The staff were exceptional. They were very professional and accomodating. The courtyard area and the pool were wonderful! When the pool was closed for servicing I was able to go to the hotel next door to use theirs. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed.

This stay was perfect for our Tampa weekend get away. We rented a car. Parking was free which is great!! Close to the beaches local restaurants. Felt safe and cozy in the hotel. Would recommend and return again!

During my 2 night stay, they never cleaned. yes. They knocked on the door very early but didn't come back all rest of the day. The hotel didn't feel so busy that they couldn't come back at another time. I also regretted that they didn't leave enough towels.

We were in town for one night, and that was enough. The bed was beyond uncomfortable, the pillows were poofy but went flat as soon as we laid on them which made for tossing and turning all night. Something in the hotel gave me my very first sinus migraine - I'm not sure if it was a perfume or a chemical used for cleaning, but our one night was spent rocking in bed because the migraine kept me awake. The towels were bleached and starched to where it felt like drying off with sandpaper. Given the reputation Marriot has, I was disappointed, to say the least. I will not be staying in any Marriot again. It was clean, and we felt safe, but overall not a pleasant experience. Not to mention, as soon as we walked in we were met with a loud blasting party in a rental area and a wall of smoke from smokers outside who were attending the party.

It was nice and clean but the AC wasn’t very cold. The refrigerator only stays in for two hours and wasn’t even plugged in. Overall a great stay just those minor issues .

I am very big on customer/guest service and the staff definitely exceeded in that area Kim was very helpful during check-in, the overnight staff member and his name escapes me at the moment he was very accommodating with my purchase of drinks and Tyler made my check-out seamless and he also made sure my stay was great. I will definitely return.

I checked in at 3 Check in time, I was told my room was not ready, & they would call me when it was ready. Rude, as if it was my fault. AT 4, I returned , my room was still not ready, as I saw 4house staff working out the front door. At 4:25 I received my room, no opologies or explanations..The whole staff needs better customer service training & team building. Marriott corporate needs to review this hotel.

Premises neat and clean. Room well furnished and well laid out. Towels were clean and fluffy. Housekeeping staff was very cooperative. However, a front desk employee refused to assist when asked by phone whether oatmeal was on the bistro breakfast menu, telling us to check the menu in our room. When advised there was no such menu, she said oatmeal was not offered. Turns out she was wrong, but lacked the motivation to check for us.

We stayed at this property for a concert. It was a very reasonable price and in a nice and quiet area. There were plenty of dining options around. The room was super clean and one of the most spacious I have ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend it and return.

The room was amazing. Upgrade to the King Suite!! The living room with the space to stretch out and store everything. A desk for my laptop with plenty of outlets to charge everything. The bedroom was great, especially the bed. Very comfortable. Great shower. Seperate room for mirror and sink with lots of counter space.

Hotel facility was nice. The koi pond in the back of the property provided a great spot to enjoy coffee, drinks. I had a clean room, great layout with nice swivel TV and separate seating area with comfortable furniture. Location was convenient. Ice machine was leaking on the floor by the elevator. Staff friendliness was below average. Overall, the hotel accommodations were good.
