Having a pool and hot tub made us choose this property. But the upkeep of the hot tub was a bit disappointing. There is sediment coming off of the inside and you can see it floating up. One day the hot tub was super hot, the next day it was too cold, one day it was perfect, that was weird. The food situation was strange too. The staff seemed put out when we tried to order coffee drinks during non-cafe hours even though the manager said it was OK. The cleaning of the rooms wasn't consistent. We had spilled popcorn and they made the beds but didn't vacuum the popcorn. The cleaning staff left the glassware we had taken from the bar to hang out for our entire stay which was also weird. Some of the staff was awesome but other staff members seemed annoyed even though the place was pretty empty when we were there. However, despite the flaws, I would definitely go back again.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I ever visited. First, they upgrade their hotel furnishings frequently. The staff, a very nice and accommodating, if you have a problem. The pool and the jacuzzi are always operable, and they have a good range of hours, 6 a m to 11 p m.

Great stay, just about 10 minutes from downtown Boulder! Easy parking, clean rooms, food and drinks just downstairs… this was an excellent stay for a Boulder wedding weekend! Easy access to Uber too!

The hot tub was at a great temperature, as was the pool. Both were inside and next to the end of the court yard. I also enjoyed the balcony viewing the courtyard.

The hotel was as described. It was clean. It was comfortable. We unfortunately had a corner room, on the 3rd floor. All the other rooms had balconies, ours did not. The elevator was broken for the entire length of our stay, which made accessing our room difficult and getting up and down with our luggage. The air conditioning was very loud, almost too loud to sleep with it on, but we did. The tv in our room was in the most awkward place, it made it unwatchable. Beyond my gripes, the people at the hotel were friendly. They had snacks downstairs, and breakfast in the am, it was fairly close to the CU campus and the parking was easy and free. I rarely was in the room, so it was all fine, had I spent more time there, I would have been disappointed.

Great hotel. Loved the gym, jacuzzi, and business center with comfortable seating and private tv’s. Coffee was great from Starbucks but so expensive! Gym was great and I loved getting the water fill station for my water bottle. Hotel is 10 minutes to downtown so easy to Uber.

Close to downtown Boulder. Parking was easy and room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hot tub was nice after a long day and open till 11pm. A few missing items in room but front desk was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

But the housekeeper did give a sufficient amount of towels when asked for some.

Service was welcoming and attentive in general. I was super disappointed in the property though. Very much not a Marriott standard of cleanliness! The floors had what appeared to be dog hair. I’m not sure, but some kind of black hairs in the bathroom and the toilet was not clean. If we hadn’t arrived so late, we would’ve requested a different room. Somebody might like the decor, but I found it to be very cold, not inviting at all; with bright lights and bland art and style. It was a warm night, and the air conditioning only went to 65. The fan in our room was not consistent and had a hitch to it. That was hard to sleep to. The pillows were exceedingly squishy too. Bed was comfortable. I would not go to this property again.

The room was spacious and clean, however there were bugs in the room. The front desk clerk said the bugs hatched and came in from the outside. The sink faucet didn't work correctly when it came to hot water. There was no hot water coming out of that faucet. Hotel location. Hotel is located next to the railway road and major highway, so it is not a quiet place to be. Food. There is a Bistro on site. Breakfast sandwich was not coocked correctly and when asked to correct, the coock just took a cold half of a bun and called it good. The dinner was a joke. There was no letuce, so there was no any type of salad. Food was served without condiments. When asked for it, the waitress didn't know what happen to salt and pepper. There were two of us having dinner, and there was not even a glass water offered. When asked for water, only one glass was brought. So far this is one of the worst Cortyards I ever stayed in.

Furniture was old beds were uncomfortable cover smelled unclean. Shower backed up with hair no fan in the toilet area for the price not worth it. No daily room change of covers not sure if that’s a thing for the hotel but most hotels change linens daily linen was not changed The only good part was the breakfast before I left and the location.

Great service, nice facility. There were some ants in our room, but nothing too troublesome. The lobby "restaurant" is overpriced, but does offer some good food. If you have more than 1 person, the booking that includes breakfast is worthwhile.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. In particular, Cameron, Christian, and Denise were incredible. They went out of there way to make my stay so enjoyable, from recommendations of things to do, see, and places to eat as well as ensuring that I had everything I needed in a very timely manner. Housekeeping staff was consistently very helpful and accommodating with my schedule. My room was consistently kept very clean. I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and I would absolutely stay there again and I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is doable and not in bad condition by any means. it is a little far from central boulder. also, the double rooms are two full size beds instead of queens — i was in a rush to book so i didn’t notice but it was pretty uncomfortable to share a bed of that size with another adult. The heater also kept flipping on randomly making the room extremely hot. you probably could find a better hotel for the price

The staff were absolutely wonderful. In particular, Cameron, Christian, and Denise were incredible. They went out of there way to make my stay so enjoyable, from recommendations of things to do, see, and places to eat as well as ensuring that I had everything I needed in a very timely manner. Housekeeping staff was consistently very helpful and accommodating with my schedule. My room was consistently kept very clean. I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and I would absolutely stay there again and I highly recommend the hotel.

I am disabled and have a disability tag for my vehicle. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a car in the only handicapped spot near the entrance, close to my room. The car did not have a tag or disability plate. I informed the front desk of the situation and asked if a non-emergency call could be made so the police could patrol the area and give tickets to people illegally parked in disabled spots. I was told they would leave a note. I explained that notes don't do anything to deter this, and the spots are needed for someone with a disability. He stared at me. I left. I'm sorry my disability was so inconvenient. I won't be back again. Courtyard doesn't care about people like me.

The Hotel lost power overnight therefore obviously nothing was working. We stopped for a break of a long car ride to get into AC but ended being hotel than in yhe vehicle. The hotel staff was very rude with us while trying to ask for a full or partial refund

Great hotel. Loved the gym, jacuzzi, and business center with comfortable seating and private tv’s. Coffee was great from Starbucks but so expensive! Gym was great and I loved getting the water fill station for my water bottle. Hotel is 10 minutes to downtown so easy to Uber.

We booked a room with the breakfast option and paid upfront. There was no breakfast buffet onsite. You had to order breakfast separately at the bistro and they still charged us for it, essentially twice. No one on the staff explained how the process should work. Not sure if this was by design to charge customers twice. If 5 people show up at the bistro to eat breakfast it can be a long wait as they are not at all prepared for the ‘huge” crowd.

Stay was fine. But I’m so over the idea that they have bottled water in the room that you’d be charged $6 for. We had sushi the night before - a full dinner experience that was incredible for $100 - and breakfast to go and coffee cost half that! Ridiculous overpriced BS. The hotel thinks these things are the price of convenience - that because we don’t have to leave this is what you get to pay. Well, here’s the price they get to pay! Speak out about overpriced (grossly overpriced) services like this and let’s bring it to a stop. No more getting away with it.

The hotel rooms were normal rooms. Nothing really stood out. The towels and washcloths smelled bad, Not a dirty bad but the detergent possible. The breakfast that was available was expensive, I have been in more high priced hotels that have the free breakfasts. This was too pricy for us to purchase. The “free” breakfast are more inviting than having to buy the expensive foods. $10 for a cup of oatmeal is uncalled for. I will not go back to this hotel because of the breakfast costs.

Charged almost $60.00 for a simple breakfast that was not worth the price, at other Marriott hotels that we have visited breakfast was not charged, and had a variety of different foods to eat without charge. I would not use this Marriott location again.

Great service, nice facility. There were some ants in our room, but nothing too troublesome. The lobby "restaurant" is overpriced, but does offer some good food. If you have more than 1 person, the booking that includes breakfast is worthwhile.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but this was the first stay in many years. It’s evident that they are cutting corners with housekeeping: 3 towels for a reservation for 4 people; 1 pillow for the unmade fold-out couch for 2 people; dishes (not mine) in the hallway not collected for almost 24 hours; and the pool and outdoor tables not cleaned. Last but not least, cleaning service is every other day, even though Hotels.com writes that it’s a daily service. I do like this hotel, but its downsizing of housekeeping services to the bare minimum makes it feel more like a budget hotel.
