We had a very pleasant experience, The staff was very friendly professional at an accommodating. The rooms were eighty decent size and had a microwave and a mini fridge. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again

This was the worst place I ever been at.. Had roaches an asked the guy at desk for paper plate an he gave me one that been used an disgusting..had dogs at desk. Just terrible place if anyone goes there. I feel bad for them.

The place was smelly, dirty cockroaches, mice, or rat feces in the bathroom bought my own cleaning supplies from Walmart. Had to stay there because Morgan Wallen was doing a concert in Gainesville and there was no rooms available. I was on business.
