Nice place but the pool needs work. The painted floor is chipping and sticks to your feet. If you get in the hot tub, you’ll notice mold on the side of the pool.

Worse experience. Got a room toliet didnt flush was given a plunge after trying to fix are selfs then had to switch rooms. Went to hit the hot tub , THERE IS NOT A HOT TUB. The water was warm the same as the pool. Would not recommend

The beds were cozy and linens too. Weird smell in the lobby when you walk in maybe it’s old carpet . The pool- well when they painted it grey, and you swim or get in the hot tub, my daughter had grey pieces of paint all over her skin where it’s flaking off. So we left the pool. The pool water was too cold anyway. There really is so vending machines or way to get snacks because they don’t have much at the front . We had a handicapped bathroom and there was no counter space to get ready .

Great experience- clean, friendly. They gave us early check in and late check out, which was super helpful with our flight schedules. We also got upgraded to a suite upon check in! Good breakfast! Only complaint would be how small the fitness center is.

Well its a hotel it has an indoor pool and hot tub ( well a warmish tub )and does look or feel like they've cleaned in a while. The facilities are is most ways run down or out dated. The mattress was heavily rutted with body spots making my back sore days after leaving hotel. They offer a free breakfast but i chose to visit fastfood across the street. Also their door locking system doesnt work the best and while I was their hotel fire alarms went off and know one call room to tell me if it was real or false alarm as it was turned off in 5 minutes. Still even after asking i know nothing safety of guests is # 50 here.

Very disappointed with this hotel and the cleanliness of our room #216. The wallpaper was peeling off around the window with black mold all over the wall surface underneath. The carpeting and bathroom flooring have seen better days, they looked and felt dirty. The shower head needed to be replaced, as it was old and covered in build up. The unfinished paint job in the bathroom was an eye sore. As for as an upgrade for a king room, our view was the large and noisy venting system off the pool roof right up on the room window. I don't know if the bleach smell in our room was from the pool or the sheets - but it was nearly intolerable. For $200 a night, I never thought we would have been given the resulting dilapidated room. Very concerning that a Holiday Inn would ever put hotel guests in these conditions. Just awful.

The staff were really great, but the rooms were run down, dirty and overall not ideal. There was trash and a few bugs in our room upon arrival. The bathroom had holes in the wall, ripped shower curtain, and stains on the floor. Not to mention trash in the couch, on the floor and the sink didn’t work. This hotel needs a lot of work, probably wouldn’t stay again.

Was expecting more from this property based on the star rating and reviews. The hotel felt dingy and our room was pretty dirty (baseboards, walls behind doors, carpet) and rundown (missing drywall, holes in the bathroom walls, broken door stop). The AC unit looked as if it had never been cleaned, but the room was hot and humid when we arrived so we had to run it anyways. Although the price was super affordable I expected more. The photos made everything look newer and bigger than it is. The pool was much smaller than expected and had a funky smell. Don’t have high expectations if staying here.

The hotel workers were so pleasant, and the breakfast was great. My only qualms with the room was that the shower didnt drain very well, and we found a blood stain on our white comforter. Other than that, it was immaculate!

We booked a room for a night as a Valentine’s gift to ourselves, mostly to use the hot tub after a stressful week and to get a good nights sleep. We live 6 minutes away, so we could have stayed home. But we don’t venture out a lot. We were a bit disappointed in how the floors seemed to make every noise echo. We couldn’t sleep at all because the people above us were SO LOUD. It sounded like they were marching around from the moment we got into the room to the moment we woke up. We even could tell when they checked out and then could hear the cleaning. We probably would not stay again.

This particular stay was very sub-standard. The mattress in my room was in really bad shape & had a crater in it which made sleep rough. 2nd: there's no receptacle for doggy bags in the back area. 3rd: I was not given a receipt, and was told I'd receive an email. I didn't.

Staff was amazing. They were kind, professional, and hardworking. We stayed for a week and we never heard anyone in the hallway or a room next door from our own room. It was a convenient location to red rocks and many other attractions. Would 10/10 recommend.

This really was a disappointing stay. I didn’t give it totally horrible review because there was one desk person Jordan that was a big help. The desk person when we check in and an out ( 2 different people) need to be trained on front desk procedures and how to deal with in happy customers. Would never stay here again or recommend. There are pleat of other options down within minutes. It’s unfortunate that two poor staff members have to ruin it for everyone else. Corporate should really take a look. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one needed to be shared. When your front desk person goes to get you another key and never comes back and then avoids you in your second day red flag and when you try to check out and yell through the lobby and call on the phone and have search out the front desk person to see why you were charged a wrong amount and on a card they didn’t swipe and all he says is sometimes the reader doesn’t work red flag.

The area that the hotel is in is not over built and it has easy access to C-470. We went for a concert at Red Rocks and the hotel was close enough to the venue that we didn’t have any problems getting there on time. It was easy👍

We had reserved the hotel for a 2 night stay, November 8 and 9, to attend a family wedding and reception on November 9. Unfortunately, our flight to Denver which was scheduled for the night of November 8, got canceled in the afternoon. So there was no way we could get to Denver that night. Our flight got rescheduled for the morning of November 9. Since we had booked the hotel through Expedia, I went to the Expedia app which gave me an option to contact the hotel. Dinah, the hotel manager, was sympathetic to our situation. She said we would get a refund for the night of November 8 since we couldn’t get there. I did follow up with her after we got home. She told me she had contacted Expedia who would need to process the refund. After I was able to contact Expedia, we finally did receive the refund, which we appreciated. The only complaint we have of the hotel was the breakfast. Although there was a good selection of food, the oven wasn’t working the day we had breakfast and the hot items were lukewarm. I assume this was an infrequent occurrence.

There is no laundry service per say, but washing machines publicly available. This is nice to have, but a laundry service in addition would just be perfect for you to choose. Excellent breakfast ! The buffet is perfect !
