Motel 6-Milford, CT

Expected much more, horribly disappointed, first issue elevator doesn’t have a button for the 3rd floor to which we were assigned because the claimed they didn’t have rooms on any other floor, you had to take the elevator to the 2nd or 4th floor then come down the stairs, imagine someone with disabilities having to deal with this, Arrived at the 3rd floor and entire floor smelt of smoke and weed, this is just unacceptable. Specifically requested house keeping after the first night, never showed up throughout out 3 night stay Requested new towels be delivered to the room, front dest indicated we’d have to come get them ourselves, the lack of customer service is astounding. Do not book this location

The toilet leaked water every time you flush. The ceiling of the shower was coming apart and falling inside the shower tub while bathing. The website pictures do not reflect actual appearance. No continental breakfast , they use the this area for storage.

Pretty dirty bathroom and bed

The room wasn't the best the sink and tub wasn't draining good, and I asked them to come and fixed it and no one came to even look at it after they promised they would. Also, the room by the elevator don't get good wifi connection and the TV wouldn't work well in that area.

Parking was fine, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were little things, animal food spilled in the hallway, the entry way smelled like cigarette smoke. But the price was good, the rooms and beds were great. I'd go back
