When we checked in, where should a room that clearly been stayed in and not cleaned bed unmade sheet truffled garbage in the can towels on the floor we went to the office and requested a different room attendant was rude and acted like we were in an inconvenience, we were issued a second room. This one was worse than the first one. There was actual food on the table, like someone was still staying there beds are made, etc.. I went back to the office for the third time. Apologize to come back and ask for a third room even though I should not have been the one apologizing the attendee was nice. The third time around she seems to be frustrated with the staff. We issued a third room thankfully, this one was clean the room. I guess they say they’re done, but I was very frustrated. it was raining outside.

Our experience during our third night at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was incredibly disrespectful from the moment we arrived. Because our reservation was not immediately appearing in her system, she treated us as if we were lying instead of trying to help resolve the issue professionally. She charged my card without my consent, and the rate was about $30 higher than what was listed online. When I pointed it out, she initially insisted she couldn’t issue a refund—even though the charge had just been processed. A few minutes later, she suddenly “found a way” to reverse it. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly mentioned that she had worked there for three years, as if that excused her behavior or made her superior. Rather than helping us, she was rude, dismissive, and even laughed and smirked while we were trying to resolve the situation. At one point, we actually had to wake her up because she was asleep behind the front desk when we arrived. In the end, we booked the room through Expedia for a significantly lower price than what she had attempted to charge us. To make matters worse, despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room, we were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and helping solve problems. Unfortunately, this employee did the exact opposite. After two pleasant nights, it was shocking that our third night ended with such an unprofessional and unpleasant exp
