Stayed 1 night

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE;; Bed was so very very hard my wife could not sleep much at all all night; Breakfast food was inedible; Cut my finger trying to get a plastic knife out because they were so tightly packed it was extremely difficult to pull one out and when I attempted it cut my thumb and it was bleeding heavily; Completed an incident report that had a witness that saw what happened; When hotel manager called me back after I asked him to He was extremely rude and he totally showed no empathy whatsoever; DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!!!

Great hotel in a very nice area with lots of stores and restaurants around. Will definitely stay here again. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming as well. Enjoyed the surprise welcome gift too. Room was great and bed comfy.
