The Stuff was rude no one came to clear the room for two days . When I made the reservations, they told me you had a pool. The pool was closed. It was under maintenance. Very bad experience. I would not come back to your hotel. Thank you for nothing.

Check in was great. We even got to spin a prize wheel and won a free snack from snack shop! The double bed suite was very spacious. Room was super clean. Next morning my workout was spectacular in the newly renovated gym. Cleanest gym I have ever been in! Breakfast was hot and they had EVERYTHING! We’ll be back. FYI all staff was friendly and helpful too!

The hotel had delicious food options for breakfast. The only negative for me would be NO POOL. The hotel showed some pictures of a pool, but there is no pool at this hotel. Overall everything else was a 10 out of 10.

Place DEFINITELY fell off since my last stay. There was rust on pool area door ALOT of rust. There was dust on the side of nightstand I’m bedroom. The elevator was HORRIBLE takes TOO long to come. Elevator opens and closes DANGEROUSLY while stepping in. Very wobbly feels like mechanical issues. Place needs a second elevator. Thanks!!

Staff was so nice! When we got to our room front desk called to ask if the room was okay and if not they could move us- room was great. Plenty of space. Fitness center is currently being refurbished and the sister property next door was offered as an alternative

I was on the first floor and the people above me was making so much noise . I went to the front desk to complain . I don’t even think they said anything to them . Also, there was a funk smell everytime you walked into the room , bath tub didn’t look clean at all . Had to buy my own cleaning supplies .

Overall the stay was good. The room accommodated all 6 of us and whatever we needed extra, the staff quickly responded. The floors in the bathrooms could be more cleaner, the wifi wasn’t great at all, the TV internet to stream was horrible but other than that, the stay was pleasant. And the breakfast was not too bad for a hotel free breakfast.

Bathroom is in fairly rough shape. Lots of caulking and messed up wall paper. There was a few pubic hairs in the shower As well. Overall wasn’t the worst But in pretty serious need of updating.

Hotel elevators were out of service for numerous days. Bathroom was dirty with pink mold on the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers in the shower. Black mold was also present in shower. Carpet and sofa in room were filthy with multiple spots on both. This hotel was a 3star hotel and should have only been a 1 or less. When asked a hotel employee for more coffee in dining room because both coffee containers were empty, the employee just shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. This could possibly be the worst Marriott we’ve ever stayed in!

Both beds had pubic hairs on the sheets and therefore the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. The floor was not vacuumed based on the hairpins and trash scattered all over. The couch was horrible with rips, tears, stuffing coming out of the couch, burns on the couch, mattress was ripped and horrible.

This hotel stopping cleaning rooms unless you're booked for 3 nights. The staff told us that it was because of COVID. President Biden declared COVID over a long time ago. This is just Marriott saving money.

Room was clean and the location is directly off of I-95. The beds were super hard, but we only stayed for the night. The property is older and worn a bit but the staff were nice at checkin and had our suite ready for us.

The check-in staff was great and the room is spacious with a nice desk area. However, the sofa in the room is worn out and not comfortable for watching TV. The TV itself is modestly sized and poorly positioned. The position of the TV isn\'t good for watching from the sitting area or watching from bed. Simply put, it\'s not worth the $400-/night it ends up being with all the taxes. As a small annoyance, at checkout I mentioned that the mini Haagen Dazs that I purchased the evening before was so freezer burned that it was inedible. Instead of taking the couple of bucks (not expensive) that it cost off of my bill, the person at the desk made a joke about and said that she\'ll have to eat all the "bad" ones so that no one else gets one. That was a poor decision. We won\'t be back.

Our boys loved the chocolate milk and muffins at breakfast. I loved all the toppings for the yogurt! Room was large and nice. We used the beds and pull-out couch. Close proximity to Silver Sands State Park, where we spent several hours one morning.

I enjoyed my stay. Very clean room with no complaints beside it being a little to noisy for us at night. The people who stayed above from us on the second floor was running back and forth late at night. We did not like that but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are very spacious. If you are traveling with 3 or more people, or staying for more than a few nights, the rooms are a good size. The AC barely worked and it was quite hot. The elevator and really all of the facilities are quite old. The pillows were not comfy at all.

Common areas are up-to-date, welcoming, as is staff. Rooms are very dated, sofa worn and sink to your knees, bathrooms are very outdated, shower curtain did not fit to keep water in tub, beds were good. Wasn’t worth the price, which was probably higher because of peak fall weekend.

I got to the hotel to check in with a reservation and was turned away told no room available and I’d have to wait an hour. The girl at the desk told me they are sold out. While waiting I watched severial people come in and request a room with no reservation and the girl at desk checked them in. I got up to check in after an hour wait and the young man in front of me had no reservation, was way underage and the girl behind desk gave him a room.

I recently stayed one night at the SpringHill Suites in Milford, on my way to NJ from RI. I was given room 329, after a quick and easy check in around midnight, and the two staff at the desk were friendly and efficient. Staff at breakfast were friendly too as were housekeepers. The hotel lobby/breakfast area was very modern and cozy, breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items, and everything I had tasted good! The room was clean, comfortable, good size, furniture was in good condition, and bed was fine but perhaps a bit firm. Loved the alarm clock that has 2 facing sides, one towards bed, so you can easily glance over at time! Only issues were shower gel was not filled before my stay, but luckily I did not run out, the shower rod was loose/curved downward so couldn't completely keep water in tub, and there were no tissues. I also did not like that there was only one elevator so there was a brief wait at times. Also, the outdoor sign is mostly burnt out, with just a few letters lit up at night, which should be fixed asap. I am glad I tried this property, as I have stayed at several nearby hotels when passing through, like Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Quality Suites, Hyatt Place, and Best Western, and this was definitely my favorite! I would definitely stay again! Great location right off 95 and easy access back onto highway!

The entire property was clean and everything up-to-date service wise. What made it very special was the enthusiastic staff from the front desk to housekeeping and a special shout out to Maddie who hosts the breakfast buffet. She is absolutely delightful efficient and is emblematic of what Marriott would like in all of their employees

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Every morning when we left the hotel, we were locked out of our room. The first time they said it was due to another guest having the same name. The other times it was the key system. While being locked out of our room, housekeeping never came. At least we were offered extra towels by the front desk. Also, the first time we got locked out of our room when we went to the front desk to ask for help, the attendant seemed more interested in finishing her stocking duties and didn't even acknowledge we were there. I'll be right with you; it would have been better than nothing. Ironically, when we left the hotel, housekeeping asked, and the front desk asked if we were leaving so they could clean the room. We will look for something better the next time we are in the area.

I recently stayed one night at the SpringHill Suites in Milford, on my way to NJ from RI. Things I liked - good room except for the bathroom, bar service in the evening with a very nice bartender, and an extremely good front desk staff. Things I didn't like - even with a GPS the road to the hotel was difficult to find and the bathroom was more like a highway rest stop bathroom than one in a hotel this nice.

This hotel is very spacious with lots of perks like smart tvs, free welcome coffee/ drink station, each room with living room space and more. Springhill suites is great for families too. Breakfast was delicious with lots of gluten free options. The pool is closed forever but there is still a gym. I highly suggest it.
