This property was not good. Upon arrival we were were unable to get in due to keys not working. Staff allowed us in and told us they would bring new keys but never returned. There was a few random pieces of trash found in our room making the cleanliness questionable but not enough to request a new room. We were then locked out of our room 2 additional times due to a non functional door. Staff were inconsistent with handling the situation with one being rude to my son and seemingly scolding him for a non-working key. The door handle came off when opening it from the inside. Finally after 4 separate incidents we were relocated which was a hassle during the middle of a 5 night stay. Additionally, 3 times in 5 days the pool ran out of towels and did not restock. In the room there was only one hook to hang anything in terms of shower towels, beach towels and swimsuits which became a major inconvenience. The restaurant also was intermittently open not according to hours. We received complimentary breakfast coupons for the door situation, but were unable to use due to the restaurant being closed. I would not recommend this property based on a combination of things that took place coupled with the staff's inconsistent response and at time bad customer service. Very disappointed with our stay unfortunately.

The interior of our room seemed to be somewhat recently renovated. However, the exterior maintenance and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The door to our room wouldn't even open or close without great force. I had tried to let my family sleep in while I went to get coffee, but just trying to open the door startled everyone awake. The sidewalks, stairs, elevators, and parking lot are pretty run down. The layout of the hotel is quite confusing. It took me about 15 minutes to find our room because room numbers aren't sequential, or on the typical floors you would expect it to be on. For example 100-series rooms are on the second floor, not the first. The elevators didn't exactly give me the warm fuzzies either.

Once we finally made it to the room (so many sidewalk closures, room was in the very back of the property), the room was dirty. There was a huge clump of hair in the toilet, hair in the shower and bathroom floor, dental floss by TV, very noisy (heard barking dogs a lot).

Our room was soooo old and gross and the room had dust build up everywhere in corners. Like a year worth. I know they are renovating but I must of gotten the most disgusting room I have ever soon for the price of 350

The pool was cold. The bathroom is very small. No sink space. My room never got cleaned. I requested clean towels instead and they never arrived. I waited from 5-6:30pm for them and finally just used the used towels again. Very disappointed

This is a good place to stay right before leaving on a cruise. They have a nice pool/bar area, however I think they may be short on staff. Some rude people left their trash/ pizza boxes in the hallway, guessing they don’t know how to clean up after themselves and the trash stayed there overnight and well into the next day. Same with a few room service orders. People placed their food outside their door, which is normal, but it never was picked up. Other than that, check in was great, people are very helpful and friendly and accommodating as well.

Overall it was a good value for the money. We stayed one night after flying down to the cruise port. I was a little surprised at how outdated our room was. It looked like an afterthought. Oddly shaped and just strange. Overall though it was a good hotel for a day or 2 stay.

I recommend not getting a room facing the pool area. The doors are paper thin and its noisy at all hours. Hopefully you dont have idiot neighbors like we did, who get drunk and fight every night, because the walls are paper thin too. No response from mgmt about moving rooms. Pool was nice, service was mixed, recommend the Italian restaurant nearby.

The property is large with plenty of parking. Rooms located in different buildings on property grounds, no signs for elevators - can be confusing to locate. Earlier check-in receives better location for room (ground level, closer to main entrance). Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms feels like a motel room versus branded upscale room from Radisson. Shower and water pressure were comfortable. Not a lot of food options nearby, nor stores. Yes, it's near the port, and convenient for cruises. If returning to the area, I would choose another property; personal preference. Cool Carib brewery and bar within three minutes distance, great staff and atmosphere.

This property didn't have hot water which is one of the most important things for me. Mattresses are too hard and there are no microwaves in the room. The fridge doesn't cool your beverages either.

The internet at this property was spotty at best. In this day and age, internet connectivity is important. Also it was my fault for not looking more closely at the property description, but this hotel is more like a very upscale motel - rooms open to outdoors. Not my preferred hotel style. However, it is a very clean and well maintained property. Staff was friendly.

I booked the hotel for the pool and didn’t look at the details. The rooms open to the outdoors not a hallway. We were on the first floor by the tennis courts and a main walkway not to mention that walkway is brick. That means late into the night and early morning we listened to people walking passed talking and a lot of them had rolling suitcases thump thump thumping behind them.

Hi! We booked a room at Radisson for November 13th-14th. Our room was booked well in advance and our flight to Orlando was delayed so that we only landed at 2:30am the 14th (our original arrival time was to be around 7pm on the 13th of November). We got to the hotel by transit around 4am and were told we were not allowed to stay at the Radisson hotel since it was fully sold out despite the fact that we had already reserved a room well in advance for this night/morning. We were then told to head to Townplace and they charged us an extra $120 on top of the original reservation we already made at the Radisson after being told we’d have a room already reserved here. We would love if there were any kind of refund given to us for this. Thank you, and let me know if you need anything else from us

I cannot PRAISE the staff enough, especially Vanessa Walz(Office manager) My mom had a medical emergency, EMT's called. Vanessa stayed with me, secured our luggage we had on the cart as we were in process of boarding shuttle to go to cruise terminal. She checked on us while at hospital and secured us a discounted room when we returned for the evening. I am so thankful for her and all the staff! Thank you so very much!

The stay was ok however, the food was not good! Pancakes were crusted instead of fluffy! Oatmeal was watery instead of firm! Shuttle information was not clear for a return from the port to the hotel after the cruise! Before we boarded the shuttle to the port, my friend made a reservation to stay 1 night upon returning from the cruise! She was told to find the hotel shuttle to return! No shuttle! Called the hotel & was told she had to make reservations 48 hours prior! Then e had to search for s shuttle for her to return to the hotel!

The front desk was abrupt and not very welcoming. We set up shuttle service to and from and that was a cluster. More people then shuttle available. They never had towels at the pool and the overnight parking was kind of a mess.

The front desk staff is very caring and friendly when checking. However once checked in or out, do not wxpect that friendliness to uphold because they have THE worst attitudes and are VERY unprofessional. The front desk staff will yell at you and argue without hesistation. VERY unprofessional.

This hotel is very close to the ports and the hotel provides transportation for a fee. However, there was absolutely nothing to do outside of the property. We walked to a park but that’s about it. Nothing else to do. Also the ice machine was broke the whole time I stayed there and their solution was to tell me to walk to the other building to get some. Smh.

I booked this property because of its location near the Port Canaveral for cruise ship embarkation. The 5 minute commute witg shuttle service was a lesser stressful experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing!! Entire facility is well maintained with modern upgrades. Tiki bar has two delightful young ladies with commensurate bar knowledge and pleasant attitude even when slammed. Will definitely return soon!!

It is a good place to stay when going on a cruise the next day. We did not want to pay for the buffet so we were able to walk to McDonalds. Restaurant on site was good for dinner. Some construction going on around pool but that didn’t bother use. Although there was a sewage type smell near the construction.
