Nice to be near the water, would've been nice if the elevator wasn't down. Staying in the back and having to walk up and down every time to the other elevator in the front was irritating considering what it cost to stay there. Also paid for the breakfast buffet and there wasn't one available since they have a restaurant. However, the restaurant was good.

This was our first stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach and will not be our last! So much to love here! Location is excellent with on-site parking, various room styles to fit everyone, crystal clean pool with lots of loungers and umbrellas, fantastic restaurants on -site. Coconut Charlie's Grill and Bar at the front of the hotel offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. The beach bar at the back is perfect with open air seating, fantastic drinks, yummy food like appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and pizzas. The view at sunset is awesome!! Private cabanas with loungers for hotel guests are incredible! Hammocks for 2 to relax and enjoy! Staff is exceptional! Friendly, professional and they hustle to make sure you are well taken care of! Live music is a bonus at the beach bar. Couldn't ask for a more perfect vacation spot. Rooms all feature a balcony with full or partial ocean views. They are immaculately clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms feature heavenly soft pillows and mattress, large TV, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Beach towels and pool towels provided. 2 complimentary bottled waters daily. Entire property is well maintained and quiet for an enjoyable stay! Shout out to Anthony at the front desk, Eddie at the Bar and Grill, Marla and Shelby at the Beach bar and Janet at the pool! Entire staff is outstanding!! 5 star experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Restaurants onsite are good however one is overpriced. Rear elevator is convenient. Beach accesss good. Partial view room was blocked by palm tree - bummer. No hooks in bathroom for pajamas or towels. Comfy overall for a 4 night stay.

Went with my hubby for a 2 night get-away. Beach was nice, umbrella and chairs were included, but the nicer ones closest to the beach was an extra $25 per day. Coconut Charlie's in the beach area had great service (shout out to Shelby!) and great drinks. Menu was good but not a lot of options, just the essentials for a good quick meal. There was another entity of Coconut Charlie's in the front, more formal sit down kind, again menu was very basic and very expensive, did not try. Great restaurants within walking distance. Dunkin' was right across the street too! Front Check in was quick but same gentlemen at check in and check out was impersonal and spoke very scripted. Rooms were very clean. Sunsets were amazing. There was a pool, did not try as we are beach ppl, but looked clean and had lots of chairs and umbrellas as well. Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. Parking was easy (outdoor but gated). Great for all ages. Calm and cool vibes!

No reason to leave this property - Enjoy the Gulf and available lounges/chairs/umbrellas. The pool is lovely and has attentive servers and a charming pool manager. Rooms are kept clean and smelling fresh! Overall….a 10 experience.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for 4 nights/5 days and it was perfect! It was so hot and the pool was very cool and refreshing. The pool and Coconut Charlie’s tiki bar and restaurant were great! They provide pool towels, bottled water and beach cabana’s and chairs in the price of the stay. Loved everything about the property… small and cozy. Convenient to everything. The close walk to the beach was so nice. One thing I think could have been better was the cabana’s and beach chairs. They were a little beat up and needed replaced. They also anchor them down so it’s hard to move them around if you want more sun. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

A nice hotel with friendly employees. I booked our room as a partial view and we got a nice view from the room. Rooms 225-227 have the same nice view of the pool and a partial gulf view (the picture is attached). I think the price for the room was high for staying in March (around $600 per night). Little details in the room were nice, as bottles of water or extra pool towels. Cabanas are included and provided as first come, first serve. Short walk to the beach. Subway, publix are nearby and dunking across the street.

This was a perfect spot, no car needed! We walked to many restaurants. You can Uber if you want to go somewhere else, we went to the Pier and it was def worth it. The pool is clean the hotel is clean the rooms are clean. Everyone there is super nice. You get towels for the pool and beach. It’s a very chill and easy going vibe. It’s quiet and you don’t wait for a lounge chairs or cabanas. Definitely recommend the location and the hotel!

The location was perfect. It was a nice room facing the Gulf and beautiful beach! The room was nice too. We were a bit upset with the cleanliness of the room. There was toothpaste in the sink and the floor was pretty dirty. We asked for a partial cleaning the next day but it looked the same. I still had a great time and the sunsets are amazing!!

Upon arriving, there were hairs found in the shower. The refrigerator was not working, however, they did fix this. For any person sleeping near the air vent, be prepared to freeze all night.

This property was pretty good. Rooms were spacious and clean, shower head could use refurbishing since water easily sprayed out of the shower even with curtain fully closed. Could tell there was previous wall damage from that. Also, if you want fresh pool towels, make sure you get to the front desk or pool area EARLY to get them or else you’ll be left using your used towel from the day before. I suppose it’s more eco friendly, just was inconvenient. Appreciated the walkability to the beach and covered beach loungers available to hotel guests. Also loved the beach bar at the back of hotel. Great drinks and vibes!

We left another hotel due to mold issues and decided to stay here instead. The rooms were clean, and we slept great, which was a big relief. The pool was a nice amenity, but it felt a bit neglected, lots of bugs in the pool, and it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly. The hotel was fully booked, and dance music started around 9am, the bar/restaurant blasted dance music like it was spring break for college kids when there was literally just toddlers around. Not really the vibe we were looking for that early in the morning.

Overall, this property is good. My only issue is I paid up for a partial ocean view and got a room that looks out on a parking lot and the rather dumpy place next door. I wish I could post a picture. Not up to what I expect from Hilton. We were tripping over painters all through the facility when we were there

the food at Coconut Charlie’s was amazing. Service was excellent. We had 2 breakfasts and a dinner there and were delighted with all of it. The lost star was for the lack of quality bedding. the pillows were feather but flat and hard, the top sheet was layered with an uncovered duvet insert and a textured very light blanket? The pillow zippers are sticking out of the cases, and scratched me. The mattress was comfortable though.

The hotel is a great value hotel with access to the beach, room needs some upgrades, little bit small for families, the family of 4 should only gets 2 chairs at the beach (most of the time it’s not used so you can use them because the chairs are super far from the ocean)

This was our first time. We were supposed to have a room on the fourth floor but we chose the first because it was available around 12:00…when we arrived. We were very appreciative to have been able to check in early. However, the first floor was very noisy. There were dogs howling and barking, there were children running and crying everywhere, some people playing music loudly and this was when my son and I tried taking a nap mid day and again before bed. Maybe the fifth floor would have been quieter. But the staff was very friendly and kind. The room was spacious and very clean. The pillows we loved. The food at the restaurant both the front and back was amazing! I loved that it was all in walking distance, literally make a left or right. The drinks were also really well done. The bartenders and other staff were smiling and happy. Besides some rukus of people not controlling their dogs or children, we enjoyed our stay and would be recommending it. We will also be coming back. The pool towels were unlimited and even water was offered at the pool. There were plenty of chairs and cabanas. It was lovely! Thank you.

The property was very clean. The rooms do not have carpeting which is a plus for me. The beach was steps away and you get two chairs and cabana included with your resort fee. Very quiet and family friendly. Hotel is very close to good restaurants and there is a Dunkin Donuts and 7’11 right across the street. My only complaint which I feel needs to be addressed by the hotel is the placement of the air vents. We had a two queen bed room and one of the beds is uncomfortably close to the air vents. No matter how low we turned down the fan it still hit the person sleeping on the bed dead on and made sleeping very uncomfortable. Although I loved the hotel, this will make me think twice about staying there in the future.

Check in is at 4 but we arrived around 1pm they would call me when it was ready it would be just a short wait. The staff secured our luggage and we went out back to the beach. We came back after 3 and still no room. Ok fine we were assured it would be soon. We went and had dinner. We came back at 4:30 to still no room! It was after 5pm before we were able to get our room that was going to be ready shortly. I reserved this room online 2 months prior. Since when did hotels stop having Ice machines on each floor. The one and only ice machine is on the 1st floor. Our room was supposed to have a partial view. That view was of the hotel next door that has no doors and is under renovation. This is a decent hotel but not worth the $750 we paid for the 2 days we were there and for being late giving us our room.

The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are clean, the staff is polite, the only problem I had was that they mistakenly charged me $100 to my room that I supposedly spent at the shop and when I went to complain at the front desk they told me that they couldn't solve it at that moment because the manager was busy and that I should go and call because they had to check the cameras, later they realized that it was their mistake.

Upon arrival we asked for early check in. We were told that our room was ready but because it wasn’t 2:00 we would have to pay $50. We also were told that service is every other day, and if we wanted daily service we would have to pay for it. What hotel doesn’t includes daily cleaning service!! This was on Saturday at noon and by Monday afternoon we still had not received cleaning. We had to ask for towels at least 3 times before getting them. We complained at the desk to the manager and we did not receive even any apology - all they could offer was $30 off a resort fee. Well by Monday night we had to request toilet paper at the front desk. The front desk person walked to a closet and gave us two rolls which we had to bring to our room ourselves. The GM was rude and not helpful at all. The hotel itself seemed quite dated. The pool was like bath water and the food and drinks were completely overpriced. We will never stay here again. Terrible experience and we could not wait to leave.

We were charged for 2 extra nights and they refused a refund. I loved this hotel when we found it and we have stayed there 2 times. We go to area often because of family. This WAS our new go to place. They even confirmed our daily breakfast at the tiki bar had ended 2 days before they said we checked out. We left the key at the desk due to the long wait. I’m so disappointed. I would have settled for a credit. Customer service is dead. Everybody has strict policies that they can not bend. We basically handed them $700 for nothing!

The rooms were very clean! Staff were incredibly welcoming from check in and check out to wait staff at the restaurant! The beach bar was great and a perfect view of the sunset with fun live music ! We spent the entire day at the beach and had the option of included beach cabanas ! We had fun in the evening after dinner playing bean bag toss and swinging in the hammocks ! We will definitely be back !

We thought the staff was exceptional from The front desk (Tez) to the beach (Kelsey) and every where in between! The rooms were awesome, love the flooring (no carpet in rooms) . The breakfast at Coconut Charlies was excellent every morning we went. The drinks and the entertainment at Coconut Charlies on the beach were fun with good service. We have stayed at other places in the past, but we will be going back the the Hilton Garden Inn!
