Our room was fine & the shower was good. Areas around the buildings were not well kept. An open dumpster located near the front of the building in full view of our room was a real eyesore.

Pool area not clean, junk piled up all around the ice & vending machine area. AC unit half falling off wall. Light fixture by bed didn’t work & outlet so loose it was about to come out of wall. Hotel needs some attention

Got there to check in. This motel says they honor emotional support service dogs, but yet when we got there to check on we were charged an extra $100 pet deposit and extra $15 pet fee. The first room they gave us was full of mold and dirty. We complained and they gave us a slightly cleaner room with less mold, but still had mold. The pool and courtyard had trash everywhere including flooring in the pool and on the pool deck. I included some photos of the mold in the rooms

This hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Very nicely updated. Room was Much nicer than we expected! We traveled with a dog and the dog walking area is limited. That would be my chief complaint. Saturday night was lively because of bar and karaoke. Seems like it might have extended stay residents? Front desk attendant was very friendly. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Bathroom had nice walk in shower with decorative tile.

The property is not well kept. It looks unkept. Room curtains dirty as well as wall. Worst thing there were roaches! Had to go out and buy a can of roach killer and spray them and the room. Too expensive at $160 per night for the bad quality. No control over loud noisy guests.

Since the shower drain was not sloped, the bathroom floor was half wet. There is no iron and ironing board in the rooms. The iron we asked from the reception is very old and leaking water. There were fleas in the bed. The refrigerator doesn't cool.

Waterproof vinyl floors we're probably swept but never mopped our feet were black with two trips to the bathroom. Tiny refrigerator with no freezer. Toilet was dirty shower was dirty. We knew it was bad when we walked in and asked to cancel and they said if we canceled they would take all the money. Do not go stay here

We went to put food/drinks in fridge but there was food already in there & the frigid was not cold. The microwave could not be used because it could not reach the outlet. The toilet was run when we got there and was still running when we left. Cockroach were in the shower and the shower curtain had mold on. We could not sit down in the chairs because they both looked like someone had pissed on then. We decided to just go to bed the sheets smelled like wet dog/dog piss. We started to call the front desk but there was no phone cord/cable to the wall & phone.

It took way too long to check in. The wi-fi would work in the office but not in the room. I could not use my laptop for my business purposes. I could not use my cpap because there was no electric close to the bed.The closest outlet was about 8 feet away, was loose and the plug keep falling out. No electric for the coffee pot. Had to move it to another part of the room.

Over all it was a great location and nice room but the adjacent room whom we shared a door with was very loud. You can hear everything happening next door. No sound proofing. That was very annoying

King smoking (by mistake). Room smells like smoke. Spacious enough for a couch or table with chairs but only had 2 chairs. Needs updated figures. No where to plug in cell phones. Investing in new lamps with charging ports easy fix. Restroom needs TLC. Stains on door that had not be cleaned prior. Put in back where I'm assuming employed abd long term rentals are.

Rooms are extremely dated, walls are paper thin, fixtures and blow dryer in bathroom are rusted, no receiver for the phone, furniture is tattered and marked up, wall and ceilings are are patched up. First room I was given was filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest. No sheets on the bed, dirty towels on the floor and leftover garbage was on the counter. I could hear entire conversation of guests in the next room. They weren’t being exceptionally loud, the walls are just that thin. Could also smell them cooking dinner in my room both nights. The door between the rooms had about a 2 inch gap at the bottom which allowed the sounds and smells from the other room to freely enter mine. Would not recommend for any rate, even a steeply discounted rate.

Most customers staying here were smoking outside of their rooms. The person staying next to me smoked in a chair in front of his door and he also rudely smoked on the steps directly in front of my room. I stayed one night and when I woke up, my room smelled like marijuana. There was also limited parking and the local sheriff also showed up on the first night. The area was unsafe and the dumpster on the property was overflowing with trash. I would never stay here again. I stayed one night and booked another hotel for the remaining 4 nights of my trip. I asked for a refund for the remaining 4 nights from the front desk and from Expedia and no one has contacted me since this request. Poor customer service all the way around.

The property and rooms needed updating. My room was a bit run down and in need of some maintenance and repair of several items…though the room was generally clean. The shower water was essentially cold and no attention was given to the problem even after discussing with the front desk.

When we checked in, we were told there was a 100.00 security deposit that would be refunded on our credit card. It has NOT. Also, since staying there my credit card was compromised. What a terrible neighborhood. Did NOT feel safe at all. Really sad for Bradenton FL

The guests next door had visitors and were noisy until 3:30 AM. When I called the front desk at 3:00 AM no one answered the phone despite my calling for a half an hour. Good news - it was clean. Bad news - no washcloths or soap.

You never said anything about $100 deposit I did not stay there I spent 3 hours in the parking lot with somebody manager at hotels.com it's been a week now I have not received my deposit can I please get my $150 some dollars back

Stayed with my fam for two nights as we enjoyed the Bradenton beaches. Room was what we needed for the price of $100 a night. Nothing super fancy but solid and close to gulf and Manatee River boardwalk. Hardwood floors were nice vs carpet. We could tell the room had been remodeled. AC unit cranked 72 cold the whole time. Loved the extra seating (desk chair and sitting chair. No bfast (ignore the recent review that included that false detail). Best part is it’s across the street from a phenomenal Latin market, cafeteria, and bakery! Cafe con leche, carnitas, and other deliciousness are in walking distance! This made the location worth it for us!

The least inexpensive place I could find for one night before my vacation started but not in the best area. Traveling alone and getting dropped off by an Uber at 11pm was a bit scary. But it also wasn’t $500 a night like many others

It was a cheaper hotel/motel, but the biggest issue we had was we did not feel entirely safe. The room was as to be expected, we were missing a remote to our tv which they took care of but it was a broken remote with tape all over the back and the room smelled like smoke. Other than that the staff was friendly and nice, but the property could use some upgrades

This place is not safe. Nor should it be an option on a site like this. Especially near the sandy beaches of Florida. Families will see this and think it is a great deal. People sleeping in the lobby. Unclean. People there are dangerous. There is no doubt that if I had stayed the night my truck would have been broken in to.

If you only want a bed under a roof, this is for you. If you want more (like security, quiet, reliable wifi, breakfast, etc), keep looking. Staff is great, and doing what they can. But you can only put so many coats of lipstick on a pig.

Price was excellent, we were looking for a clean, good price to stay to show our 88 y/o mom a good time at the beach. Good shopping around, 20 minutes from the beach. Only 1 drawback.......beds are really small. Needs to be updated at least to a queen. The only reason we needed a room was to sleep. Sleeping was not what we got. Hard bed and very small. But we had a place to hang our clothes and take a shower. Good cup of coffee though.

Staff was nice and helpful. We didn’t have coffee pot in room. The TV remote was not programmed for regular TV stations. No clock in room. No continental breakfast. For price of room we should have had these things. Bed was nice.
