We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach–Oceanview by IHG. The location is a real highlight—just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to come and go throughout the day. A nice added perk is that the hotel provides complimentary sun chairs and umbrellas at the front desk, making beach trips even easier. The staff were consistently friendly and courteous, which definitely enhanced the overall experience. It’s always nice to feel welcomed, and the team here did a great job of that. There were a few minor drawbacks, mostly related to housekeeping. While we did receive fresh towels daily, other items like cups and K-pods were not consistently replenished. We also had to request replacements for shower gel, conditioner, and toilet paper, which felt a bit hit-or-miss. On the positive side, coffee (Costa) is available in the reception area 24 hours a day, which is a great touch. Breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel—nothing exceptional, but exactly what you’d expect and perfectly adequate to start the day. Another big plus is the variety of great dining options within walking distance, giving plenty of choice without needing to drive. Overall, despite a few housekeeping inconsistencies, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.
