I pull up and there’s people talking about having drugs and weapons in one of the rooms. Also, no hot water morning or night and wasn’t even given shampoo. Had to “request shampoo” and also lay a “linen fee”

This is a poor location for travelers needed a 1 or 2 night stays. They have changed their business model and no breakfast, coffee or basics provided as stated online.

Lobby locks at 10pm. Had to use outside phone to contact someone in order to check in along with another guest. The bathroom sink faucet was severely corroded. Poor quality considering the high price.

The whole online advertisement where a lie there are NO Smoking rooms THERE IS NO BREAKFAST They make you pay 40.09 for pots and pans if needs to use for your stay they DO NOT supply more than 1 towel and 1 wash rag per guest you must bring your towels and wash rags down to the front office to be washed and bought back up to you the toilet gave out and they didn’t fix it they provide 3 pillows per bed 4th at a coast and the DO NOT supply a blanket/quilt NO shampoo or conditioner and one little bar of soap so in other words ur paying for a room and a bed bring all the items you need for a comfortable stay because if not you will definitely be disappointed and want to go get a room somewhere els, I pray for you if you ever come across front desk staff as they are equally nasty as there Hotel my husband called to confirm reservation and she said oh the website lies we do not have breakfast or smoking room there is a little yard you can go to if you want to smoke and you must pay for Wi-Fi 8.00 an hr 25.00 for 8 days and hung up I hope everyone reads this and makes the proper discussion before booking your stay sincerely a disgusted custom who stated there over this past weekend 9/16/23

They charged an additional amount beyond the booking fee under the pretext of future services and needs—such as extra towels or soap—regardless of whether these items were actually requested or needed.

The stay was very peaceful and quiet. Had the view of a pond with some ducks swimming around. My only regret is that the coffee maker were taken out and breakfast and other things were eliminated and was informed once I was there even though when I made the reservation these things were offered. But in general I liked the place and would return.

This hotel is not in a bad location however it has a walk-in lobby only which tells me everything I need to know about the place. There is nowhere to sit. They could not accommodate an early check-in and made me wait but the place was not overbooked. they have a kitchenette with no utensils, or even plastic cups, the microwave was old and peeling, the refrigerator had rust inside the freezer. This hotel is not worth the $107 a night cost. They even had the nerve to charge me $100 for incidentals.

Trust me, it’s not even worth $80 stay. Reeks of weed and musk, poor lighting, zero service, they nickel and dime you for everything, you have to talk to a computer befor taking to anyone at the front desk which is locked, they won’t even deal with you unless you call into the automated service line. Overall it is outdated and sucked. I have regretted staying here for just 1 night. Unless your so desperate for a room, it’s a horrible experience and hotel stay. Reminds me of a refugee camp.

After hours phone had a frayed cord and calls kept hanging up. Prepare for a $100 deposit required to be paid, not held, and not disclosed when reserving room. Staff was professional and courteous.

I didn't like the $100 deposit being held. I didn’t like the limited items in the room (soap, toilet paper). I don't like the idea of paying extra for extra towels. Lastly, I don't like that there were no dishes to cook.

Carpets were filthy. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and halls and stair case smelled like marijuana. Room also smelled like mold.

The bathroom was unclean, bathtub clogged, no hot water either. hairs everywhere, the floor was sticky, lamps broken and lopsided, the matress was lumpy and with dents. The sheets were stained with a redish substance, the kitchen was smelly.

Hotel was digusting, floors look like they have never been cleaned. Smelled terrible. Had dirty bath water still in bathtub. Water was off staff wasn’t very helpful.

Someone else's urine was on the toilet seat and blood on the sheets. The horrible smell hits you so hard the moment you walk in the door it made me gag. There were enough stains on the floor to constitute a CSI investigation.

they use swiffer product to clean floors. my feet were black from two different rooms. really gross, also roaches were bad n rm 300 and the smell was not pleasing. i actually bought air freshner, we moved to rm 200, smelled good, just the floor, they really need to mop the floors with soap and water

Room was very dirty, cockroach’s all over, filthy bathroom. Sat on bed to take shoes off n bed bent down to floor! I actually fell off the bed. Thankfully didn’t get hurt. Don’t know if it was a frame issue, that’s what it acted like! The toilet when flushed made a buzzing sound for several minutes. There’s a lot of very loud residency there. Alcohol bottles strewn about all over parking lot and grounds. Dog crap, lots of it all over, not picked up. It was disgusting nasty. The wall was scraped up in main bedroom and bathroom door was missing a chunk out of the corner. The refrigerator and microwave had greasy handprints inside n out . The refrigerator was missing the drawers. I have a hearing alert dog. When I took my hearing aids out, she kept alerting me of all the noises going on, put my hearing aids back. The noise was unreal! I debated just leaving and going somewheres quiet on interstate to sleep at rest stop in car. The lady at front desk check in was nice though. But, seriously , stay away. A lot of bad people out when I would go walk my dog . A lot of pit bulls also live there. So walking my dog was a sketchy walk between all the filth and then all the lurking people. For safety n cleanliness I’d not stay again or suggest it at all.

It was run down and not taking care of had roaches in my room and the floors are so dirty that they turned the bottom on my feet black

I checked in. Went to my room. The floors were nasty. Tub/shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Turned around and left. Place was to nasty to stay in.

The room was so Unclean! the walls were so dirty as was the kitchen and bathroom and the bedding. I slept on top of the bedding because of the dirty sheets and stains and little black pubic hairs that I saw on the sheets. Only the pillow case seemed clean and fresh. The whole room walls and doors and light switches need a deep clean. The chair in the room looked like it was picked up from a garbage dump. The microwave and stove top and fridge all need a deep clean. I didn’t bring in my bags, left them in the car because I didn’t want to bring them into this room. I should’ve gone to another hotel however it was late and I was tired. I told the front desk how dirty everything was. I have Never complained about a dirty hotel room ever and I’m 60 years old and stay in a lot of hotels. The front desk excuse for this dirty room was that it’s an extended stay place. Ugh. Do Not take your family here at the Brandon Florida Extended Stay hotel. Looked more like the kind of hotel hookers would use for quickies… Not kidding. Needs a deep clean and New bedding and towels and a fresh paint job and new appliances in the kitchen. I took lots of photos! Too many dirty things and not enough space to post all the dirty stuff. Just gross. I thought it was a good deal-you get what you pay for and this was not a good deal. Paid $86 and then they had another $1.75 they charged at the front desk and I don’t know why. The walk ways/sidewalks were nasty dirty as well and desperately need cleaning.

Close to the shopping mall and the movie theater. The room doesn't fit the price. It's not clean outside the property or in the room. They have people hanging out in tge parking lot and in the stairs. The room That i was in was in had a extremely large hole in the bathroom door, plus the shower curtain was dirty, with burn mark, and the shower head was wrapped in black electrical tape to stop it from leaking water. The microwave was dirty, the leather chair had cuts on it, and the room had a very weird smell to it.

First impressions is that its adequate. The environnement outside is quiet, however, the person in the room above played loud computer games most of the night. Then it sounded like he was playing soccer as there was constant moving around and pounding on the floor. Inside, we found a roach running around on the bathroom counter, also some other large flying bug I had to usher out of the room. The toilet did not flush. The bedsheets were clean but rough. The kitchen, dining, and bathroom surfaces were not overtly dirty but seem like they might appreciate a wipe-down with bleach. I have stayed in a lot better but also seen worse, and in that situation moved.to a different place.

Location was away from heavy traffic so it wasnt noisy and was able to relax comfortably.

The office smelled like skunk weed when we entered to check in. The stove burners were covered in gunk, scared to turn them on for fear of catching fire. No hair dryer, as advertised in amenities. Two of the four lights didn't work, one had no bulb. Nice fridge and tv. New shower looked nice. Felt fairly safe in the area. Clean and comfortable bed,

WORST experience ever with a hotel. Waited outside in the cold to wait to be checked in. When we entered the room it was filthy. Beds all messed and and sheets/towels on the floor. Weed and smoke buds on table and on the floor. To then being told we’ll have to get a refund because there are no other rooms for us to get for the night. -10/10 experience

Room was very dated, no toiletries provided besides one bar of soap and a couple towels. Not even a trash can. No breakfast included anymore. First room we checked into had someone already staying in it and in the room (very awkward), second had no remote so had to go back a third time to office. Front desk ladies however were very helpful and friendly and took care of each issue, must have just been an off day.

They have people hanging out in tge parking lot and in the stairs. The room That i was in was in had a extremely large hole in the bathroom door, plus the shower curtain was dirty, with burn mark, and the shower head was wrapped in black electrical tape to stop it from leaking water. The microwave was dirty, the leather chair had cuts on it, and the room had a very weird smell to it.

I recently stayed at this extended stay, and while the location was ideal—conveniently situated near all the stores—the accommodations left much to be desired. The room was very rundown and in need of major updates. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and several outlets were missing covers, which felt unsafe. The bathroom was particularly disappointing; the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, with visible black scum around the top area if you looked closely. Additionally, there were small gnats coming from the sink, which made the stay even less pleasant. It seems the lower price reflects the lack of upkeep, but I would strongly recommend updating and renovating the property to improve the guest experience.

I couldn't bring myself to stay. The stairs and outdoor corridors are so dirty. I saw guests hanging outside their rooms as if they were in a public park. The front desk staff was not welcoming. I couldn't get a refund and I was fine with that. There is no way I was going to stay there. Besides all that I already mentioned, I also felt unsafe.

This place was honestly scary. We evacuated here during Hurricane Idalia because it was the only pet-friendly place still available near us. We ended up going home the same night when they downgraded the wind warnings because I didn't even feel safe.

If all you need is a clean bed, and bathroom, with no frills, this place is perfect. If you care that the room looks rundown, the towel rack broke off, and the decor is old and tired looking, this will not be suited for you.

No cooking utensils (Pots, dishes, silverware, etc). Lipstick on my towel. Grossed me out. Dirty bathroom floor (layer of fine dirt, made my feet dirty when I got out of shower. Bathrub drained slowly after shower.

It was a good stay stayed for 1 night no forks or silverware and if u use the phone there is a charge but other then that it was a quick stay for me
