Fridge didn’t work. Bathroom faucet was broken. Other than that, great stay. Place definitely needs some love. Some renovations would give it what it’s missing. Fresh paint/pressure wash would do wonders. Great staff! Nice bar and restaurant! Awesome lobby and atrium. Top notch gym/sauna. Very Quiet. Nice pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

This property looks like it once had promise. But now it looks more than a bit worn and dated -- the decor is a bit cheesy. The rooms are big and clean with Aveda products, so that's nice. Service was "fine," but not what I'd expect as a Bonvoy member. Beware that there's an automatic inexplicable $12 parking charge & that the hot tub and sauna are both non-functioning.

We were there for an event in the hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive even with so many people to accommodate. Room was clean and still quiet with so many people running through the halls. Pool was wonderful and the workout room had machines you usually find in a gym only.

Beautiful property right off the interstate. Cone in for a quick overnight. Can’t wait to book a golf weekend in the future and get to spend a bit more time! Lovely staff and facilities.

Did not know Hall of Fame had closed but our stay at the resort was so enjoyable that it made up for that. Grandson and I love the place and will return ASAP. Grandson said it was best place he ever stayed. Swim pool and hot tub were great as well as the pool table and ping pong. Breakfast buffet was very good and service excellent. Will bring Grandmom next visit.

The hotel was very rundown – this is not a resort. The pool area had weeds growing from the pavers – Jacuzzi did not work – pool was ice cold – no umbrellas at the pool – plants in the planters, half dead. Furniture, outdated scratched, and ugly – orange and brown was from the 90s.

Very nice stay. Room was so comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Comfy bed. Mounted bottles of bath products in shower was nice. Very clean room and lobby area. Loved the wet bar area and small fridge. Beautiful large lobby to relax in.

My husband and I stayed here before and it was immaculate. We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff was really nice. But, this time our stay was uncomfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and got a balcony room, however the balcony area had mold/ algae, dead bugs and debris. In The restroom the tub was all rusted and worn. The sink was stopped up; took the sink stopper out and the water still was going down slow.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff was helpful and very friendly! I didn’t feel like the room was dirty, but it also didn’t look completely clean. There were dark spots in the corners of the room and bathroom. Those little areas trap dirt and such and are hard to clean, but it just gave me the ick.

We arrived after 10:30 pm, the check in process was fast and your front desk staff was excellent. Unfortunately, our room (817, and I’m guessing others as well) smelled very strongly of mildew/mold and was very damp/humid despite the A/C being very cold when we entered. I mentioned it immediately to my wife upon entering from the hallway and asked her if we should change rooms, but being late and with us tired from driving we decided to stay in the room for the night. I took an allergy pill as my sinuses were irritated as soon as I entered the room, and went to bed, upon waking I saw I had developed dark circles under my eyes from the obvious mold/mildew contamination in the A/C duct work and we both had headaches and irritated sinuses. A paper receipt I left on the nightstand closest to the corner with the A/C unit was damp to the touch/felt almost wet from the air in the room. Please seek out and fix the source of this mold/mildew/moisture as it is a serious health concern and not to the standards of any hotel, let alone a Marriott/Bonvoy/Renaissance partner.

The staff were very nice and kind. The hotel is outdated. Carpets gross, door to our room was swollen from humidity. Old wood door. The door was left open as Housekepping probably did not realize it needs to be slammed to shut. Hotel needs to be refurbished. Smells damp and moldy. TV never worked just needs to be completely remodeled!

The staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable with beautiful grounds, but the rooms themselves could use some updating. The door had a very large gap at the bottom which meant we could hear every conversation in the hallway or noise from the atrium. The bathtub had a lot of visible rust and the room had an old musty smell. If we were staying longer than 1 night I would have asked for a different room. For the cost I would probably stay elsewhere in the area. Hopefully they look into upgrading the rooms soon.

Great experience! From arrival to departure the staff were very friendly and attentive. John was welcoming and friendly. Was surprise to find Starbucks right at the gift shop which was quite convenient. The staff at the bar and reception was very friendly and accommodating as well. Will definitely return. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The balcony and sofa bed was added value.

Staff upon check in was indifferent and rude. Hotel decor is dated, mattress was uncomfortable and drunk guests in the atrium bar were loud until after midnight which reverberates throughout the hotel. This is an overpriced hotel in my opinion we should have spent 1/2 the price and been more comfortable elsewhere

Staff upon check in was indifferent and rude. Hotel decor is dated, mattress was uncomfortable and drunk guests in the atrium bar were loud until after midnight which reverberates throughout the hotel. This is an overpriced hotel in my opinion we should have spent 1/2 the price and been more comfortable elsewhere

Beautiful setting and excellent service from everyone there! Special mention for Ally at the front desk for being warm, welcoming and informative! The man at the coffee shop on 4/7 at 10:00 am was wonderful as well (forgot name) as well as the sweet housekeeper (room 414) who followed us out with an item we forgot! So thoughtful!!!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a great hotel to stay at especially if you have transportation and it is luckily by a Buccees and a Costco. It is within 20 to 30 min of the historical downtown area which was nice. The hotel staff were very nice and helfpul. The hotel is a little older and the room smelled a lil musty but it was clean and comfortable.

Nice resort, I didn't realize initially it was a lot further than many other hotels to get to downtown St. Augustine so the 30 minute drive to get there was the only downside really, mistake on my part though! Everything else was great about the place

The moment we entered your hotel we were met with friendly staff making us feel welcome! We were give the Presidential Suite room 932. Our suite was very cozy and accommodating. We did have a bee problem on our patio but maintenance promptly came up and sprayed. The suite needs updates and a deep clean (stained rug, water damage under wallpaper and dirty ceiling lights). With that said, we were extremely comfortable, felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious!! Dining and bar staff A+!! Grounds gorgeous and lot's of activities to keep busy!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Pretty grounds, golf course, felt safe to walk around the grounds. Staff was very nice, polite, helpful. Dissppointing though that not even a complimentary cup of coffee in the morning. Breakfast buffet was expansive, but frankly hard to feel like we ate $40 worth of food with 2 people at breakfast. ($20 each no matter how much or little you ate). Hardly a deal. Food was very expensive and really not that great in the "resteraunt"

We really like the room, it was really clean. The negative points: the bedroom's furniture had no drawers for the clothes, and the bathroom's fixtures need to be replaced they were all rusty. In regards to service; one of the reasons we chose this hotel is the room service, but the restaurant didn't honor the service times (we tried to order 10min before the time) Also when trying to order, they wouldn't answer the phone. We tried 3 or 4 times in 10 to 12 min intervals. We had to call the front office so we could place the order

The Air conditioning was not cooling the room enough on the 8th floor and my towel rack in the bathtub kept falling off. Outside of that, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The restaurant was great and the buffet for breakfast was amazing.

Amazing, quiet environment, very laid back. Beautiful views and access to gorgeous golf courses you can’t get anywhere else. Lovely nature walk around the village; Staff could not be more helpful, truly excellent people there. Our third time staying and will continue to go back!
