Great location family owned with amenities like a heated pool, hot tub, fenced in free bikes and a simple continental breakfast walkable to everything in the historic downtown. I would stay there again and a HUGE dog park caddy corner from property.

Large jacuzzi, indoor or outdoor pools and plenty of games including ping pong! Nightly fire with smores. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast and Starbucks coffee. Shuttle available or short drive to restaurants and shopping. Really like the atmosphere here. Lodge feel and daily housekeeping.

I loved our stay! Such a great property, clean, with hot tub and pool (indoor and outdoor) sauna, fire pits, free smores kits, ping pong table,great location! Very nice rooms and had a wonderful time! Aside from long waiting to get into the national park :)

Great place! Older property, but refurbished and clean. Super clean pool. I only used the outdoor pool, but there was apparently an indoor pool and a sauna. Great location just far enough away from the touristy downtown, but close enough to drive to the visitor center and park entrance. Close to some great local hikes. (Gem Lake!) Super friendly staff. Nice lawn and fire pit area with comfy chairs, playground, grills. Great breakfast. Even some evening s'mores and popcorn. A couple nice restaurants very close.

The pool options great for kids! Loved the evening S'mores around the fire pit. Convenient location, easy check in. Nice play area for kids, good continental breakfast, wonderful staff! Our in room coffee maker and microwave didn't work properly.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast is a continental style breakfast. Various bagels, cereals, yogurt and juices. The coffee was excellent. They have activities for kids outside such as cornhole, an activity spot for kids with a slide and other things. A giant connect 4, and horseshoes. They offer s’mores each night which is very nice. Plenty of areas to have your meal outside if you wish. A pool is available as well as a sauna. The sauna gets nice and toasty. You can use the hot tub and indoor pool at their sister property next to them which we did and it was very nice. Close to downtown Estes Park where you can enjoy shopping, whiskey tastings, and good food. The staff are accommodating and professional. We would stay here again.

Great hotel! Close to downtown. Indoor and outdoor pool. Laundry. Super cute smores area at night. We unfortunately didn’t have the breakfast. Estes shuttle come here on the weekends.

The breakfast was delicious, while being convenient. They had nutritious items and variety. There could perhaps have been more seating, but not an issue. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub is nice and hot, but looked as if it could use a very thorough cleaning, but the room was immaculate and comfy.

I thought the room was great for what I needed. It was very clean and updated (queen basic room) and while it is smaller, it worked fine for me as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast is basic but sufficient. The big hot tub was also nice.

Very hard beds. The pool steps very slimy and my friend hurt herself. Shower wasnt working and they had to let us use another room to shower. Staff that was there were nice. Just no manager to remedy the issue.

The good - comfortable bed, tasteful interior, excellent staff The bad - it’s basically a 1950s vintage motel that you get for $55/night elsewhere. Tiny rooms. Loud AC. Breakfast was awful and the pickings even more measly after 9 am. Oh, and you can’t really walk into Estes Park, you have to drive.

We booked a double bed room which was referred to as a tiny double. That was an accurate description. It was what we needed, but be aware, there's limited space with no where to put your bags if you didn't want to unpack. The continental breakfast was a typical, but do have hot waffles, but no meat. We saw lots of elk on and around the property. This is a renovated older motel but very clean and nice staff that's close to RMNP. I would stay here again if in the area, but might get a slightly larger room.

The room was not spacious but smart interior design/use of space made it comfortable. Looks very clean, too. Staff was nice and did their best to be helpful when we were having issue with room temperature control. Wiring of heating system seemed to be off - heating up when off and cooling down to nonworking state when on. All in all a nice stay despite the first night woken up by high room temp.

Staff was friendly. Facility is very dated. Some updating has been done but VERY small room and bathroom. Not counter space. Significant gap around doors. Bed was very firm. Breakfast area is extremely small. Very crowded. Nothing hot other than waffles. Popcorn, smores, indoor and outdoor pool plus jacuzzi bonus. Fine for couple for one night.

The property was not well maintained. The parking area wasn't even paved. The room was tiny. There was no vanity to put our stuff on. There were no closets or places to hang anything. The table wasn't big enough to use as a desk. I thought the bed was okay but my wife did not. She did not get a decent night's sleep at all. She didn't like the pillows. The room did appear to be clean and well maintained even though there was a spider in the tub.

The location is good, there is a free trolley to dowr9wn or you can walk for like 15 min. Vwey clean room but old. Shower pressure is weak. AC is super weak bur the bed is the worst and thats why 4 stars. Aftwr long day of hiking you want comfy bed, not here. Pillows are tall and firm, the bed is extra firm. The staff was friendly.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and obnoxious. Did not help us at all. This place is advertised as a 9 min walk to downtown Estes. It would take at least 35 minutes to walk to downtown. We specifically booked it because it said it was a close walk. so very disappointed! Will never stay here again!

Very disappointed! I am in a wheelchair and could not access our room because it was not a ada room. Someone was to bring a ramp. Did not happen. After we got me in the room heat did not work. Again Someone was to come. Did not happen. Husband made 5 trips to main offices. Finally they switched rooms. Beware this property is not a inn or hotel. It is a motel with very small bathrooms and no access for people with disabilities. Switched

We absolutely love Estes Mountain Inn! The extra touches that are included when staying go above and beyond. My husband and I found ourselves retreating back to the Inn for coffee and s’mores after our wonderfully exhausting days hiking in RMNP. We have stayed as a couple and with our four children. I recommend both! The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Shout out to Chad H. and Adam! Not to mention, it’s great to support a local, family business. We cannot wait for our next adventure while staying at Estes Mountain Inn!

The staff was extremely helpful. One of our rooms did not have heat when we arrived and they were very quick to respond to get the heater working. They also lit a fire for us that evening so we could do smores and we played games in the breakfast area that night. The rooms while not fancy were clean and had comfortable beds and hot showers.

The room was clean, nicely painted with newer furniture and some fixtures. It had a small fridge and microwave. It was basic, but nice. We come to Estes for concerts at the Stanley a lot, and this was a perfect distance from the Stanley and from shopping. We did not need anything fancy to stay in, and this room was perfect for us as it was both clean and comfortable.

Clean, well kept. Friendly. Well maintained. Those primary important things. Warning, it's not plush. But there is a nice outdoor playing area for kids, and a gas fire pit. Breakfast is just cereal type stuff, but they'll direct you to some great breakfast restaurants.
