Stale smoke smell in the room out of date kitchen cabinets, rusty fixtures in bathroom some rot on sink, uncomfortable bed Pool is a glorified tub, very small only 3 feet deep, film on the top of the pool, physical fitness center was not in operation when we looked in the darkened window there was a mattress just thrown over some of the equipment The front staff, especially the day person was helpful at checkin. The hotel was quiet except for the fact that it is located right near Route 95 which makes it pretty loud when you are trying to sleep. It was convenient for our purpose and price was reasonable. Breakfast choices could use a bit more variety

Room smelled like marijuana. It was obvious the sheets were NOT changed. Room felt damp and humid. The pool is NOT a pool. It’s a small hot tub spa used for the summer. Very uncomfortable if there are more than a few people in it. Was disappointed, it was really hot and was looking toward it. Breakfast was toast, cereal and bagels. Soaps in bathroom were nice. Staff very friendly.

I have never left a poor review, but this property needs a total overhaul. From the moment we walked into the lobby, it stunk of cigarette smoke, despite many signs saying no smoking. Walking up to our second floor rooms (no elevator as far as I could tell) the stairway had a terrible smell. Our room was dank and musty. The shower surround was coming off the wall. Our (adult) son was first in a room that also stank of cigarette smoke. The second room had mold on the wall (he took pictures). The third room was simply dank and musty like ours. He tried to go to the gym and at first the staff couldn't figure out how to get into the gym. Once in, he noticed mold all around the gym. I will be trying to get a refund for this terrible experience.

The stay was very convenient for me and the hotel seemed clean. It was quiet and fairly comfortable. The maintenance was lacking in the room with the shower head and spigot loose and wobbly and the details of the room were rough (paint, caulk, fixtures, etc...) The included breakfast was a bit of a joke, the cheapest store bought cellophane wrapped coffee cake and pastry things, and maybe some waffle mix. Just lame. The pool was unavailable and looked to have been closed for some time. But, the rate was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff was nice. The first floor smelled really bad. Everything is old. I would expect this from an inn, not a Wyndham named hotel. Theres no elevator and tons of stairs. Very limited parking. They did not even have toothpaste or a small shop. Mostly clean. But not that clean.

The place is dirty. The smell assaults you as you enter the common areas. Combines stale smoke, foot door and mold. Broken room cabinets and room also smelled. No dining other than a very limited small breakfast. Couldn’t get out fast enough. No elevator and tried to send us to 2nd floor with much luggage. Saw a young handicapped girl try to get up steps to 1st floor room and we helped. Not ADA in the least. The one good thing was the staff was nice and courteous

Most staff seemed indifferent, hallways stunk of marijuana even though it was a non smoking establishment. Asked about whether or not my reward points got calculated and she was rude and couldn’t be bothered, as if I was supposed to know how it worked. Not a great reflection on the Wyndham brand. Pool was extremely chlorinated, so much so it was closed on the 3rd night of our stay.

The building smells old, musty, and like ciggerette smoke even though it’s a non-smoking building, there was even a burn hole in my sheet. I slept well and got to take a shower, mission accomplished.

This room was disgusting!!! Bed sheets had urine stains all over them. I asked for a new set, had to change them myself & they had stains also. Cobwebs on every corner of the room. Every laps shade was destroyed with holes in them. All towels & wash clothes had been used (literally black soot all over them)!!! Food was left in fridge from last guest. Definitely not a safe area either.

Room was sort of clean. Lot of dark hairs on floor of bathroom i know not mine im platinum blonde. Bed clean and comfortable. If i stay here again i want to be upstairs. Noisy floor and ceiling. Im a light sleeper too. Biggest disappointment was absolutely nothing and i mean nothing i could eat for breakfast they had cereal waffles pastries bread bagels etc. Im gluten allergic. No yogurt fruit eggs bacon. Not even orange juice. At least usually i can het an orange or banana and a yogurt. Nope. On a positive. Plenty of parking

The desk staff was wonderful!! Went overboard with their friendly, helpful ways. The housekeeping staff, however, was neglectful and untrustworthy. I went to make a cup of coffee on my first morning there and there was an old, moldy pod in the basket. I wrote a note stating just that: I couldn’t make coffee because the pot is not cleaned. I left the basket open with the written note on top. When I returned that evening the coffee pot looked exactly the same (dirty) and my note was gone. Trash was not emptied, bathroom was not cleaned, and my phone charger I left on the nightstand was missing. I left a $5.00 tip on that nightstand when I checked out 2 days later,(which I now regret doing). I probably won’t book there again.

The first warning should have been the plexiglass shield protecting the front desk clerk - what kind of neighborhood was this? Another clue was the sign posted in the bathroom with all the charges levied for stealing towels, sheets, coffee makes, etc. The largest fine was for smoking in the room, but our room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The bed had some kind of sheet metal skirting around the entire base that sounded like a bass drum when you turned over. The walls were so thin I could hear our neighbor’s Turkish music at 3:00 am. The in-room coffee was undrinkable and the breakfast was packaged muffins & sweet rolls wrapped in cellophane. I wish I hadn’t stayed here!

Check in was easy and the woman checking us in was lovely! It was downhill from there. The room was large but incredibly outdated with broken furniture and stained sheets and shower curtain. I called to get new sheets and because there was only one staff member working at 10 pm on a Friday night I had to get the sheets myself. While making the bed I discovered those sheets were also stained. Fridge was old and rusty, the chair was visibly filthy and the dresser legs were broken and the drawers wouldn’t stay shut. The door to the room didn’t fit the space so you can see into the hallway while the door is shut! It’s also paper thin so I could hear the conversations from the room across the hallway! They also disabled my key early on checkout day. Found out while loading my car at 9:30am! Highly don’t recommend!

My son had a Friday / Saturday baseball tournament an hour from home; so, we were looking for accommodations near the ball park to make life more convenient. My only real positive with Baymont was that we arrived early and the man at the front desk allowed us to check in early. After that, things went downhill. Front lobby smelled strongly of marijuana smoke, pool was more the size of a hot tub, poorly maintained, and cold. Right after we arrived at our room, an employee just walked right into the room while I was changing without knocking. The bathroom in the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room, and the door rattled every time someone else in the hallway opened or closed their door. The AC unit was old, kept tripping the breaker on its cord, and would turn off unexpectedly. The shower had really great shower head with great water pressure, the tub didn’t drain well so you had to stand in an ankle deep pool of dirty water. And, lastly, whereas the sheets and pillows were comfortable, the mattress was not, and it was placed on top of a very cheap looking platform. The room served our purpose of having a place to sleep; but, I would not stay here again.

The foundation of the bed was noisy, as if I was sleeping on a hollow cardboard box. The shower was not in good repair and the toilet paper holder could not be reached from a sitting position unless you were at least six feet or taller. The staff were pleasant but all in all the property was not up to the standards of the Baymont brand.

I was scolded by the night manager and threatened Regarding my service dog Hart at him because she was telling him that I was not feeling well. I guess he didn’t get the memo. My GSD Is a medical alert service dog for diabetic symptoms and that manager told me that I’d have to have the dog removed if she barked. Needless to say I will not return here. I have shortened my stay because The situation was very scary and disregulating for me. I felt Very distressed and demeaned. I have tried very hard to make sure Katie has been quiet. The fire door at the end of my hallway is duct taped As the lock is broken and needs to be fixed. Initially they tried to lock the fire door, which is a violation of state fire law.

When checking in the front desk was very sarcastic and rude to me. When I asked a question about a form he had no idea what I was talking about, so I showed him and he said I don't know but fill it out. Then when my friends asked for another blanket up front he was very rude to them about asking for just a blanket because she was cold. Front Desk was just rude and unprofessional.

The staff was amazing JoJo she was very professional and welcoming. She definitely made a big difference in our stay at this property. We were there for a wedding so a big group in the hotel. Is very close to the highway as well do the Main Street where some local restaurants are.

We were allowed to check in early, the room was clean. Restaurants were close by. Also forgot my medication in the fridge and they held it for a week, until I could get back. Pool is small and adequate. Only concern is we left early in the morning and there was a sketchy male hanging out in the back where we were parked.

They advertise full breakfast. I asked for some Pam spray for the waffle maker, and they told me they only spray it once in the morning. Everyone’s waffles were getting stuck in the waffle maker. And the hallways stuck very bad.

Room was clean. Havring a toaster jn the breakfast area does not constitute advertising hot breakfast. Choices were close to none. Never ever have an empty coffee pot. Hotel was well enought for a shower and sleep..

Our bed was very comfortable! Both room and bathroom were clean! The breakfast was a disappointment! There were only a handful of each of the offerings….packaged pastries, tiny yogurt cups, toast and cereal! We had to ask for paper plates! It seemed as though the management was afraid that we would take too much!

Very mediocre. The free breakfast was useless, only bread, toaster waffles, and pre packaged pastries. The shower head in the room was covered in mold and shower drain was slow. The pool was closed. The hallways and lobby were clean but musty and slightly smoky smelling. The Service checking in was fine but not very welcoming.
