Asked for a receipt at check out but was told I could only get it the next morning by email. I still haven’t received it! The pillows were uncomfortably soft. The hotel was quite clean. No pool which was disappointing.

This Comfort Inn was clean and close to where we needed to be. The room was good-sized and the sheets and towels were nice. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The outside of the building could use some paint but the parking was very convenient to the front door.

Just the way travel should be. Lots of great parking, easy check-in, clean room and bathroom, very comfortable and warm bed. Very clean and we had a handicap member with us in a wheelchair and her room has been set up just perfectly for a person with mobility issues.

Renovations are going on downstairs but, it wasn’t an issue…. My room was spacious and clean and appeared to be newly done…. Super polite staff and the breakfast was great with many options.

The desk clerk couldn't tell us whether the EV chargers were working (but no hotel we have been to in the past 5 years could tell us about their EV chargers). Overall, basic - but staff could use some oversight and training!

Approximately 20 red ants appeared in the bathroom during the evening. I called the front desk but they didn’t have anyone available to take care of the problem. They offered to move me to another room but I was already unpacked.

The front desk team was wonderful, our room was very clean, the cleaning staff washed the public entrance floor frequently- it was sparkling. Warm breakfast options were a surprise, coffee and other beverages were available for free all day long. The room decor is dated, but the overall cleanliness made up for it. Also, the towels were very clean and packaged nicely in clean wrapping which was somehow comforting, and they were plentiful. The hotel could use new pillows- would recommend bringing your own. Larger size refrigerator and microwave were useful. The staff takes pride in their work. Excellent diner across the street. Lovely, historic town with a town green. Convenient to 95 too.

Breakfast was fine. Hotel a little outdated with shower/tub combination. I would stay again it was not terrible just not what I am accustomed to. Could have done without the barking dog but it was not constant so it was ok.

Overall I was very pleased as the facility itself was clean and check in was quick. The room was nice although I would have liked bigger beds for sharing. The tv was big and plenty of outlets were available and the room was clean. I didn’t like how thin the walls were as I had trouble sleeping because I heard everyone checking in downstairs. The pillows felt nice and the bed was firm which I appreciate for my back.

Essentially an overpriced Comfort Inn but when it was the Comfort Inn the room had more furnishings and a better shower. No drawers, no desk chair, no coffee maker, no microwave. It did have a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, but I would expect more for $350 per night. And hotels.com claimed that they had a laundry which they did not have.

Thus Spark is simple, spare,no amenities. Rooms are spartan, bathrooms tio however it is clean, everything works, a reasinabke location and the price is righr. Coffee was good..breakfast, nothing to write home about but there is a diner axross the street.

When I checked in, the desk was unattended. I waited for 15 minutes, tried calling a number posted but the call wasn't picked up. When a young woman finally showed up, I had a lot of trouble understanding her. Let's just say it wasn't the least bit welcoming or professional.

Plumbing leak in bathroom. Asked about room change and was told they had no open rooms and never heard anything else. Ate breakfast the first morning and got sick. Carpet in room was visibly dirty in high traffic areas.

We go up and down the 95 corridor frequently. We stay here because there are some great restaurants on the Guilford Green, just minutes away. The hotel is affordable, clean and the service is great. Also relatively quiet because it just slightly off 95 but not close enough to hear the traffic noise.

Stayed for a quick overnight. Hotel was dated, but kept up well. Staff was very nice. Very convenient to the highway and safe area. Rooms were clean and we had no issues with plumbing. Room was warm, but to be expected in-between seasons. Breakfast could have been better, but there is a dunkin right down the road. Overall I would stay here again.

This was a very nice mid priced property. There is a really good restaurant 3 minute walk away. The AC worked just right and wasn't too loud. I would stay here again. There is no protein in the breakfast, but there are breakfast restaurants all around.

With the updates mase the room is not practical.no microwave,wasted space where a llove seat could have been placed to place our bags, no closet space and the breakfast was not apoealing to a caruety of choices.

I stay here every time I go to Guilford. The property is showing severe signs of age. I would be nice to see reinvestment in rooms. The included breakfast is pretty terrible but that is probably true at all Comfort Inns

This is our go to place to stay when visiting family in Madison. It has everything we need, a comfortable bed, a great bathroom, good WiFi, and a fridge, Their breakfast is mediocre but it doesn’t matter to us as we have a favorite breakfast spot.
