Clean room. Staff was wonderful. Hot tub was great

They have a nice breakfast! The pool water is too cold. Even after being in it for a while we were shivering, and the hot tub is too hot. You're only able to put your feet in. It's too hot to actually sit in and enjoy it.

Most of the stay was great so I would stay there again. The elevator was down for a while and I have issues with mobility. It was fixed in a day but we were on the third floor. The breakfast options were poor. Rooms were nice and building was clean.

Great staff, clean rooms, the pool made us itchy- the hot tub specifically had some itchy foam in the morning when I checked it out. Maybe the chemicals need balanced?

Hotel and room were very clean and quiet. Staff friendly when checking in. Felt safe wLking my dog around the property. Plenty of parking. I have stayed at this hotel several times when in the area

I was not informed that there was no hot water (broken water heater) until I checked-in. I was also not offered a discount or a choice to cancel my reservation due to this. When you pay for a room, hot water is expected. If you can't provide that, it is not your customer's problem. Not offering a discount and waiting to inform until check-in is shady and cheap. The management at this hotel clearly doesn't give a sh*t about their customers and onyl wants their money. I will not stay here again.

First room smelled and toilet overflowed, got moved to second room which was much better. Workout room: At least half of the machines not working. I received a call at 12:40 in the morning which woke me up from some woman from the hotel asking me what room I was in! The front desk workers were great. I received my receipt for 152.56. My account was charged 198.99 from you guys.

Overall nice stay. Other than pool down 1 night. Breakfast was also good. Kuds liked the pool when available.

Breakfast was 6-9. At 7:30 am no biscuits, very few danish and just water coming from the juice dispenser. Upon arrival just 1/2 role of T.P. in our bathroom and tissue box was nearly empty. Also no clean towels for guests in the pool and jacuzzi area.

Staff was great, room was clean, breakfast area was clean and options were decent, parking was available and lighted. Oddly in our room there was a plastic bag taped around the smoke detector, not sure if this was a previous guest trying to turn the room into a smoking room or just a busted detector but found that odd and we still felt just as safe regardless. Our only complaint was that we went to sit in the hot tub for a bit after a long travel day but didn't last more than 3 mins due to the STRONG chemical smell burning our noses and eyes so badly that we had to get out and go shower immediately. I'm sure this meant the water was "clean" but our eyes and lungs were literally screaming for fresh air. The pool itself was chilly but not at all filled with all the chemicals so we rinsed off there before going back to our room.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in forever, the bedding had black smudges all over it, the shower head was broken, and there were handprints all over the walls and headboard.

The hotel has a very heavy smoke and mj smell, the room and bathroom had not been cleaned well, it was incredibly noisy with doors slamming and people above sounding like there was a stampede, the bed was caving inward, and the breakfast was less than mediocre. Would not recommend

Dirty sheets & dirty bath tub - soap still in the shower from the last person

I had a horrible experience at the hotel. The bed was covered in blood with no mattress cover found, the bed and towels after two days Im broke out in a painful rash. And there’s no toilet seat cover so I couldn’t put anything personal in the bathroom cause every time you flush it explodes with pee and poop particles. Staff was great. Just a room that was poorly cleaned and maintained. Thanks for your time, Heather Roth

Saw a roach crawling up the wall, I was ready to BURN it down! That should speak volumes..

The room was dirty. There was mold in the coffee pot along with old grinds. There was schmutz in the toilet. A Gatorade bottle and make up brush under the bed, stains all over the sleeper sofa mattress and they obviously had t vacuumed well in a long time. The hot tub was green and filthy. We placed a “housekeeping service needed” sign on our door after the 1st morning and housekeeping never showed. We were only offered our pet deposit back when we complained. Will not stay here again.

We have stayed at a few different chain hotels in Fort Collins and have been consistently disappointed. Not this time! The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was immaculate, beds super comfortable. Everything was wonderful!

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family in the area. If we hadn’t paid for the 5 days upon checking in, we never would have stayed there past the first night. Our room was cleaned very poorly. There was garbage along the undersides of the beds that looked like it had been pushed under there with a vacuum instead of being picked up. There was no toilet seat lid… We had to be extra careful not to drop anything in the toilet because it was wedged closely between the tub and the sink vanity. The pool had a broken jet that was extremely sharp. The steps in the pool were tile and not bullnosed. They were extremely sharp and someone sliced their leg open while we were in the pool. Our room keys NEVER worked. We had to have keys reactivated every single time we tried to enter our room. The air conditioner barely worked. The whole hotel smelled like cat litter…. Not clean smelling, but like they were trying to cover up odors. We asked housekeeping for one item while we were there and never received it. There was inadequate parking. Definitely not enough parking for how many people were staying there. The garbage cans outside the hotel were always overflowing with garbage. Staff friendliness/helpfulness was inconsistent. Some staff was friendly and others should not be working in a service field. Also very inappropriate to complain about other staff members at the front desk in front of guests! It’s what you would expect from a hotel for $90/night. Will not stay again.

The chair in the room was really comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet.

Room and service was good. The tv system was terrible. Only had 1or 2 channels that would work.

The property was extremely well maintained. The room was great. The breakfast was okay. I have a minor complaint: The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Breakfast was limited and disappointing. Rooms could do with a bit more TLC and we had some issues with a heavy closet door which came loose on us.

It was a comfort inn, not a cabin. It was fine except I paid extra for mountain view and had a terrible view of mountains

Checked in late and the staff was amazing. Got our room quickly and checkin was painless. The room seemes pretty sparce decorated. The A/C unit was not working properly and there was maintenance on the entire 3rd floor. The bed was VERY HARD and was very uncomfortable. The sheets and bedding also felt scratchy and like cardstock paper. It was out 2nd time staying here and while the staff was amazing i think next time we will look elsewhere.

Front desk agent was so lovely. We talked about cats. She's super sweet.

This hotel acted quickly during flooding in the area, accommodated out family of 11 who was stuck traveling. They got us in a room asap, staff was incredibly nice. Prices was not gauged... Highly recommend. Thank you to this hotel and staff for your kindness and accommodations.

We were able to check in early which made our visit to the area more efficient. Front desk gentleman was very nice and accommodating.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Check in was a breeze, and my Silver status earned an upgraded room on the 3rd floor! I booked a Mountain View room, and it was absolutely stunning! I didn’t think I would have much of a view of the mountains when parking, but when we got up to the room, it was a gorgeous view! The breakfast was decent, they offered waffles, bagels, English muffins, sausage, fried eggs, yogurt, and more! My son had a great time in the pool, and the hot tub was actually hot unlike some places where they are only lukewarm. In our room, the closet door was broken and the bathroom lock didn’t work, but maintenance was more than happy to fix the issues for us. Downtown Fort Collins was maybe a 5 minute drive. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were very clean. Something that I found super cool was the fact that you can open the windows! I’ve never been to a hotel where you can actually open the windows. While the property was booked completely full, it was still incredibly quiet and everyone was friendly. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again!

This is my go to place to stay I love everything about it’s the staff member was working that day I got there was phenomenal no matter your situation is with the wonderful customer service that make my day that’s all I need others comes later. My suite was amazing too appreciate everything

Annoying blue LED lights in front overnight, but room was still dark enough to ignore it. Breakfast is average - limited options and they kept running out of regular coffee. I only got one little cup worth two out of the four days we were there - no server in sight both times.

Closest to I-25

Only 1 hourly (but at least free) bus into town, as I didn't have a personal vehicle. Ztrip Taxi service was available. Good value included free breakfasts.

Food for breakfast was ice cold, out of most items within 20 minutes of beginning of breakfast. Staff was rude when they were asked if there was more food. Pull out bed was dirty with food crumbs, no sheets provided, had to ask for towels for us. When checking out, staff could not release credit card hold, she daid she didnt know how and it wasnt her problem.
