Is ok not bad. The only thing is jacuzzi are small

Did Jacuzzi is nice bathroom door didn’t shut or lock no hot water in the shower drunk people banging on our door midnight 2 AM 4 AM 6 AM the first night the second night it happened 4 AM and 6 AM. The remote control didn’t work needed batteries. It’s a ghetto fabulous hotel no matter very disappointed

Property needs to be updated plus some jacuzzi rooms need to be smoke free

Was not anything like we pictured the room was no where near what was advertised no heart shaped jacuzzi

Payed for a room with a jacuzzi for New Year's get away but jacuzzi did not work called front desk no answer finally front desk called few minutes before check out. I explained situation told me they would see me up front to check out and speak about it but never did anything all they said was we will let mananger know about jacuzzi.

The place was okay nothing to special Was not pleased with seeing a roach and the jacuzzi wasn’t working really good. Thoughtfully a better room next time

Jacuzzi tub was dirty and the jets didn’t work. Very run down looking room same with the bathroom. Felt gross being there

Dirty broken jacuzzi with no hot water which was the whole point of my stay, broken tv, dirty bathroom, dirty towels , not nice about it when brought up to the staff

The Hot Tub was to loud turn it on and the tub wasn’t really clean at all …

Checking in guy was rude , hot tube did not work no hot water. But because I waited more then ten min. For time I checked in they couldn’t help me.

The room was clean and all of the basic functions were working. There was no coffee maker or hot cups, though the shower got really hot so you could make due with that if you really needed hot water. It was also an extremely loud location. The inn itself doesnt have any sound-proofing so Being right next to major roads has its pros and cons. Heard excessive acceleration and Sirens all night, so we kept the tv on to help us sleep through the sudden volume changes from outside. Overall you get what you pay for

Clean room

So lets start with the room above leaks with the shower and toilet and was taped to prevent leaks. Bed bugs.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room was big enough for me, my two kids, and husband. (King non-smoking) I would stay the night again. I looked through a bunch of hotel reviews before booking this place. A lot of other hotels had bad reviews but this hotel had good reviews. It did not disappoint.

Extremely dusty room as well as roach infestation there was a dead roach on the nightstand the first time walking in save your money

Bedding had cigarette burns, towels had marks on them. Smoke detector was goong offf and took 3 hours to change

I like the staff they are very nice. The hotub water had massive amounts of bio-film calcium buildup and dirt and hair coming out of the faucet . It was so bad there were all types of little different color hair in the water . We tried to rotate the water and drain but it only got worse , it was so bad that when we drained the tub and let it dry , we whiped the red tub with our hand and thick amounts of white build up started to accumulate and was very noticeable in the red hot tub . We called the front desk and they offered to give us bleach to clean up the tub or they can replace our room for another . Its kind of ridiculous when you call two weeks ahead and it was expensive and you cant even use the hot tub . We seen a roach in the bathroom . And the bathroom ceiling had mold everywhere . Other then that it was expensive and unfortunately at this point it wasnt worth it . In my opinion since we called prior i believe the room should have been top tier , this was a very disappointing experience, please do better ! $350.00 for two nights check in 3pm check out 11am yeah no not worth it at all , that's $350.00 down the drain that im not going to get back or even a discount half my money back like this is very unfortunate and expensive for no reason !

I paid alnost $200 to stay here it was infested with roaches all over the bathroom even crawling on the tv. The sheets were stained and when i told the person working at night they couldn't care less and in the morning they did nothi g no refund no apologies nothing no one should ever stay here no matter the price

Room was dirty. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were wet.

Liked the space of the room and the spacious mini fridge. Our room had a giant storage area in the room, which could have been better utilized by increasing the space in the bathroom or making it into a breakfast nook. The bathroom had no fan, couldn't open the window for ventilation and the showerhead had terrible pressure.

Very quiet, room was clean but smelled of cigarettes. Perfect for one night stay.

First off I’m basing my ratings on this class of stays..by no means am I comparing this to something out of its class. All in all it is a great value, and rooms appear to be somewhat outdated but also Seem to be in process of upgrades.. Floors are vinyl planks, shower was mold free TV picture was fuzzy, has a mini fridge and microwave, offer smoking rooms for those who smoke 420!!

Sketchy! Old mattresses stacked up outside, room was pretty rough. Room was located with a street/stop sign out the. At broom window. Revving cars, sirens, squealing tires, loud radios all night. Sleep? What sleep… water was hot at 4 am at least and I got out.

Well the picture of room wasn’t really what room looked like.I was on bottom floor and I could hear the noise from the room above.continental breakfast didn’t look like much 2 tables small space for food.

Met my expectations. Hotels.com randomly booked me a smoking room but they were able to give me a non smoking room at check in. If you’re sensitive to smoke, I would look somewhere else. The room was large and met our needs. But again, it’s an economy motel so you’re not going to get a whole lot beyond a bed to sleep on and a bathroom. Staff were friendly enough and helpful when my key card didn’t work (magnetic strip cancelled out being too close to my phone).

The property was as nice as it could have been! Good for a cheap place to stay in the area. My tv and the WiFi were spotty.

The bed was very comfortable. However there was a problem with the television however the WiFi was fine.

Staff very professional and attentive.

Good budget hôtel. Clean room, friendly staff, were very understanding and helpful. The first room was smelling smoke, so the receptionist changed it straight away. The next room was fine, good price, so all good.

The room was in poor condition. Missing outlet covers, broken outlet covers on the RFI plug in the rest room. Worn out furniture. And only two tv station to choose from. Went to turn in my room key and the desk attendant was asleep i called to them and they never woke up.

*1/5 stars - Avoid this motel at all costs!* I recently had a disastrous experience at this motel after booking through Expedia. Upon arrival, I received a key card that didn't work, and the receptionist seemed skeptical when I reported the issue. After verifying the problem, he offered to move me to another room. However, the new room was a nightmare - it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the linens had burn holes. The receptionist claimed it was my assigned room, but I refused to stay there. When I asked for a non-smoking room with a king-sized bed, he demanded extra payment. The motel's policy, as explained by the receptionist, was that standard rooms are smoking rooms by default. The room's condition was unacceptable, with a worn-out bathroom and a terrible mattress. Needless to say, I won't be booking this motel again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you value a clean and comfortable stay, look elsewhere.

The checked in staff had an attitude, for what reason, I have no idea

Check in was very slow. Employee was having a very long phone conversation and was not paying attention to what he was doing. I was put in a “non-smoking” room. It was anything but. It smelled terrible. The area was very sketchy. I was concerned about my vehicle being there overnight. The good news was that it was poring rain.

I checked in and was told they gave away my nonsmoking room to someone else, and that all they had was a smoking room. I asked if I could get a refund since I didn’t book for a smoking room and was refused the refund. I was like, if I am going to be charged anyways might as well take the smoking room and not make a scene. I had the worst night in the room where the cigarettes smell must have infiltrated the room’s quantum physics dimension because everything that touched the bed smelled like cigarettes-my body/hair/bookbag/clothes. My childhood asthma acted up and I don’t know how I didn’t die because I really wanted to, in this cigarette marinated room. Never again. Even after opening the window, fanning out the room with the door and blasting the AC on high. Nothing seemed to help this poor room.

Very un down but clean. Looks like a tough neighhood.

Good location, quick check-in and out.

For the price point I was very happy. It was in East Hartford which is an iffy area but we had a great time. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Everything worked as it should ! Would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends !

Surprisingly clean, comfy, and quiet for a motel within spitting distance of an interstate off ramp. Nicely located with access to food venues. Including a dispensary directly out front, if you’re into that sort of thing.

We were in town a couple of days and attend the USA p/Germany soccer game. It was close to the stadium, which is what we wanted. I noticed most of the people that stayed there arrived late and left early, so it’s a place to sleep when you’re traveling. There’s a couple of excellent restaurants on the street which is a plus. It is what it is, a place to stay when traveling. No complaints

The stay was okay. It was just a room though. The pictures online were deceiving as the neighborhood was in an industrial and depressed area.

It was in a bad neighborhood, grocery carts in the parking lot with trash in them. We did not check-in or stay there at all. Lwft area and found another place to stay. Very dissatisfied with how the prpoerty was represented online.

Easy access to highway and price was really good

The fridge was disgusting. I booked a room with 2 beds for my 17yr old son and I but only got 1 bed to share, uncomfortable, VERY! There was only 1 wash cloth, I asked house keeping for another, they said they didn’t have. Went and asked the front desk, he said another would be provided, didn’t get it so we had to choose who took a shower. Coffee was in the reception area, outside!!
