Breakfast is very fresh and always kept full. Plenty of parking. Staff was very nice and friendly. Small town feel was prevalent. Everyone is very welcoming. The room service is complete and daily. They do a great job. I have stayed multiple times, and it has been an enjoyable stay every time.

Caulk is not a fix for mold. Walls and back of bathroom door was dirty. Pool and hot tub needs a deep cleaning or renovation. Breakfast was weak, poor selections.

Convenient location. It was quiet and safe. Our room was comfortable. There are noticeable maintenance issues - broken exterior window screens and everything needs a fresh paint job. Please!

We stayed at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Fruita after driving down from the Ashley Gorge area in UT. The hotel is conveniently located right across I-70 from downtown Fruita. It’s also very convenient to local hiking, running, & cycling trails. The property seems to be well-maintained with hospitable front desk staff and hard-working cleaning crews. The swimming pool isn’t well suited for laps, but kids will enjoy it. The fitness center is also nice and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend staying in this hotel if you need to find lodging near Fruita during your future travels.
