Do not go here if you plan on using the pool, it is under a parking garage roof and it is freezing the entire time we were there where was not able to use it two of the five chairs that were there were broken. The pool is tiny. I thought it would be beautiful because of the waterfall it is not and the Jacuzzi next to it was broken And it is not on the beach. You have to walk a couple of blocks to get to the beach, we never even found the freaking beach.

Definitely not what we expected. The pool area is really small and under the parking garage. There was pigeon poop all over the fountain that went into the pool. The rooms were very dimly lit, and there weren’t outlets close to the beds to charge your devices. The room window looks out to gift shop next door so nothing pretty to look at. There weren’t any common areas that you could sit in, except the restaurant and lobby. Expedia made it seem like the hotel was right on the beach, but it’s a half mile away. Overpriced for what we got. Won’t be back.

The property met our expectations. The staff was super friendly and the lobby was nice. I liked how it was connected to a beach/surf shop. The restaurant in the hotel was okay. Our pizza could have been cooked a bit more but the drinks were yummy. The location was walkable to the ocean which was awesome. The pool area was dissapointing. The water was cold and the hot tub out of order. Luckily the beach was nearby so we went that route instead. Overall we would stay here again!

It was discuting. The room was dirty, I have pictures. Shower curtain not clean (not stained, dirty, never washed). Shower wall full of previous people residue, floor sticky and full of crumbs, pizza sauce on our comforter. They did not clean the room during our stay. Something like a booger in the washroom miror. At the restaurant, kids grilled cheese not cooked at all, we had chips and salsa, it was old chips and there was a thing you use to attach a bread bag in the chips… staff look like they are all on drugs… really bad experience and it is very expensive for what we just went through….

This hotel was very nasty, the bedding was stained, shower was disgusting and not sure when it dusted last. I did let the front desk know and they moved me to another room that wasn't much better. I'll definitely not stay there again. I tried to add photos but the app isn't allowing it

I was in a room on the 3rd floor, and the room had a super strong smell of pee, we had to change rooms , so that was helpful, also i dont recommend staying on the side where the store is. Those light's dont turn off and dont let u sleep. Other than that it was okay. Would not stay again.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. The front day attendant was very nice and polite. The worst part is the overall cleanliness. The shower curtain almost made me gag looking down at the bottom of it while I took a shower. Hasn’t been washed in forever! The pillows and pillowcases smelled weird and the towels had stains on them. For the price I would have expected more than a 2 star hotel. I won’t book this hotel again.

Our room was extremely dirty. In addition to that my toddler son and I came back to our room to only find the door has been left over by the cleaning staff. I called the front desk to make them aware and they sounded as if they could care less.

The photos listed for this property are extremely misleading. The room looked nothing like what was shown online—this felt more like a Super 8 Motel than a resort. I was incredibly disappointed. The remote control was missing, and it took a long time for the staff to bring us a replacement. The bathroom and overall cleanliness of the rooms were far below expectations. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The only redeeming quality is the location, which seems to be what they rely on to attract guests. I sure wish I could get my money back!

The hotel could use some updating but our room was spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was so hot during our stay but everything was walkable and very close. Ron Jon next door, great restaurants close by, and the beach was an easy one block walk. The parking garage was convenient and a bargain at $10/day. We will be back for another visit.

The water was only luke warm. Room was only cleaned every 2 days but only 1 set of towels were given out. My stay was 7 plus days and they charged another 25 bucks for my stay automatically at midnight and said he system does that but it will drop off. What kind of system is that? Bed was a little soft.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and laid out well for a family. My only complaint is the beds are old and not comfortable. My husband and I shared a bed that had a big sunken in lump in the middle so we were both constantly rolling into the middle. The air conditioner unit is very loud as well. But the customer service is great and the location is also perfect.

My sister and I traveling alone. We’re staying at this property for one night before a cruise. We had a terrifying experience, we were in our room with a do not disturb sign on our door, as we were about to leave, a gentlemen pushed the door open, when confronted, wouldn’t tell me who he was and what his reason for being there is, other then him stating “your on our list.” We asked what list and he ran off. My sister and I took a moment and went outside came back and told the front desk about our experience. I asked the gentlemen at the desk did you send someone to our room for any reason and he stated he did NOT. So we left to run errands and returned about 20 minutes later still shaken up. When we arrived back at the hotel, we canceled the shuttle reliezing the person who tried to enter our room was the driver of the shuttle. So we quickly went to our room to pack and leave bc we were scare and uncomfortable. As we entered our room ( still hanging outside is the do not disturb sign. ) I noticed a piece of paper with the shuttle details on it and a room key sitting on top. At this point I am now clearly terrified bc someone has not only entered my space once but twice after the front desk said no one went in our room. I packed as fast as I could and stated my urgencies to the front desk. I am mortified, scared and honestly will never stay there or at any of your properties again. I would like someone to reach out and speak with me on this issue

Booked king room but got a queen room. Description indicated that hotel was on the beach but it was at least two blocks away from beach access. Keys not available at check in due to system issues. Every time we left the room we had to get a worker to go let us back in.

The receptionist Wendy was very rude. She really made my staying not worth giving them the 5 stars. The rest of the team was nice and gentle. The other item that was discouraging was the pool area, they really made magic with the pictures because in person was very small and smelly.

Cathey was really friendly and personable when we checked in. She was very informative with nearby places to visit. We checked in super late (1:45 am), and it was one of the smoothest check-ins I have ever experienced. I would want to stay here again just because of that.

Walk a block to the ocean from this hotel. Our shuttle to get to a cruise ship missed us. The front desk person noticed we were still standing when a number of shuttles were coming to pick others up. She arranged for us to be on the next one. Very heads up on her part. The restaurant is good but for a change we went a block to an Irish pub.

The staff is excellent, the shark pit is a great place to go especially Emily and Ricky. Thank you all for a great day. As for not getting credit for the day that I couldn’t make it for I guess that’s my mistake. Maybe you should change your policy if somebody calls you at eight in the morning and misses her flight but everything else was perfect. I’ll be staying there again.

We always love staying at Four Points, the front desk staff was amazing especially when we checked in. Cathey I think was her name. The shark pit staff were all awesome, and we shopped a lot at the CBSC. We will be back!!

We had an outstanding stay. The hotel is close to everything and offers a shuttle to the cruise port. The Starbucks is located in the lobby and opens at 6:00 am. We grabbed our chairs and a cup of coffee and enjoyed an amazing sunrise.

Good hotel for a weeks stay. A little confusing navigating the hotel at first, but adjusted quickly. Amazing beach area within a 2 min walk from hotel. Quick access to stores, shops, and restaurants in the area. Overall very good experience. Will definitely return in the future!

This is a budget hotel with a fancy name attached to a ridiculous overpriced beach clothing and lousy restaurant. The musty carpets and tiny gymnasium at the parking garage entrance made my heart sink, the pool is spartan and inadequate for an overpriced alleged resort hotel (we paid over $300 for a one night stay and were very disappointed), no pool side service and if you think this hotel is beachside, you are mistaken, it is a bit of a walk with no hotel linked amenities, you're on your own. They will provide you a "discount" of 15% if you eat at their attached "Shark Bites" restaurant. DON'T DO IT. These people don't know what they are doing. We ordered a pizza which took well over 35 minutes and it arrived so overcooked and inedible we refused it and decided to leave but were still charged for their overpriced soft drinks and chips. The staff was not accomodating when I complained about the restaurant they recommended and did nothing to amerliorate that situation as if to say, "too bad for you." I would certainly avoid this place. It is basically an overpriced Motel 6 with a fancy name, BS beach merchandise theme and lousy restaurant.

Will stay again. Conveniently located, clean, great staff. On site diner was good and reasonably priced. Love that checkout is at 12. I was able to get a late checkout at 2 with no extra cost. Disappointed jets in the jacuzzi were not working. The waterfall was kept off in order for the pool to stay warm. Expressed my disappointment to the front desk and was given a voucher for free breakfast!

It is easy to get to. Plenty of free parking in the parking ramp. Friendly staff! Adjoining a surf shop. A bar a great bar, with the best food at reasonable prices. Get there for happy hour. I well go back.

Such an amazing hotel! I came recent for a solo surf trip, and was treated like absolute royalty everyday! Amazing staff, and building, beach in waking distance. The best part was rent my surfboard and being able to transport it back to my room through the elevators!!! The cocoa beach surf company inside the hotel was an added bonuses! And the restaurant was to die for!!!!! Alligator PO'BOY was by far the greatest I've had in years!! I will be booking my next trip for the upcoming year, and you know I'll be staying here!!!!!
