Very nice and quiet, rooms a little out dated but room was very clean. Wash facility avail. And RV parking convenient. Our RV service took longer and staff was very helpful with additional stay thank you.

Nice place that allows pets, pool is clean, breakfast was great, staff was wonderful. My only complaint was that the beds were starting to sag so they were a little uncomfortable.

Overnight stay. If the A/C is on you will turn up the tv volume, when A/C kicks off you will turn volume down. And repeat. Low water pressure in shower. It worked for an overnight stay, wouldnt stay for multiple days. Its all outdoor entry meaning youre not inside the bulding to enter your room. No harm. Bed was good,pillows were good. Clean. Quiet. Served the purpose.

Desk personnel was great. Very nice and helpful. One of the reasons I booked this motel was because laundry service was available. Unfortunately the downstairs washer was broken and the upstairs washer was useless. My son and I had dirty bicycle clothes and they came out nearly as dirty as they went in. I spoke to the front desk clerk who told me most people use the laundry mat down the road. I wish I had known that before I booked the room.

Stayed for 6 days for work trip, had 2 rooms. There was a roach in my room day 1. When i left and checked out a day early, as a favor to them as they can now clean and rent the rooms, they wont reimburse my last nights as most choice, hilton, ihg, do for me. So they steal from you. Then lie and say its Choice policy. So in summary: They property is unclean enough to harbor roaches, and its ran by a thief and liar. I wont return.

From the moment I walked in the room and it smelled like it had been closed up for a month I knew it was going to be bad. Went to the rest room first thing and we saw a cockroach crawling beside the bathtub. Needless to say we got out there. Will not be back. I could only imagine the bugs elsewhere in the room.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The room was FILTHY, mildew on the shower curtain, dirt and hair and bathroom floor, outlet with NO cover, stained blankets, debris on carpet, the laminated tv channel guide was covered in food smears (I hope). It was so late so we asked to switch rooms rather than try to get a refund and find another hotel. When we switched rooms it was slightly cleaner. However, there was a giant hairball on the luggage rack, stained lampshade cover, and the shower did not work so we were still unable to shower. When presenting all this information to the front desk in the morning, there was no apologizing for the inconvenience. She simply seemed annoyed with me and was very rude!

It was just a place to sleep ! Broken furniture, the toilet seat was very worn and painted over ! Buy a new toilet seat ! The doors were split and peeling. Needs updated for sure !

I wish the room was more clean. Outside noise was very loud. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the next room over open a soda can let alone them talking. We just this stay as a resting point during travel but unfortunately didn’t receive very much sleep. I doubt we come back. If we had been able to sleep it may have not been so bad with it being a cheap stay.

Room they put us in had a refrigerator that kept knocking, the toilet you had to jiggle the handle in order to get it to stop running, and it was wobbly when you sat down. The bathtub dripped, and the mattress was extremely firm to the point of uncomfortable, it was kept pretty clean, which was a plus

Pulling a boat, we were worried about finding an accessible parking spot, but Sammy at check-in was very helpful. The room wasn’t great, though clean and well supplied. Beds weren’t very back-supportive, but the worst thing was poor lighting! A lamp on the desk would be a great addition.

Old hotel. Entry door was outside and door was all kicked in and needed painting. Interior was clean but old and needed painting. Toilet seat broken and dirty. Bed was supposed to be new pillow top mattress. Lifted up sheets and it was an old mattress. Air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast was typical stuff. Got cereal and the milk was sour.

Even if you use your app correctly, the hotel will not honor the stay, ie...if you book after midnight and put plus or minus so you can get it for midnight, the hotel will not honor, nor will they agree to a refund. I will not book this hotel again.

I went to front desk to checkin and the lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. I was hoping it was only in the lobby, so I asked to check in but was told that I would be charged $30 for an early checkin. It was 1:25 pm. There we’re two other women in addition to the desk receptionist all smoking in front, so I knew they were not overworked. With all that nonsense, I walked away and asked for a refund. Denied. I asked for a partial refund. Denied. I will never again stay at a Quality Inn. They are wrongly named.

Great stop over on our travels from Tennessee to Florida. Perfect accommodations for a restful night and a hot shower. The room was clean and quiet, and the free breakfast in the morning was just what we needed before getting back on the road. We will stay again on our next trip.

A good, clean, and affordable choice for the area. Shopping, good, parks, and experiences all within short distance of the hotel. Rooms were clean, slightly outdated but nothing I'd be picky about. Breakfast wa hot and better than I'd had before but nothing crazy spectacular. I would absolutely stay here again when I'm the area. Staff was honestly the politest I've EVER met at any hotel/motel before, that was fabulous!
