Our experience was horrible from the beginning. The elevator in building A wasnt working so we had to take the stairs. I had back surgery and i have nerve damage and sometimes my right leg gets numb which causes me to fall. The room was very hot. The sofa bed didnt have any linen on it nor was there any extra linen in the room for us to make it up for my son to sleep. I called the front desk and Yolanda was very rude. She told me they didnt have any blankets and we could come to get a sheet and she hung up in my face while i was still speaking. My boyfriend went to get the sheet and almost had to beg for an extra pillow. The toilet clogged and I called to report it and Yolanda answered and very rudely told us to come get the plunger. I asked to speak with a manager and she hung up in my face again. When we asked for another room she threatened to call the police on us. We decided to check out. We got to the front to check out the police were there. She refused to give us a receipt saying she was doing an audit. I will be filing a lawsuit. We checked in after 10 and at midnight we had to drive around to find another hotel

Room was in good condition and check-in staff, Hannah, was welcoming. Breakfast staff the first day was very kind but other other two days ( Sunday and Monday) were horrible! I wish I caught her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Her interactions with not only me but others looking to start their day with breakfast were met with attitude and abrupt responses, definitely not how I wanted to start my morning. Overall location was ideal for purpose of our trip, room attendant was helpful, amenities offered were in good condition, easy parking options and clean facility. Aside from the less than favorable interactions during breakfast the food offerings were satisfactory for continental.

The elevator was broken and I am disabled and cannot climb the stairs and certainly cannot carry luggage up the stairs. If expedia doesn't refund my money i believe i have a really good court case. I was not informed that the elevator was broken and could not get help from anyone at expedia on the phone before I tried to check in. I am 100 percent disabled and my wife tried repeatedly to get someone on the phone but 2 different people hung up on her. I like expedia but there is no customer service. I will not use this service again if not fully refunded.

We loved the staff we came down from Grenada Mississippi for 2024 World Series and our stay was great beds were comfy just need to add a small vacuum in the rooms especially with kids but other than that we had a blast pool was nice and staff was amazing

Great stay! The only minor negatives were the hot tub ( which was listed as an ammeity)had been filled in with cement and the hallways were not air conditioned. Employees and property were great. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

The pool was murky and very small. The room was very outdated. The baseboard was coming off the wall. Nice beds though. They were comfortable and the staff was amazing.

The front desk clerk at check-in wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t rude. There were no bath towels in our room when we arrived. The door to our room was very loose…it latched but would move back and forth and was so off track you couldn’t lock the deadbolt. The walls are PAPER THIN and the doors in the room and the main door are completely hollow and cheap. The door handle to the bathroom was almost falling off. All the doors on our floor would SLAM if you didn’t hold them until they closed…that made for tons of slamming until early morning. The carpet needed a good cleaning so we just kept shoes on anytime we walked around. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and the bathroom was cleaned as well, just needed towels. Girl at checkout time was super friendly.

The check in was great, upon unloading all of our stuff into our room we discovered that the bedding was soiled with what appeared to be blood and there was candy/food on the floor. We quickly spoke with the staff downstairs and were transferred to another room. The 2nd room was on another floor and was clean and tidy! Beds were comfortable. Overall the property was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Property was nice and clean. Only bad part was there was so many fruit flies in our room. Didn’t make a complaint to front desk because she was so nice and accommodating to our needs. Just ended up killing most of them. Overall stay was great.

I always stay at Holiday Inns because I know what I am getting whenever I stay at one. This Holiday Inn was no different, matter of fact I would say one of the better ones I have stayed at. Checking in was fast and I was greeted by an extremely kind and welcoming staff. The hotel it self was very up to date and very clean. As for the rooms, everything was spotless. The beds were clean and that had that perfect holiday inn bed comfortably. If I am in the area again I will definitely be staying here again! And as for Holiday Inn upper management this is for you, the way the General Manager runs this particular hotel is exactly how a hotel is supposed to be ran!

It is a excellent hotel to stay at. The only minor problem we had was with the remote control for the TV and the air conditioning did not work right. They offered another room to us to compensate but we decide to stay in the room we got overall they were very kind and generous and went out of the way to satisfy our needs

Good, basic property. Appeared clean. Nice bathroom. Walls are terribly thin. We could hear our neighbors’ tv, doors, and water/toilet all night. Beds were small (double) and very hard. Check in and out was good and continental breakfast was simple and efficient.

the room reached 79 degress and would not cool off. temp set at 67 which is the lowest setting. Asked the front desk and they stated it was normal... not normal on a hot day. the lobby was colder than our room. the rest of the hotel was awesome as so were the staff

The only thing that I a problem with was the air conditioning, not able to control the temperature. I put it 60 degrees and high speed but i noticed that nothing can. The room stay at the same temperature i was hot at night couldn't sleep well

Blind was broken, TV would not work until I changed the input ports. But they responded quickly to my concerns and it was repaired. Room clean. Breakfast was good especially the cinnamon rolls.

Nice clean and quiet place to stay, modern facility, close to a lot of shopping and food options. The only negative is that the bathroom needs a few upgrades, loose floor tiles and bathtub bottom isn't a solid foundation.

Breakfast was great. A huge plus for me is coffee in the lobby area. If I wake up early and would like to have a cup of coffee without waking up the other guest in the room or going somewhere, I was happy to see they provided this one simple but very nice perk. Check in was easy and quick. Front desk staff were extremely friendly, the nice lady preparing breakfast was very nice and ensured items were promptly refilled when they ran low. Our room was clean when we checked in (I usually don't get housekeeping on short stays).

When traveling I always wipe down furniture with disinfectant wipes and clean restroom but this hotel room was CLEAN! No dust, no left over hair on the bathroom floor, no stains on the bedding or carpet. The staff was nice and the breakfast was hot, fresh and ready! I was indeed impressed and it will be my go-to when I go back. The bed was super comfy too 😊
