Painting the outside of the building. My room window was tape and covered. Room door handle was taped. I had to untape it. Room appeared to be clean. Never saw anything last night and woke up this morning roaches everywhere. So disappointed for $110 a night. Parking lot was also loud all night long.

The room that I was staying in had a refrigerator that didn't work. I paid full price for amenities that didn't work. I'm still going back because the other rooms I've stayed in before are OK. The back door that leads to the breakfast or lobby is blocked off but it's next to a handicapped room and parking spot. How can a disabled person enjoy breakfast if they can't get to it? I really hope this time was a fluke.

We went there for the pool & hot tub & it was not operational. Breakfast was all carbs, & the coffee & juice were not great. Comfort Suites was significantly better.

Very poor overall, room had a bad odor to it. The hot tub was out of order and I got the feeling there was no immediate plans to fix it, so that should be removed as an option. Other guests appeared to be living at the motel, probably on a weekly basis. Breakfast crummy and they had no milk, not only the first day which could happen, but not the second day either though staff was aware. Not good when the main food was cold cereal. The keys did not work the second day and I heard another guest loudly complain as he was locked out of his room while packing his car. A big disappointment and a definite never again, giving much better options nearby.

Very noisy at night. The bed was very high and not comfortable. The staff was nice. Maybe other rooms were better but ours had peeling paint, kinda sandy floors and an odor. The linen was clean and the bathroom was clean. It just seemed less kept up all over. But that’s why it wasn’t $300 a night. We didn’t use the pool so I have no idea about it.

The breakfast is horrible. This place does not offer breakfast and should stop advertising that they do because thats a lie. What they call breakfast is not. Also didn’t feel very safe. Limited staff I had to bag my own trash take it out. The house keeping came and gave me supplies, not one time did they make the bed. I had to mop and sweep the floor myself. Horrible. Oh and I saw 3 roaches. Pay the extra $ to stay somewhere else. Definitely not a surestay.

I got sleepy while traveling so I decided to stop for a shower and a good nights rest. The room had blood stains on the wall in the bathroom, someone etched “Big D and Lil C” on the mirror, there were guys hanging out by my door smoking drugs! I felt so uncomfortable and UNSAFE, I left only 6 hours after arriving. I felt like I was going to be in danger if I stayed there. Very disappointed.

Not only was the room dirty. The bed cover was stained and unclean. The towels were stained. The room was moldy and musty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Place should be shut down.

There was nothing good about my stay. I was in a non smoking room, yet it reeked of smoke. That was disgusting. Half of the lights didn't work, and when I called about that, nothing was done about it. There were bugs in the room as well.

This room was in terrible condition. The showerhead there was an attempt to put a dual showerhead with double sided tape, and it didn’t work. The water in the shower was cold all the time the ceiling had visible mold. There was clothes underneath the dresser like it had never been cleaned out the television did not work. I thought it was the batteries I bought my own batteries still didn’t work just to discover that it was unplugged behind the whole unit and I had to go in there myself and plug it in. It was an unsafe environment, and I was practically mugged on my last day when I was trying to leave.

I called early to request a grnd floor but was told to call the morning of our reservation. DID call then. We checked in at 5:30pm and they hadn’t even started cleaning our room plus it smelled heavily of smoke. They only had 1 other room they could give us and that one was worse so we waited for the first. People above us partied on the balcony half the night…sounded like it was right outside our door. We won’t be back.

Room was dirty. We stayed on the back side where the pool is located. Our door didn't stay closed which allowed alot of noise to enter the room. There is a bar across the parking lot that does Karaoke. The bar kept their back door open for smokers. We heard the singing loud and clear until bar close. On night one we heard dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. I could see the ceiling bubbling. We alerted the front desk and they said "we will look into it". Upon returning to our room the following day, we realized maintenance staff entered our room to check the leak. At this point, the ceiling drywall has opened up due to the leak and maintenance staff took all of our clean towels to only catch the leak. I called the front desk and again "Sorry, we know and there is nothing we can do". As we cannot use the bathroom in fear the ceiling will collapse on us. DO NOT STAY HERE! Not sure how this hotel even received medicore reviews.

The location of the hotel was interesting. There were several people walking around at night in the parking lot, which I was fine with but it still gave me some anxiety. The first thing I noticed as I walked in to the room was the smell of the room. It smelled like smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. Along with this, the floor was very dirty. I couldn’t even bring myself to take of my shoes. The beds, on the other hand, were comfortable though.

The property had too many undesirable individuals loitering outside the rooms who were loud and created an unsafe environment. There was a strong smell of marijuana around the property. I called the front desk immediately after checking in and no one answered the phone. I went out to dinner and upon returning about 10pm, I called the front desk, and again no one answered. For the condition of the rooms, and the other issues I previously stated, the room rate of $150 was entirely too expensive. I will never return to this property, and I certainly couldn't give my recommendation to anyone else seeking lodging in the Fort Pierce area.

The bed was comfortable enough. The room could have been cleaner. The towels and wash cloths looked more like rags. We were told there was a continental breakfast available between 6 and 9 a.m. What we discovered was a breakfast of bread and bagels, but the juice machine and coffee machines did not work. Even after they assured us there would be coffee the next day, there wasn't.

This is the most disgusting hotel/motel I have ever been to. The walls are thin, the sheets weren’t washed and “free breakfast?” More like rotten apples and no food. Never staying here! There was a TOILET outside my room for homeless to use? I dont know.
