The hot tub was cold the swimming pool was hot. Staff was friendly. There was homeless people camped out in all the hallways.

The room was fine but, there was never anyone at the front desk, the breakfast was open and hour late. The pool was nice but the hot tub jets did not work so you couldn't use it 😞

No eggs for breakfast, milk was sour, Cockroach climbed out of sink drain, bed was ok, AC worked, Hot Tub heater broken, but to just sleep it was ok

Hot tub broke, steam room broke washer broke, lock on door broke, shower only sprayed from half the head, shower facuset falling off tub, bathroom door don’t shut.

This is apparently a home for half of the people staying here. Lots of drug addicts walking around, fentanyl’ed out of their minds. Lots of suspicious activity going around in cars after dark. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, bought our own bleach for the bathtub, needed our own mop for the floors. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was worse. Steam room didn’t work. Breakfast was a pancake maker and yogurt. Half of the lights in the room didn’t work. 2/5 nights we stayed our room key didn’t work and each time had to be keyed in with a physical key by staff before they fixed it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to people with families or looking for something clean. Definitely cheap but for a reason.

Room was mostly clean. Fridge didn't work, Door security latch was broken. Faint smell of stale cigarettes. Hot tub was cold. It's pretty much wait you'd expect from a cheap hotel room

False advertisement steam room not working for months hot tub not working for months my telephone wasn't working in the room I had a very bad day because I went mostly for the steam room and the hot tub the pool wasn't heated and the pancake machine was broken I would like some reimbursements on this trip with my 70-year-old wife please get back to me if it's possible corporate office

Building and furnishings dated. Limited food choices. Staff was no wear to be seen when needed Parking was insufficient.

Was very disappointed in the breakfast and the fact that the hot tub was not available.

Roaches in the bathroom, 2 towels for a party of 3, dirty towels, outdated yogurt in breakfast, just an awful experience!

Beware, German roaches crawling from the woodwork. I did not stay when I saw them even though they tried to hide them by all the bleach they used to mop the floors, I slid the pocket door open and shut and they came running out!

When we checked in the 1st room was already occupued by about 600 baby roaches( in the daytime) the second room was bug free but not very clean. Called in advance to make absolutely sure they had a hottub guess we should have asked if it was actully working or just for show! Not much for a "breakfast" if thats waht you can call it and dont expect it to be available when the times say it will. I would not recommend this specific hotel ever.....to anyone.......! Ill just stop here and see myself out

Room was cleanish, furniture outdated, king suite couch looked like it was from the 70s, really sketchy. Killed at least 3 roaches in the bathrrom. Stayed about 6 hours and we left. Guess you get what you pay for.

Our room was discussing, floor very dirty, drain in tub corroding, urine around toilet, baseboard in toilet area awful.

This place is filthy

This place is a dump. Nothing like the photos on their website show. There were what appeared to be fruit flies in the room. There was a piece of two sided tape on the vinyl window shade with bugs stuck to it. The shade was taped to the window on both sides. The microwave had rust/mold and splashed food in it. The floor was dirty. The shampoo was half full and the hand soap was opened and used. I was so disgusted!! Also there was no chain on door. Do not stay here!!

When i arrived to my room it had a horrible smell. I opened the microwave to put food to warm but it literally had cpl live spider's. The bathroom had pee all over the toilet and hair around the whole bottom of the toilet. They were bugs crawling on the floor. Some dead bugs. The fridge had some nasty sticky stuff on the handle. I took pics. Went to the front desk. Was asked if i wanted to change rooms. 2nd room was cleaner but in the night i had bugs biting me. I have pictures off all the bites all over my body. Went to the front desk. Danielle sent a worker in the room with me. She seen the bugs in the bed. All she said was theyre not bedbugs. She didn't know what kind of bugs they were. I asked for the remaining nights money back so i could go to another hotel. I was told i wouldbt get any money back. I have puctutes of everything

I stayed in the hotel for three nights and didn’t get any sleep at all. The other guests and, seemingly, the employees as well, were outside my door partying well into the late night. The rooms wreaked of cigarette and weed smells. We denied service by the maid for one of the days but when we requested that she come in, the only thing she did was make beds and empty trash. The urine at the base of the toilet ( which was there when we arrived, so, not ours) and the giant hand print on the mirror ( also there when we arrived) still present. She didn’t even replenish the TP supply. When we first arrived, we were in one room that had a horrendous musty, weed smell so I asked for a new room. I will give them credit for accommodating. The second room wasn’t quite as bad but the smell still loomed. Awful experience!

Property well maintained , my room was beautiful i was suprised for the price . Rooms were updated throughout extremely clean i was impressed my king bed was obviously also new with pure white looked brand new the sheets not even a left hair on my towels nor sheets, i definitely would stay there again verses the newer hotels in area.

The room was not ready for 3pm check in. At 4:30, it still took over 30 minutes to check in. We were not aware that the property is having a make over. The bed was clean, but the couch was old and the coffee maker was rusty.

The clerk checking us in was nice. The room we received, 228, looked like a crime had been committed. There waa no chain on the lock as if the room had to be busted into. The top hinge to the door was not attached (plastic Molly's do NOT work with the screws they had. The sink hot water never got hot. The shower took at least 4 minutes to get hot. The pillows for the king size bed were old and lumpy and belonged on a kid bed. The room was clean though. The unoccupied room below us was 5 star compared to our cell. 128 must be a 'show' room and the one in pictures becauae ours was a far cry. No phone in the room to contact front desk. Overall,do not book at a discounted rate (paid 80 bucks per night) and pay all in advance because you cannot check out early without losing your paid money even though it is because of the motels policies. Awaiting anyone from hotel to answer my complaints.

Too many carbs. Having eggs and a protein spud be nice. The room really needs updating. The furniture was scratched up, door paint is peeling off, and updated connections for electronics needs to be in place.

Danielle at the front desk is amazing!!! I called to make sure we could be assigned to a first floor room. She did that immediately and when we got there it was all set. I don't like that they actually charge your card $100.00 deposit and have to wait 4 business days to have it returned. Only downfall is the bed was soft but you roll to the middle of the bed. They need to replace them or fix the frame??

The room was clean, however the beds are hard and I do mean hard. I was so sore as it feels like you are sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sheet over it.

Electronic key card didn't work, had to ask manager on duty to unlock the door for us. No grab bar in the shower. Really needs an update. I

It was ok for a single night Had a hard time getting hot water and door needed weather stripping.

Room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff were extremely polite, efficient, and hard working. Older style motel, but very clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Pool and hottub were ok. There was no hot water to shower and that was every time ive stayed here and in a suite. People like hot showers.

Got there at 415 and our reserved room was not ready till 715. We had to miss our reservations was very disappointed with the housekeeping

Expedia confirmed my booking and assured me I had a reservation upon arriving in town. I asked for pet friendly and it was confirmed. Last room in town they said. When I arrived at hotel 10 minutes later, the desk clerk was very rude when she explained I don’t know why they did that, I do not have any rooms. I showed her my confirmation on phone as she went from one computer to another fussing. I said I would have to sleep in the car and after a while she miraculously found one room. A king suite. Which was what Expedia reserved for me. But no dogs she said. So my puppy had to sleep in the car, then stay with family in the area. Not a problem. Then she charged a large sum for deposit. I asked if it was for incidentals only and she said yes. Upon check out I was charged an extra fee for penalizing me because I booked through Expedia, (third party). I will never stay at this hotel again and I will continue to tell my experience when asked. The staff could have made it pleasant but their attitudes prove they need to stay there, no other brand would tolerate their attitude. The hotel itself was without amenities, no tv, no closet, no hangers, no clothes rack, no blanket, no bedspread, no iron and the sign posted on the bathroom mirror threatened to charge for each of these things if you took them. The filth needs not to be mentioned. It goes without saying. Never again.

A wonderful stay and staff was excellent ViP goes to Danielle pleasant helpful and by far the best in her field thanks for making my holiday weekend with my daughter one of the best 💯

The checkin was terrible. I felt sorry for the girl who was clearly overwhelmed and the gentleman (probably the owner) did not help her with the phone ringing off the wall. My first room had other people’s belongings so we had to change rooms. The key didn’t work for 2nd room. Had to go back to office for the 2nd time. I had no problem with the lady who works there. She was doing the best she could. Just needed some help. Some guests were loud and partied pretty late. That was irritating. The room is so drab and cheap. This is my last time to stay at a Days Inn.

The staff was really wonderful and you was definitely an upgrade from the place I had the night before.

Front desk person was rude and would not help me be refunded do to me never stepping foot inside this hotel.I was checked in fraudulently and was told that he didn't care about my frustrations.

Clean place located near a lot of dining options.

Police were always at the Day's Inn in Port Richey. The hotel in Punta Gorda was excellent. The hotel in Cape Coral was a party house.

The area is mostly quiiet.

It was just very nice. Lots of shopping and eating options close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

Seemed like a lot of homeless people living there. Found used heroine needles in the room. Shoes would stick to the floor. Dingy room. Very run down.

The shower had black mold all over it the bedspreads had cigarette burn holes in them the blow dryer did not work the door barely was shut and lock there were hookers walking through the parking lot the breakfast was totally empty by 9 o’clock

The staf were attentive and had good customer service skills. However, the place was under renovation so there were limited rooms. The room we got had a bath with no pressure and for the price it should have at least provided an iron, a mini fridge with a freezer in it wpuld have been nice, and only if there weren't so many honeless people doing drugs in the parking lots.

The staff was alright. The shower was good. The room was small with no closet. The exterior door would not close properly. There was a lot of traffic, motorcycle, siren and other noise. The bed was too soft. Breakfast is cereal, oatmeal, danish, toast and coffee. I would not stay here again.

The grounds are fair, although you can tell they're not paying much for the upkeep. Pool isn't bad but no frills either. Breakfast is one step above minimal. I extended our stay only to find out afterwards that when booking through Expedia again, there is a $40 charge for the time between check-out and check-in for the two bookings. The manager made it a point to say we were informed upon check-in. No, we most certainly did not. We didn't even change rooms. Booking through the hotel is 40/night more than Expedia. We needed multiple days, and paying $120ish extra was not worth "saving money by booking with us directly". On top of that my wife has a prescribed ESA animal from her Psychiatrist, and the cat can also tell when she's having heart problems and will bite her to keep her awake if I'm not around. The first stay was 5 days and it wasn't an issue. After the tense conversation upon recheck-in, a couple hours go by and we hear someone knocking. It was staff to tell us her doctor's letter prescribing the cat meant nothing, and that the ADA hasn't recognized cats as service animals since 2012 "And please pay your $25/day fee immediately for your 3 days. The only animals recognized as Service are dogs and horses......" Oh really......time to get us a pony. This used to be my favorite place to get away from the rat race of life, but unfortunately has become a place where the customer's cash is worth more than it's owner and cares little of needs, or legitimate health issues

It is dated & needs updating. Equipment like room conditioner & bathroom exhaust fan were noisy. Room drapes need to be replaced. Easy to find, breakfast was good. Relatively inexpensive.

First room they gave us water would not work in the tub and lamp would not work . The second room they gave us smelt like smoke and we saw what looked like roaches. The food was good for what they had and housekeeping was great. Would advise at this time to avoid this hotel.

Bathrooms were clean ans the beds were comfortable. The desk chairs are worn. Free breakfast: coffee, cereal, pastries, toast, and make-your-own pancakes. If you need a clean, quiet place with easy parking, and you're on a tight budget, this is the place!
