydeligvis ikke på gull-medlemskapet hos hotels.com.

I was disappointed that there were two children at the adult only hotel. When I asked at the front desk why they were there they said they were 13. I do not know where in the world a 13 year old is an adult but they should not be allowed to call the hotel an adult only hotel. It was two different families, not one, so they were not just making an exception. The second kid was definitely not 13, he was more like an 8 year old. Very disappointing.

There realy was nothing remarkably wow about this property. I will say the staff was very very rude and there was poop in the bathroom. The cleaning lady cleaned it with her bare hand did not wash her hands wiped her hands with a towel then wiped the poop area again with the towel, took the same poop towel wiped the mirror, the sink faucet and my brush. I almost thew up. Staff did not care. The drush went in the trash boght gerx and cleaned everything myself. I felt dirty. So they dont really clean here just make it look clean. No wonder people get sick

Absolutely beautiful! I just picked it online because it looked nice but goodness! It exceeded my expectations. And the team there are so lovely and attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience while I stayed with them. And it's close to a lot of things in that area. I'll be back next time I'm in Phuket.

It was a nice hotel with a great pool and breakfast. Lots of construction going on around the property. Had lunch at the restaurant a pizza but it wasn’t that good, they had the procutto in the oven and it gave it a bad taste. The cocktails are better :)
