The hotel was not acceptable for many reasons. I had 4 rooms. None of the rooms had any information about local stuff, TV channels, or the area. 2 rooms had no hair dryer. One room (401) the phone didn’t work, the bathroom door handle fell off, there was mold on the tub, ceiling and wall, there was coffee but no coffee maker, and the room was not clean when we arrived or cleaned on our 2nd day there. Room 403 TV did not work with the remote. The desk person came to the room and told my 84-year-old mother she could reach up and around the tv to control it. We called the front desk for 5 minutes with no answer to get this response when she finally responded. In the same room, there was a door stop in the floor that was a tripping hazard when using the closet. Bathroom amenities included 3 different brands - a bar of soap, a tiny shampoo, and a lotion. No conditioner. It seemed like they got the products at a close out sale or something. There was nothing about this place to set it apart from the cheapest motel, but it wasn’t cheap. Breakfast was ok. Coffee in the lobby was terrible. The whole place smelled of weed and air freshener spray. Every single time we left our room, the key card stopped working. Prior to arriving, I tried to call the hotel numerous times. They never answered. So don’t recommend this place that is actually very conveniently located.
