We had a great stay. The check in was easy and the man was nice. The pool was great and loved getting drinks served there! Used the gym which was perfect for my needs and clean. Only two small complaints… pool closes too early and no complimentary coffee. Everything else was great!

This is a beautiful property, very well maintained and managed. The staff was wonderful. Facilities were well maintained. My only issue was not having a microwave in the room. They also did not have a coffee/tea station for guests to enjoy. I would think for the amount of money you spend on a room, it's the least they could do. It's the decent thing to do. And since I had to buy my own coffee at 10pm, I couldn't even warm up whatever I had because there were no microwaves in the room. So continental breakfast, but also no coffee/tea station and no microwave. How can you be comfortable away from home. It's small things, but they mean a lot to someone when they are away from home.

It’s the only hotel in the region that charges for parking. The bother of registering the car as belonging to someone staying at the hotel is a nuisance not required by any other hotel nearby. So in the future I will stick to staying at one of those other hotels.

Hotel property looks nice until you go into the room the bathroom was disgusting not only was it out dated and gross there was no pressure from the shower head the toilet did not flush. The room rug was full of stains and my 1 year old almost ate a pill that was on the floor by the bed that was suppose to be cleaned? The phone also did not work in the room to notify staff of any issues.

We found bugs in the hotel room. Also the bathroom was dirty, around the toilet just filthy. The layout in the bathroom was also outdated. For that brice (not cheap hotel), I expect clean room at minimum, but we didn’t get that. Would not recommend and will not stay again.

There were several issues with the shower. The drain was clogged so I showered in standing water, There was mold in the shower in several places, the conditioner dispenser was torn off the shower wall by a previous guest and not reattached (just sitting on the shower shelf. All of this was sent with photos to the hotels general manager and I heard nothing back. I guess that they know or just don't care. I stay with Hilton all the time when I travel. Never going back to this property.

Where do I begin? With the blood spots in the flat sheet AND the duvet cover? The sticky remote upon arrival which also did not work. The coffee maker did not work, there was mold on the shower curtain and both my daughter and I have asthma. The prices in the restaurant were astronomical as well as the Starbucks coffee machine which charged $6 for a 8oz cup of coffee. Oh and the real kicker? Ants! That's right, we had wrapped food and we came back to find at least 30 ants crawling on the table around and on it. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The only good thing was that one front desk worker did comp us one morning of breakfast for the blood stains. We were suppose to have received a working coffee maker and we never did. Very very disappointed and Mr Hilton and the rest of his family should be ashamed their name is on the building.

Property very nice, good convenient location, and everything about the experience was top quality...EXCEPT for two things: musty room odor (time to clean carpet!) and, worst of all, the cable kept losing signal...this happened here and there, no big deal...but when I rearranged my friday night for a specific program on Fox, and the channel didn't work at all for the 2 hours I tried, I was quite annoyed. Other than those 2 things, fully happy and satisfied with the stay.

Reservation was for 3 rooms. I spoke with Hotels.com-requested early checkin for 2 rooms, and a king bed. Hotels.com confirmed these requests, but the hotel did neither-checkin was 4pm, and king bed not available. Upon checkin, one room had clothing in the closet from a previous guest. The other room had a clogged sink which could not be fixed, and our room had to be changed. The next day, there was a toilet issue in the 3rd room. It was remedied, but took most of the day. There was garbage in the halls in plastic bags-housekeeping should have carts, so guests do not have to see barbage bags. TV service was awful! Regular TV was not accessible in any of the rooms. Pluto was available, but every few minutes there was a glitch. The hotel did say they were having issues. On a positive note-very friendly and helpful staff, and the most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Property has great potential-with lots of opportunity for improvement. We had several issues with service during our one-night stay. I called and spoke to two separate individuals to add my wife to the reservation as she would check in before I arrived. They added her name but when she showed up her name was not on the list. We then waited 35 mins for a drink at the lobby bar and then again 25 mins for the second drink. We needed another key from the front desk and waited 18 minutes as there was only one person on shift. It seems the hotel is severely understaffed.

The service was really bad. I had food poisoning from the bar. I called the front-desk at night to ask for water and a tylenol and they said there was no water in the entire hotel (?). I went down to reception and there was a full fridge with water and they were giving complementary water to guest that were checking in. WC was not working well. Room furniture was deteriorated. The second night another guest started screaming across the hallway (she might have been on drugs?). Unsurprisingly, the person who took care of me at checkout was also quite rude. Not sure why I had such a bad experience but it was REALLY bad! If they could start by leveling up their customer service, that would be a huge improvement from where they are today.

Keys did not work. Desk clerk was aware but did not inform us until we treated all the way back to desk with 4 suitcases in tow. She said oh yes we have to have a maintenance man come up and let you in. He informed us on the way up their system was down all day. Desk clerk was well aware but lazy.

I have stayed here several times and the consistently excellent service that Steve gives cannot be overlooked. Every single time I interact with him, he is outstandingly excellent efficient considerate and friendly. He should be running this hotel with the type of work ethics he has. Steve is a gem. Water never got hot. Phone in my room didn't work, I asked 3 times for them to fix it and it was never done. Most of the good TV channels said out of service or bad connection. Biggest thing for me was there was no breakfast included. When asked about it I was told that I needed to ask for it when I booked the hotel. I've never been to a hotel where they didn't have some sort of free breakfast. I've stayed at many Hilton properties and this one has by far been the worst.

Fish literally smelled ROTTEN and the server acknowledged that but never offered to refund its cost. No manager or chef checked the situation. I’ve stayed at this property at least 50 times. Never experienced anything like this. A diamond member (19yrs) and I got breakfast vouchers yet it took 40 minutes the first morning to order w/food arrival, I ended up boxing it up and taking it to go. Was cold and stale by the time I attempted to consume it. 2nd morning, even worse. Older lady working solo provided horrendous customer service, all I asked for was a toasted bagel and cream cheese. 30 plus minutes and she couldn’t even provide a toasted bagel. Both mornings there is only one person working at the restaurant/bar. 18-22 customers trying to eat/order and waited on is impossible. Worst service ever. And she had audacity to complain to customers because she was alone-not loyal Diamond members problems nor do we care to hear them. If it’s an issue then fix it. Conditioner was completely empty upon arrival-front desk refused to provide a small bottle to suffice-said im going to have housekeeping take care of it. Never happened, ended up going to Walgreens down the street to buy small bottles of conditioner. I understand you don’t want to give me a big bottle of conditioner out-you want the staff to install it but have a 2nd option in these types of circumstances. Why do you not have a small bottle of conditioner at front desk??? Absurd. Final issue, if you are in the bathroom sitting on the toilet you cannot close or open the door due to spacing. Have the door open outwards-problem solved. can’t use it w/door open

Nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. Parking, breakfast, charge for early check in when previously told it was free, parking lot smelled like Marijuana at all times.
