Best Western Hartford Hotel and Suites

This is a nice convenient hotel. Always clean and safe. The breakfast is good and it is easily accessible from the interstate. We stay here whenever we are in the Hartford area.

The whole 6 night, 7 day was a nightmare. No room service even after asking. Bad part of town....NOT because of dispensary next door. I will never stay there again. This place doesn't get a second chance.

The room was clean but a little outdated. The hair dryer very old and needed to be replaced. The carpet in the room had a musty smell. The hallways had a similar smells as well. A good steam cleaning hopefully will resolve the issue. The walls are thin so you might hear your neighbors or plumbing sounds. Shower pressure was high, but hot water was quick. There is no quiet time, so people were talking and slamming the door in the of the late of night. Breakfast was basic, no pancakes or waffles makers. Parking was free, which is good. Good stay if on a budget, but if you expect better quality, maybe not.

I checked in on Sunday. I expected to have clean towels on Monday. In the very least. I went to desk and got put on a list. I was told housekeeping may not make it fir it was a busy weekend. Tuesday the same, put on list to no avail. Wednesday I ran

hotel was clean. rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. some issue with getting Netflix activated but staff was responsive. food was typical.
