Too many times the pool and jacuzzi area was overtaken by one family or group. There should have been some time lines for the groups and/or family.

Check in was super easy and quick. Rooms were non-descript...normal room, nothing fan cy. Beds were comfortable. Got stuck on elevator for about 10 minutes. Floor in 3rd floor hallway had a soft spot down the middle and uneven. For the price, i would stay here again. Of course, its the middle of winter so rooms are cheaper anyway.

The hot tub could used some work. I think the masked were missing so the jets were just spraying up the side. End up just turning the jets off.

The staff were so nice and the pool was clean

Very nice property. Very impressed with breakfast that was included. Not just a muffin and coffee but a full breakfast. Easy checkin and check out. Parking is free and accessible.

Hotel was clean & comfortable. We stayed for 1 night, so it definitely served our purpose. Hot tub & pool were relaxing. Room was clean & comfy, but outdated

Good hotel, nice and clean

Staff at the desk were excellent and very helpful. The amenities and cleanliness, however, were lacking. We stayed 4 nights. The first night was okay with no issues. The second day we found a cockroach in our room. The television also did not work. Staff seemed overworked and tried fixing our television before calling a maintenance person. After waiting an hour the maintenance person fixed the t.v. and killed another cockroach for us in the process. We woke in the middle the night to our floor being flooded, presumably from leaky plumbing. The whole floor was drenched and our clothes and luggage with it, leaving a lot of our stuff smelling horrible. Staff offered towels and originally didn’t want to change rooms. I stressed how bad it was before they put us on the second floor. Once there, the smoke detector started beeping and I sent for a fresh battery so I could install it myself. This t.v. did not work, either and had to fixed like the previous. It would have been nice to be compensated for our troubles, but the hotel made no effort to make things right. This is the first review on a hotel that I’ve ever made, and hopefully the last.

Very clean

The bath tub wasn't draining properly. The floor was dirty and had hair on the floor. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Very clean! Nice place to stay

Staff was very courteous, but the room was not clean. The bathroom floor tiles were broken and coming up when you stepped on them. That's gross for a hotel. There was also dust on the furniture, which is unacceptable for a hotel. We have a direct comparison with this chain because we stayed at another one in Macon, Georgia just last week and that was much much cleaner and newly refurbished. Do better Destin.

My room had an awful smell. The smell got worse when the air turned on. The floor was so dirty and sticky so I grabbed towels and wet them to wipe the floor. Buffet free breakfast was terrible!!! The bagels tasted stale and not many choices. Yogurt and fruit would have been great. Also, the water pipe burst and they shut the water off for awhile. The walls are so thin that you can hear the people clearly in the other rooms. The hotel is located in a great area though.

Not expensive to stay, but you get what you pay for I guess and it wasn’t that cheap either. The hotel is outdated. The room was ok but it was dirty, full of dust and smelly. The check in was ok but not inviting.

This property was in a convenient location. The staff were helpful and service was timely and regular. The room was not very clean, however. The floors and furniture were dirty.

The hotel looks nice but our room had sand on floor near the wall by the bed and dirt by the register by window. Bsthroom needs to be updated. Grout was cracked and dirty.

They asked me my preferred location for my room. I chose a room with pool view. However, it was awful. People spoke and laughed loudly at the pool and I woke up several times. I asked the receptionist to tell them be quiet. But people were not fixed. New people came to pool and started talking again.

We had amazing experience staying at this hotel. Everything is near by from this property. You will not find better value for money, Would recommend everyone to stay. We had a partial ocean view as well from 3rd floor room. Only thing is that you would have to go by car to view the nearest beach. They say it’s walkable but you can’t walk 25 mins in sun.

The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. What I didn’t like was the breakfast area. It was small and not enough tables to eat at. Also, you need some type of shading in the windows. The sun was blinding. We had to go out for breakfast because there was no room.

Our family stayed in a 2-queen room. One bed was so sunken in and truly broken on one side it made for a miserable night’s sleep. We didn’t request another room because by the time bedding was pulled back and it was noticed, 2 of the 3 guests were asleep from a 10-hour drive with another 15 hour driving day ahead of us. It was as if the springs in the mattress were broken or missing causing a large, sunken hole. This easily could have been identified during housekeeping services prior to allowing someone to sleep on this bed. The front desk was notified upon checkout. Very disappointing as this was 100% avoidable and noticeable to anyone making a bed. Makes me wonder what else is overlooked.

The front staff was very welcoming, informative, and polite. Our room, however, was not that great. The room needed updated. The curtains were ripped, furniture was stained and ripped, and chipped paint was throughout the room. I don’t know if was just noisy neighbors but we could hear the neighbors tv past 2am.

This was a lovely hotel, with everything we could need. Room was very spacious and modern, with a large vanity in the bathroom. Breakfast was good too. We had trouble connecting to the internet for the first few hours, but then it came right. Only reason for not scoring it a 10 was because we were not informed that our room would be cleaned daily. Other hotels had told us this on arrival. While we were at breakfast (for only 20min!) on the first day, cleaning staff entered our room to mop the floors. We had only arrived late the night before, so they hadn't even had a chance to get dirty. Although nice that they keep a very clean hotel, it was actually a massive breach of privacy as we had valuables, cash and personal items out.

The location was great in regards to restaurants and access, but that's where the positive remarks end unfortunately. That the hotel needs a major facelift. The hallways had low spots in the floor where it felt like it was giving from under the footing. The mattress on the bed needed to be replaced as it was shaped like a "U". The air conditioner didn't work very well at all, but the water pressure and temperature in the shower was awful.

The location was very close to all the local attractions. The rooms appear to be refurbished but the contractors did not do a good job. The room entry doors are secure but some you can see inside the room through the top and do not seem to close tight. This issue needs to be addressed. Other than that. Its a nice place to stay for a couple of days if passing through Destin. Fl.

The hotel worker was rude as soon as I walked in. I prepaid for my hotel room and was traveling with my small children. I arrived at 1 in the morning and would be leaving early in the morning. I did not have a second credit card on me / just the card I paid for the hotel with. He would not let us in the room. Expedia even called as I had cash or the card already on file and the man refused to let us stay at our pre-paid hotel room. He was so unprofessional and just mean. I have never dealt with someone like this or a hotel who would not pit their customers first. Unbelievable .

Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and very attentive.

When we arrived, the front desk woman looked up at us and didn’t say a word. She just stared at us instead of asking how she can help us etc. She didn’t say anything until we said we are there to check in. The room was fine except when we arrived the door was actually slightly ajar. We looked everywhere and I convinced myself it was just that the housekeeping didn’t close it all the way, but that anything weird went on. there was a little dot of blood or something on the sheet. It smeared when touched so it wasn’t as stain. It was pretty late and we wanted to get to bed, so I just stripped the sheet off and used the rest of them. There was a welcome text that said to reach out if we need anything, and I got a response mid day the next day. But we were out and I couldn’t be there then (we had put do not disturb on). I didn’t hear anything again. One of the nights it took about 20 mins for the shower water to become hot. I also noticed that there was a large gap between the bottom of the front door and the floor (probably 1-2 inches) and we could stick our fingers fully under it and see lots of light from the hall. I didn’t notice until the last night so I covered it with a towel. But everything else went fine, and we thought the breakfast was really good… with lots of options… and the location and price were good.

Staff was very friendly. Upon check in we were greeted by a cheerful lady who promptly got us our room. The room was spacious enough that it was not cramped. Breakfast each morning was good. Front desk staff was quick to give out activity and dining options as we were in Destin for a quick anniversary getaway. The only downside of our visit was a brief almost unnoticed power outage that took out the elevators for a few hours, even that was only a minor inconvenience. Coffee at breakfast left a lot to be desired, but breakfast overall was great. Regardless, we will stay here again on our next visit to Destin.

Bath tub did not drain, even told staff and it was not fixed. Doors to hotel rooms do not close all the way. Big gaps between doors and frame makes it feel like anyone can come into your room at anytime. Hotel key has issues the entire stay. Then staff was rude about where you could put your key. It was not a fun stay and I will never stay here again.

The stay was amazing from the cleaning of the room, the wonderful friendly staff, and the location. 10/10

The staff was great. The room very accessible for us as we are mobility impaired. Staff jumped in to help with luggage and other items. Mary greeted us daily and checked in to see if anything was needed. The only negative item was guests parking in handicapped spots with no handicapped placard. More spots needed.

Advised staff of noise above requested to move, was told they would not put anyone above us for the second night. That was not the case was woken all night by stoping feet slamming doors. Upon check out staff stated that the previous staff did not document our issues. Disappointed in how this was handled considering I asked for a quiet area due to celebrating birthday and wedding anniversary

We enjoyed staying on this property for multiple reasons. It was very convenient and close to all of the beaches, stores, and restaurants. The property itself was very clean, staff was great, and it offered everything we needed to make us comfortable. We recommend you stay here!

Was indeed not 10 min to nearest beach as the nearest beach is not public. The nearest public beach is 26 minutes away (with out traffic) so that’s something that should be considered when booking. However that’s my only negative thing to say! This hotel was NICE for the $! Breakfast was excellent and beds comfy! Great staff.

Great location.

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast selections. Only issue is you really can’t walk to the beach as listed but it odd not a long drive to a public beach. Lots of eating places and shopping available short drive away.

Traffic was tough getting in and out

Needs some updating. Our room definitely needs a renovation. Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Wonderful nice staff. Would stay again.

From check in to checking out, This place has a friendly atmosphere. Front Desk staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was comfortable. They also have a great little breakfast bar going. No complaints! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. What I didn’t like was the breakfast area. It was small and not enough tables to eat at. Also, you need some type of shading in the windows. The sun was blinding. We had to go out for breakfast because there was no room.

The property was fine overall, however my only complaint really is the breakfast. The breakfast served is instant items. I like the real grits and oatmeal that you cook.

The breakfast was ok. Maybe some variety, not the same thing every day. Get some good disposable forks. Winn Dixie walkable and others. Don’t forget Krispy Kreme was also near by.

Actually, everything was really excellent. I would only wish the pool closed at 11…lol The only thing would be to keep the breakfast bar a little more tidy by the waffle dispenser. Hold back a bit on salt for the eggs. Other then those minor things that’s it. From the front of the lobby to the back of the hotel, from the breakfast to the pool. I still rate the hotel a repeat on my list avd a referral to others. Thank you
