Some hits and misses. The hotel room was nice and spacious, King sized bed large enough for Asian size… I was in room 224. Bathroom had bath tub although personally I prefer standing shower. Sink’s stopper did not always work well. It become “ stuck” .. water was almost overflowing while the tap leaked as well. Room ‘s aircon was good. Adjustable. Balcony facing the dining area was pleasant too. Can suntan at the balcony. Low rise property. No lifts Two pools and beachfront area. Deck chairs plenty for low season. Nora beach was not opened whej I was here on 9 June 2025, the weather was erratic due to the winds and some rain spots. Morning tends to have good sun. Staff at reception was kind to let me leave the room ar 230 PM as it was low season. Nearby had a few eateries but not that many.

Had an amazing experience staying at this resort. The staff was great, and very accessible. Massage appointments were easy to book and the massage itself were great. Nora Beach Club was next to the property and was pricey.

Dejligt resort med lækre faciliteter. Lidt bøvlet indtjekning-som vi brokkede os over- og som medførte vi fik forlænget vores check ud tid. Selve stedet var dejligt - og lækre pools med pool bars etc - og indbydende Beach Bar- men desværre også trist med gæster der bare optager solsenge med håndklæder uden at bruge dem. Der var lidt restauranter i nærheden ellers skulle man gå 30 min eller tage en vogn for at komme til et spisecourt hvor der var mange lækre restauranter.

A well appointed hotel with excellent facilities, including for children (water features, Kids Club...). Our all-inclusive package was excellent value - a great room right by the pool, and lots of good food and drinks for the money! The food and drinks in the (only) restaurant/bar were good overall, with some excellent dishes, though also a few disappointing ones (mainly Thai, surprisingly). But what really let down the hotel, and so this review, was the service in that restaurant. It was often slow, and erratic (dishes forgotten completely, or brought in the wrong order). If the hotel could improve that, it would warrant a 5-star review.

Overall we’re pretty satisfied with our stay, room is clean and spacious, thanks for the upgrade btw 🙏. We had dinner in the ISLA restaurant, food is amazing!! Swimming pool is not crowd, very kids friendly, and it’s so close to the beach which is another reason we want to stay here. I noticed that Aroma is a pretty new hotel, so here are some suggestions for your improvement according to my personal experience: 1. The air conditioning is not responsive, room is so humid and hot when we checked in, after calling the front desk, the lady said it takes 10 mins for it to work. Well, I’m not sure it’s the settings of the Mitsubishi air-con, if so, would be nice if you can have your staff to switch on the air-con before your guest check-in the room. 2. The “Make up room” and “DND” buttons are very confusing, it’s hard to distinguish it’s on / off, you don’t expect your guests have to learn and guess is it on or not, I’d rather prefer the traditional way to put the sign on the handle instead, 100% of people should know what to do. After not having someone to clean up for 2 days, I have to call front desk again and I was being questioned did I turn the make up room light on, well, it makes me feel like I’m being blamed, not good service at all… 3. Have your engineer to check the TV remote battery regularly, it’s not really a good experience I have to call the 3rd time to the front desk to ask for battery replacement, and I have to call again after no one show up in 10 mins…

We pay for 4 nights and since the first night was a big storm we could get to the hotel since all taxi drivers were canceling on us. We lost one night that was already pay but they decided do not give us any refund or any compensation as a credit for the inconvenience. The manager VERA was very rude and didn’t even let me talk. The hotel its nice need more cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay here and didn’t want to leave! The resort is beautiful, always spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially, one of the supervisors Benz, Sue in the Isla restaurant, and Pham in the spa! The location is right on the beach which was fantastic. Very glad we chose Amora for our trip.

Room was dirty, no Conditioner in room, no elevators, Breakfast was terrible, very smoky in the breakfast area, coffee machine was always broken, small buffet, stains on all chairs, no service at breakfast. I would stay there again!

We booked the Amora for six days for our honeymoon. As soon as we checked into our room, we noticed that the fridge was leaking water on the floor. On our second night, the AC stepped working and the only solution was to get moved from the first floor to a third floor room that was smaller. When we got into our newer room, we noticed a cockroach, the size of my palm in the bathroom, which came from construction that was unfinished behind the bathroom mirror. Every day housekeeping cleaned our room. They would leave the door open, allowing tons of mosquitoes and other insects to get into our room. I do understand that this is a Third World country but this is just unacceptable for a tourist resort.

loved the staff, absolutely the best. very good breakfast with good selections Restaurant staff were very helpful and cheerful . beach access very good with with lots of recliners. beach and pool towels always available. room was very quiet, even our pool access room. staff added toppers to our bed and made sure we liked the comfort. nice pillows. Easy access to shopping on Boat avenue by Taxi or Tuk Tuk. The property is in excellent condition and gorgeous to walk around in. All in all no complaints at all.

Hotel 1/5 Recently renovated, but felt very cheap. Light switches all over the room, confusing to use. Toward the end of our stay, some weird sewage smell started growing and don’t know where it came from. We ended up needing to switch rooms because the smell became too unbearable. We had to get the manager involved, she did a good job assisting us. Room service is very poor. When you call front desk, they are usually confused of your request and often just ignore you completely. I often have to go out of my way to get room service, it’s more like self service. Amenities 4/5 3 pools located in different parts of the resort. There’s got to be one close to you. The Kids Club is on the small end, but the staff are friendly and my little one had a blast, so I can’t complaint. Wifi is very weak and spotty. Restaurant 5/5 We opted in to the all inclusive package that allows us to eat all we want at the resort. But there’s a catch, only the ISLE Restaurant is on the list. Staff are friendly. Food is good. Definitely go for the chefs recommendations. Room service 1/5 Room service is very poor. I love the large king bed and the clean space. However, there are a few things to consider: shower pressure is very gentle, the toilet clogs easily, and many small moths fly into the unit at night getting into my clothes.

Fint hotell, med rent och fräscht rum. Dock var sängen och kuddarna extremt hårda. Viss personal var inte service minded alls. Det gick inte att bada i havet för det var alldeles för strömt och höga vågor. Stranden var jätte smutsig av allt som blåst upp. Precis bredvid solstolarna på stranden fanns en beach club, där var det konstant extremt hög musik oavsett tid på dagen. We booked the Amora for six days for our honeymoon. As soon as we checked into our room, we noticed that the fridge was leaking water on the floor. On our second night, the AC stepped working and the only solution was to get moved from the first floor to a third floor room that was smaller. When we got into our newer room, we noticed a cockroach, the size of my palm in the bathroom, which came from construction that was unfinished behind the bathroom mirror. Every day housekeeping cleaned our room. They would leave the door open, allowing tons of mosquitoes and other insects to get into our room. I do understand that this is a Third World country but this is just unacceptable for a tourist resort.

We pay for 4 nights and since the first night was a big storm we could get to the hotel since all taxi drivers were canceling on us. We lost one night that was already pay but they decided do not give us any refund or any compensation as a credit for the inconvenience. The manager VERA was very rude and didn’t even let me talk. The hotel its nice need more cleaning.

Honnêtement j'ai du vivre l'une des pires expérience hôtelière en Thaïlande, ma première chambre fut horrible avec aucune isolation sonore, une salle de bain avec un pommeau de douche non extensible aucune prise a proximité de mon lit. Very slow check in and check out. So hot there and so slow dealing with customers. I was literally dripping in sweat and if you sit down you lose your place in the queue. Refused a refund, even 30 secs after making the booking due to a mistake taking payment. Told me it was against the law to offer a refund. Yes you read that correctly, against the law.

The staff were exceptional and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. I would like to thank the hotel staff for kindly caring for my daughter when she injured her leg from falling off a bike. They assisted her up and even cleaned her wounds well enough until she could get professional medical assistance. Thank you!

A well appointed hotel with excellent facilities, including for children (water features, Kids Club...). Our all-inclusive package was excellent value - a great room right by the pool, and lots of good food and drinks for the money! The food and drinks in the (only) restaurant/bar were good overall, with some excellent dishes, though also a few disappointing ones (mainly Thai, surprisingly). But what really let down the hotel, and so this review, was the service in that restaurant. It was often slow, and erratic (dishes forgotten completely, or brought in the wrong order). If the hotel could improve that, it would warrant a 5-star review.

Overall we’re pretty satisfied with our stay, room is clean and spacious, thanks for the upgrade btw 🙏. We had dinner in the ISLA restaurant, food is amazing!! Swimming pool is not crowd, very kids friendly, and it’s so close to the beach which is another reason we want to stay here. I noticed that Aroma is a pretty new hotel, so here are some suggestions for your improvement according to my personal experience: 1. The air conditioning is not responsive, room is so humid and hot when we checked in, after calling the front desk, the lady said it takes 10 mins for it to work. Well, I’m not sure it’s the settings of the Mitsubishi air-con, if so, would be nice if you can have your staff to switch on the air-con before your guest check-in the room. 2. The “Make up room” and “DND” buttons are very confusing, it’s hard to distinguish it’s on / off, you don’t expect your guests have to learn and guess is it on or not, I’d rather prefer the traditional way to put the sign on the handle instead, 100% of people should know what to do. After not having someone to clean up for 2 days, I have to call front desk again and I was being questioned did I turn the make up room light on, well, it makes me feel like I’m being blamed, not good service at all… 3. Have your engineer to check the TV remote battery regularly, it’s not really a good experience I have to call the 3rd time to the front desk to ask for battery replacement, and I have to call again after no one show up in 10 mins…

Property layout opened nicely outwards to the beach area offering unobstructed view, not narrow or closed in. Staff were exceptional. The NORA beach club was nicely designed as a lounge or restaurant but took up too much beach frontage for members only. Some hits and misses. The hotel room was nice and spacious, King sized bed large enough for Asian size… I was in room 224. Bathroom had bath tub although personally I prefer standing shower. Sink’s stopper did not always work well. It become “ stuck” .. water was almost overflowing while the tap leaked as well. Room ‘s aircon was good. Adjustable. Balcony facing the dining area was pleasant too. Can suntan at the balcony. Low rise property. No lifts Two pools and beachfront area. Deck chairs plenty for low season. Nora beach was not opened whej I was here on 9 June 2025, the weather was erratic due to the winds and some rain spots. Morning tends to have good sun. Staff at reception was kind to let me leave the room ar 230 PM as it was low season. Nearby had a few eateries but not that many.

This property is right on the beach, a lovely soft sand beach! It was my first time in Asia and this was a great introduction. The people were helpful, friendly, smiley. I would stay at this hotel again!

We paid for all inclusive at this resort but could only get drinks from the restaurant or a small pool bar which wasn’t always open The rooms are beautiful, air con excellent, pools nice. Nora beach bar is not included in the all inclusive and we would have happily paid if it were a bit livelier and the staff more courteous but staff appeared disgruntled when asked for a drink and the price was quite expensive The staff within Amora beach resort were wonderful and a credit to the hotel If you walk up the beach to the right of the hotel there are many bars and all are excellent

We really enjoyed our stay here and didn’t want to leave! The resort is beautiful, always spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially, one of the supervisors Benz, Sue in the Isla restaurant, and Pham in the spa! The location is right on the beach which was fantastic. Very glad we chose Amora for our trip.

It’s truly beautiful. Somewhat quiet - a little too far if you’re wanting the busier tourist spots like Patong but taxis do go there - use BOLT though it’s cheaper and more reliable. The staff are so kind and friendly. Not lots of vegetarian options on the menu HOWEVER they will 100% make anything they have vegetarian for you with no issues at all. A few more breakky options for vegetarians though would be amazing but honestly can’t fault them. Looks EXACTLY like the pictures too!!

Food was dreadful. Worst breakfast ever in any Asia hotel far less a 5 star. Staff average except Maggie ( customer service girl from Ukraine who was great). Compared to usual 5 star resorts in Asia this was disappointing and a waste of money. Won’t return. Even the Thai food in their signature restaurant was dreadful.

There was lack of information. Also, very difficult to receive all inclusive benefits. Drinks and food very slow. Had two rooms. Both had issues from broken/ leaking fixtures to technical issues with the tv not working. Also, there was no warm/hot water in the shower

A well appointed hotel with excellent facilities, including for children (water features, Kids Club...). Our all-inclusive package was excellent value - a great room right by the pool, and lots of good food and drinks for the money! The food and drinks in the (only) restaurant/bar were good overall, with some excellent dishes, though also a few disappointing ones (mainly Thai, surprisingly). But what really let down the hotel, and so this review, was the service in that restaurant. It was often slow, and erratic (dishes forgotten completely, or brought in the wrong order). If the hotel could improve that, it would warrant a 5-star review.

Overall we’re pretty satisfied with our stay, room is clean and spacious, thanks for the upgrade btw 🙏. We had dinner in the ISLA restaurant, food is amazing!! Swimming pool is not crowd, very kids friendly, and it’s so close to the beach which is another reason we want to stay here. I noticed that Aroma is a pretty new hotel, so here are some suggestions for your improvement according to my personal experience: 1. The air conditioning is not responsive, room is so humid and hot when we checked in, after calling the front desk, the lady said it takes 10 mins for it to work. Well, I’m not sure it’s the settings of the Mitsubishi air-con, if so, would be nice if you can have your staff to switch on the air-con before your guest check-in the room. 2. The “Make up room” and “DND” buttons are very confusing, it’s hard to distinguish it’s on / off, you don’t expect your guests have to learn and guess is it on or not, I’d rather prefer the traditional way to put the sign on the handle instead, 100% of people should know what to do. After not having someone to clean up for 2 days, I have to call front desk again and I was being questioned did I turn the make up room light on, well, it makes me feel like I’m being blamed, not good service at all… 3. Have your engineer to check the TV remote battery regularly, it’s not really a good experience I have to call the 3rd time to the front desk to ask for battery replacement, and I have to call again after no one show up in 10 mins…

The overall hotel is good. Food is delicious, the amenities are fine to. There is spa, gym, swimming pool, food, bar all in the hotel. Definitely family friendly also. However if there is one gripe I have with the hotel is, there is ants within at the bathroom sink. Not sure where it came from. No matter how we try to clear it, it keep coming back. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone! A quiet area with 7/11, tops convenient stores around the area. Grab/Bolt is easy to book and go around anywhere.

The resort is very nice with access to the sea and nice pools. Prices for food and beverage are too high by any comparison. The rooms are clean and quite nice but if you, like me, have the luck of staying on the ground floor prepare to fight with coakroaches coming into the room from the sink and behing cupboards. Staff in the outside areas are nice and on the ball, staff at reception are somehow confused but polite, staff at the reception bar... well, good luck. Pleasent stay in low season, I would not dare during high season.
