Nice hotel, clean rooms and had a nice bar on the roof where we were able to watch the SpaceX launch.

Wonderful hotel! Great location. Located very close to cruise port. Hotel offer cruise parking and shuttle for guest. The bar altitude 360 offers spectacular views of cape canaveral, especially at night! The bar drinks are amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed the rocket fuel runner cocktail which was hand crafted by the wonderful bartender. Highly recommend! I will stay here everytime I'm in the area.

My stay here was very good. Check in and out were fairly smooth. They have a small unheated outdoor pool for kids. There are two coin operated washer/dryers on the 4th floor that only cost $1.50 per load. Although I appreciate access to the washer/dryers, for the size of the building, it would have been nice to have a few more machines available. The machines were often occupied with people waiting. If the coin machine runs out of quarters, the front desk will say that they do not have change. An option is to go next door to the hotel next to this one. Their lobby has a coin machine next to their vending machine. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. The employees were great. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 for staff and service is because I believe they are a little understaffed. The employees who are working there deserve 10 stars for working so hard. The hotel was very clean. The elevators worked well. Breakfast buffet (cost $11 unless it was included with your booking) was decent. The pizza they sold in the lobby was good too.

Just a quick trip before our cruise. Loved the access to the roof top bar. Great views of the area and the sunset. Clean room, bathroom and comfortable bed.

The staff was very nice.the area was quiet and only 5 minutes away from the port. Exactly what i was looking for. Its a lottle pricey for 1 nt.bit very nice

The stay was decent but I was disappointed to find out I am paying to stay at the hotel but also have to pay for parking my vehicle. That is very rare to see. Also, the breakfast looked mostly like a continental breakfast that I also have to pay for. For Breakfast I am ok with the idea of paying but when it has a slightly better selection than a normally free continental breakfast, I went to get food elsewhere. Overall the hotel quality is good but the added expenses that other hotels don’t usually charge for is a turn off for return visits.

This hotel took care of all my needs. Basically I needed a room for a one night stay and shuttle service to the port the following day. The room was clean and spacious. I believe this is one of the newer hotels in the area. Be prepared, the hotel lobby can get busy at any moment ….so be patient. The shuttle service is an outside company that charges a small fee of $9…I believe. The hotel is only a few minutes from the ports and you actually can see the ships from your window if you are on the higher floors. NOTE: If you arrive too early for your Check-In, ask the staff if you can pay the early check in fee to get a room.

Hotel is new and very clean, but had to pay for parking and breakfast which was a surprise. Put us on first floor right next to a loud and busy exit door, and made no effort to adjust location when I mentioned it was not preferred. I guess they assume that everyone is there for a cruise and won’t care, but that was not the case for us.

Loved my stay great rooftop and all the staff were great!

They closed the rooftop patio because of rain, and we were disappointed theynwouldnt even let anyone go sit out there after the rain stopped becauee the bar was closed.

Nice and clean room everything looks new. Love the breakfast had a good variety. Most of all good customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

The cleanliness of the hotel & the location were great.

To the untrained eye the room looked clean but looking closely the shower was not cleaned good. It had hair on the shampoo bottles. There was a fake eyelash on the pillow. The coffee make didn’t work either.

Floor in the room was sticky and smelled like someone had previously smoked in there, but otherwise seemed clean. Staff were friendly, location was convenient to port.

We stayed for an overnight in the middle of our vacation. The room and bathroom were very clean. Laundry on site was clean and helpful. Spacious room.

This is a great hotel. The customer service is excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It’s a great location too.

Air conditioner in room is very loud, Wi-Fi is very slow to the point I had to shut off Wi-Fi and use data and lastly the Restaurant and breakfast had Almost No Gluten free options. My wife was only able to eggs and coffee. Other than these concerns everything else was wonderful. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The interior was nice and had a very open feel. Which is nice because I swear the entire hotel was standing in the lobby when we checked out. The room was clean with wonderful sheets and the bathroom was quite big.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The service was excellent, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. However, there were a couple of downsides. The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud—so much so that it affected our sleep. You could hear fluid moving through the unit and a constant humming noise, as if it was struggling to function. It made it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited. There wasn't much variety, and we found it lacking compared to what we’ve experienced at similar hotels. With improvements to the A/C and breakfast selection, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. They always greated us with a smile every time we walk in the door. Will stay here again for sure. Also was upgrated to better room and will be able to see the rocket launch from the room.

I loved this hotel, close to the port and so clean and put together. Breakfast was over already the chef saw me & my mom going at it about food lol. He offered to make her something because she had already to her medicine & that he did told us to come down in 10mins he had some options for her. That was so very nice of him & the whole staff was so nice and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Staff is not friendly at all. Staff is not accommodating whatsoever. Our plane was delayed so we arrived around 930pm. They told us food was not available. We were getting some grab and go food at the desk and the front desk attendant told us to hurry it was shift Change. Customer service is a big deal but not to these people. We needed a shuttle to the port across the street $9 per person we were told they could not accommodate 3 people to get an uber.

Janelle at front desk was so accommodating. We got in late in evening and she gave us great room and made sure we had something to eat. Great overnight stay before boarding our ship.

HORRIFIC! Zero management at this hotel and no one cares one bit! In just ONE day, I experienced an untrained 'fill-in' person at the front desk - with filthy, nasty fingernails - who didn't even know how to rekey room cards (so we had to go BACK later); NO ONE at the 1st Floor bar/restaurant at lunchtime; the inability to leave a message for the GM because his mailbox was full and he, EDDIE DIAZ, was nowhere to be found; and within a span of 15 minutes, I had to phone the front desk 7 TIMES, each time with NO ANSWER after 10-12 rings! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! As owners of local businesses for 40 years, I am sickened and repulsed by the lack of service or even CARE about doing the job for which these employees are PAID! Folks, go elsewhere because this place SUCKS! The rooms are overpriced for what they are, they charge a daily parking fee yet have no valets, you'll handle your own luggage, and if you expect to find something to eat at the restaurant here, you'll find NO ONE to serve you. Not sure why they even bother to open the doors because this is NOT a place that knows the meaning of 'hospitality industry.' NEVER AGAIN. This wannabe hotel has ZERO standards and ZERO management. Worse still, no one even cares that customers are being ignored. I can't wait to see this dump be forced to shut its doors. They don't deserve to be in business.

crazy that we arrived at 630p after a long day of travel and our room was not ready. we had no room to store our luggage so basically had to beg the front desk to find us a room

Staff was amazing

We ended up here due to a very traumatic experience a medical emergency of a family member and couldn’t take our cruise and it was absolutely exceptional! The staff was amazing Janelle dera Ron at the front desk were blessings and just made us feel so comfortable under the circumstances. The hotel is clean and beautiful and you can walk to multiple restaurants and a gas station to get waters snacks etx. The surrounding area had tons of nice restaurants and cocoa beach is super close. Ubers arrive in 1 min (we used many of them) and everything was just perfect

The hotel was close to the cruise terminal and local restaurants. It was a good place to rest our heads before the cruise began and would be good to stay once you get back if you had the time to do a tour of the space center.

This was a great location to stay the night before boarding our Cruise! Staff was nice but breakfast is not included, it’s $12 per person.

Nice new property. Front desk was great. Breakfast was pretty good (not complimentary and maybe not worth the extra price, but you do you.)

The beds were quite comfortable and most of the staff were quite nice to deal with. However, the restaurant was short-staffed and made for extremely long waits to even get water let alone food. Wish we would have known that Burger King was next door as we would have gone there instead of a 2+ hour wait

The check-in and checkout were both very easy. Food from the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and out-going. Sam, who was working at the bar last night, was fabulous.

For most other hotels of this type a continental breakfast is included in the room cost. That this hotel charged $11.00 per person for a truly sub sub par breakfast was very disappointing. Not a way to encourage repeat business,

The restaurant/bar on the first floor had absolutely awful food. Even the French fries weren't safe. Frozen, then microwaved. So tough and tasteless. Couldn't eat any of it. Expensive and a waste of money. The help was slow and apathetic. You can do better.

We liked the property very much, but were told that the breakfast was not included as advertised in the Expedia web site, so we had to pay for it.

My breakfast was charged to room due to a small piece of paper placed in card holder specifying that the breakfast was not included in my stay. Other than the "hidden fee" my stay was great.
