Dupont Circle Embassy Inn by FOUND

Habitación muy pequeña. Televisión enorme que no funcionaba porque no estaba conectada a Internet. El caudal de la ducha era mínimo. Las toallas sucias. Encontramos una gominola junto a la cama nada más llegar. No nos hicieron la habitación en tres días que estuvimos. Muchísima humedad en la habitación después de ducharse, debido seguramente a una mala ventilación. Como aspectos positivos. El wifi funciona muy bien. Hay para guardar maletas y el ascensor también muy amplio pero no sirve para subir maletas desde el nivel la calle. No volvería.

Staff onsite limited hours, but friendly when I was there. The neighborhood is great. This is an older property and shows its bones in certain areas. The toilet ran every couple of minutes for 5 seconds or so (distracting), the walls are thin (bring earplugs!), most finishes are worn. There was a random screw underneath the fitted bedsheet that I had to fish out before getting into bed, no idea how it got there.

The hotel needs an urgent renovation. The lack of a receptionist makes the stay very unpleasant. If you need support or anything is wrong with your room no one will answer. I could see only one person from time to time, he was useful with the bags but when we realised they had give you a lower quality room despite we payed for full price of the superior room, no one answered nor resolved the issue despite we state 5 days at the hotel. The rooms are extremely small and the windows broken
