At first it was ok then they put us right in front of the stairs and jt bacame verh noisey which then we booked another night cause they movèd us and then when we got to the new room we then found a syringe underneath the bed and then the sink was nasty disgusting was not cleaned at all not to mention the floor was completely dirty and then air conditioning unit would not stay on cold and set on 60 the lowest it would go and it would not stay on so I don't know if it's broke or what not but I like my room to be cold and then the ice machine that was on our side of the building downstairs was broken so then we had to walk all the way up to the front to the other building upstairs just to get. It the staff was very nice besides the one cleaning lady she was very rude to me but besides that the hotels okay but that's a lot ..

The property looks nice with all of the plants. My room and linens in the room were clean and not stained. The only criticism I have is that the pool was not clean as there was plant debris on the bottom of the pool. Vacuuming of the pool would have remediated this issue. Overall, I would come back here again.

Clean room, pool was a bit shabby but water was warm. Not a great nights sleep due to there being a plastic mat on the bed which rustled every time you moved so kept us awake. Good size room and ok for a night or 2.

No hot water for a shower. Called the desk to discover that there was a broken water heater(the overnight person new about) the day person new nothing about. The overnight person stated to that they usually weren’t this full(booked to capacity). Why did they allow the hotel to become full with the water situation???the gird said”keep trying to find some hot water”I never did…terrible experience!!

When we went to check in they were seal coating the driveway and couldn’t park. We had our truck and trailer with our motorcycles and my husband was told to park in the fire lane and he refused. They did end up giving us a refund which we appreciate.

The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. I stayed four days here, if you are looking for a clean comfortable bed and a hot shower but don’t require much more amenities stay here. If you are looking for all the comfort and amenities do not stay here, there is no safe in the room, no iron or ironing board, no hair dryer, and the furniture is old and dirty with the exception of the bed. The bed was new and clean and the shower water was nice and hot. The pool area had nice lounge chairs and a nice pavilion. The pool was nice but could use a little more cleaning. Overall the stay was okay but I would not pick this hotel again.

Property is undergoing renovations, but we weren't inconvenienced at all. Our room had been redone with new bed, flooring, and paint. We were in 118 and it had small fridge, small microwave, and 1 cup coffee maker. Great option for the money.

The front desk was and has always been great first off. Upon checking in to hotel after a 14.5 hr work day I hoped that I would find a room that was clean and ready for me to relax before the next day. Unfortunately entering the room everything looked good and in place till I pulled back the bed sheets and noticed a mixture of short and long dark hair. This same hair was found along the floor leading to the bath room. If hair isn't swept up on the floor I understand it's not a big deal as it can blend in BUT if you have white sheets and dark hair and somehow miss every strand than I think there is an issue of whomever "cleaning while ignoring the footprint they make." No ones hair should be all over beds or food and I hope this review will make it to whomever employees or cleans the rooms to take note so it doesn't continue happening.

I had to go down and ask for a new set of sheets because my bed had stains all over it. I was told no maintenance on at night so I could make my own bed. Then I go and the shower is dirty with other peoples hair 😩

We only stayed here one night. This is a budget hotel. The aircon was noisy and took a long time to cool down the room. The room was clean, but the towels were a bit small, and of course there was no breakfast included. But with the money we saved on the room we could get a nice breakfast in a local restaurant.

The room furnishings were in disrepair. Ie the couch arms were stained and the bed headboard was in seriously need of replacement. There was a large number of homeless people in the area, not on the property. It’s an inexpensive motel so it is what it is. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Clean towels and bedding just very dated.

I do not know her name but the young lady that worked the front desk for check in/check out was rude, and had absolutely no managers whatsoever. This was actually my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I continued to come back because the rooms are decent and the price for what you get is reasonable, but this last visit will be my last. I've actually recommended this hotel to friends and family too, but I will say, I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone going forward, after what I experienced on my last visit. I have never been treated, or been spoken to, in the manner in which I was spoken to on my last visit, by anyone working in the hospitality industry ever before. As I said, this was my last time ever staying here at this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend a start here to anyone.

We were staying to be close enough to busch gardens, but also away from Tampa's nightlife, as we have a 5 month old with us. This hotel gave us city feel and quality with a quiet and safe atmosphere. Its nice and cheap good if you plan on staying only for sleep. If you can try to stay on the right side not next to the other hotel as the la vista in next door has like a lot of sketchy behaivor if it was just me by myself i wouldnt have minded but with a family i may reccomend a differnt place.
