The back door does not secure. We did not feel safe. Constant yelling and slamming of the doors on the rooms next to us with no help from management. Sadly, we did not get a lot of sleep. Continental breakfast...not really. 1 yogurt l, 1 muffin, and oatmeal. Pool....dirty. we will not only not stay here again, but we recommendcno one else stay either. It would be nice to get a partial refund. Very misleading information given about this property. This does not even address the throw pillows that are being called pillows.

The room looked fairly clean. The side entrance door was always unlocked. That felt unsafe. Especially since the men walking down the street and hanging around looked sketchy. I needed another blanket one night and I was given one with STAINS. The lady working the front desk was nice.

The front desk did not ask for my ID when arriving confirming my reservations and that I was the person. The elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022 (Inspection certification expired 2022). The ice machine on the 2nd floor had the motor completely exposed. The shower had continuous running water that you could not turn off and the A/C barely worked, It was incredibly loud in the hallways at night and it constantly sounded like someone was shaking the door to get in. Staff wasn’t friendly and always in their phones when we came through. We got breakfast on our last day and the juices were clearly watered down. So watered down that the orange juice didn’t even look like orange juice. Just looked like orange water.

This is our 3rd stay. The first time was 2nd floor. Only 2 lightbulbs worked. Rm was clean. But the ice machine was broke. 2nd time, 2nd floor. Different rm. A lot better. But the attachments for air conditioner hookup was not cover. Smoke detector hung from the ceiling. 3rd stay 1st floor...working ice machine. Soda and snack machine. Room very clean and comfortable. And seemed to be better taken care if.

I did not like the idea of people sitting outside in front of building, must be a place of living. Did not like small pool in front should have been placed in a peaceful area. I have experienced that all Wyndham hotels is not the place for me to stay

Typical basic Hotel for 75$ a night. No extra anything such as breakfast or pool. Doesn’t attract vacation guests more of local hangout. Almost didn’t find it because sign wasn’t my lit and lighting is poor.

One of the worst hotels we ever stayed in. Noisy and loud at night and some days. First thing I saw on sink was a roach, then another roach on shower wall, then some kind of bigger bug on floor by the bed. Asked about breakfast- guy said yogurt and coffee but coffee machine had sign saying out of order. Sign still there when we checked out this morning. Sign on the men’s bathroom in lobby said out of order whole time we were there. No Laundry facility! Going back to Holiday Inn where we always stay! Cancelled third night and came home! Only stayed there because it was a holiday weekend and only room we could find!

Don’t stay at this property! For the price was great yes but spend the extra to sleep comfortably! It smelt like weed in the rooms and halls and soon as you walk in the room it smelt like animal pee. And the mattress on the pullout bed was so gross had stains and mold and the blankets had like burn stains and other stains on the sheets! The floors were constantly slippery never dry. Highly don’t recommend this property till they do some type of changes.

This was the worst traveling experience that I have had in the last 10 years. The photos in this ad MUST be photoshopped. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is an ancient property in an urban area with much wear and tear. They are trying to dress it up with a little paint and faux wood tile floors. My room had pealing cove base along the edge of the walls, stained sheets and blankets, and mold in the bathroom. This property should be removed from Hotels.com

This place is very clean outside. Super friendly staff and the rooms are great. I would of gave 5 stars but the rooms floor was very dirty and sticky, made feet/slippers/socks black and gritty. Had to keeps shoes on at all times. And didn’t pick up/change the rooms trash cans daily. We took our trash out at times. But I would still recommend. Because this issue is fixable. And staff made feel welcome. Will visit again.

It was nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable and it was clean for the most part. The AC looked dirty and out dated. My only complaint is there were no towels in the room when we arrived and instead of staff bringing them to our room, i had to walk down and get them. Not really a problem but you would think with it being a hotel and it was their mistake, they would have brought them to our room.

Only 2 light bulbs in the 5 lamps. No ironing board nor iron. Way too much light in the room. Kept us from sleeping. Pretty quite. Until someone would late at night let their room door slam shut. Which isn't the hotel's fault. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean as was the hotel. Staff very friendly.

Well I told the maintenance guy right when we checked in at the air conditioner will make a really loud noise clunking and you said to come look at it never did all night was sweating our butts off and being woke up by a loud noise from the air conditioner they will not switch his rooms and would not compensate for a night overall experience sucks

The property was really nice. I didn't like that the pool was near the road, even though it was gated in. The rooms were excellent & spacious. We will return again to this hotel. The cleaning staff was very good and the rooms were very clean.

This property is quiet and out of the way; staff are extremely friendly. I accidentally booked for one night when I thought I'd booked for 2 nights. The owner called me and waited an hour for me to get back and gave me a room on discount during a holiday (memorial day). I was a bit shocked because nobody ever helps me LOL! I stay at days inn at wyndham since becoming a member back in December; reward points really count also. Best wishes

Hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, the front desk lady took 2 minutes to acknowledge me because she was FaceTiming someone and just ignoring me standing in front of her and it smells like a dead animal outside the front door.

Was here 3 weeks for work. Housekeeping would come in and take dirty towels and not leave any clean ones, as well wouldn’t empty trash. The gentleman that works afternoons is of no help at all every time we went down and asked for clean towels he would roll his eyes. People in hallways yelling and screaming most of the night.

Upon arrival the young man behind the desk was not friendly at all, like he was upset that I interrupted him. When I got to the room it smelled stale/mildewy like it had been closed up for a long time. We showered at my nephew house because the shower curtain had a bad odor to it. The beds appeared to be clean, but the location was great for what we were there for. I will not recommend to friends and I will not be staying again

Our garbage was not emptied, floor swept, or room cleaned at all unless we specifically asked during a 6 night stay. Our hall/room reeked of pot, especially in the evenings, which caused me nightly asthma attacks. 2 people sat & smoked pot outside the hotel entrance & the employee said he couldn't do anything about it if they had a medical card. State law states you can't smoke within a certain distance of the entrance! The outside trash cans were overflowing every day. Activia yogurt & coffee are not breakfast. Many do not eat yogurt...

Needed a place to stay overnight for another stay at the beach. Satisfactory fulfilled our need. Clean, hospital not generously friendly staff. Doors left open for the vacant rooms. Rated 3 stars as the pillows were square for King size bed and advertised with free breakfast but only has yogurt, coffee and tea.

They need to have better breakfast items not only a few mini muffins, packaged oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, and juice dispensed by machine. I think they should have a few more items like croissants, and donuts, for $ 143.00 per night expecting a better breakfast. The place is nice and clean.
