We enjoyed our stay. Very pet friendly.

Pool was closed without notice Thermostat in room was hanging from wall and missing batteries, room was 64 degrees Had to go get batteries from front desk and was told they knew about it but didn’t have any open rooms to switch. Later check in and the staff could only do what they could at the time.

Nice room and large. Good breakfast and plenty of parking. Wi-Fi worked, we got water and a snack at check in, would stay here again.

The reason we pick this place was for the heated pool which come to find out was broken. Was supposed to check in at 3pm which we waited on them to clean the rooms to only find trash underneath the bed. At 8am they evaluated us cause of sparks in laundryroom... So we just left all together . Called management all they can say is well things break and the sparks was out of our control. When you check in you have to give them another 50.00 for insurance which take days before they can return it to your card.

Really nice hotel. I had a job in Atlanta for a charter flight at the ATL. Airport property. This hotel fit perfectly. I had a late night and it’s just an hour north on I~75. Since live in midday Tennessee this hotel worked out perfect for me. Quiet location Room clean Great parking

Nice clean place with two discrepancies. The Hotels.com webpage has it listed with a bar. It does not have a bar. Also, pool was closed. Apparently the heater went out the day before we arrived.

Pool and computer room both had “Closed for Maintenance” signs on the door. Didn’t appear to be any maintenance occurring.

The room was clean and comfortable.Breakfast was disappointing: coffee pot was empty and not refilled during the time it took to eat a full breakfast, butter and creamer ran out, oatmeal was very runny. The business office was out of order. We often stay at Hampton Inn and this one was below average.

Service was great. Breakfast was ok. Pool was nice though. Just wish it was deeper but I know that’s how they are now a days. Staff was super nice and helpful

This was miserable! Bugs on the walls, mold in bathroom. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Stayed there because it has a pool and a good work space. Well, I get up to my room and there's a horrible high-pitched whining noise. Took me a half an hour to discover it's the fridge. Had to unplug it. Called service desk to ask them to come look at it. That was 18 hours ago. No problem! I'll just do some work at the desk... wait, where's the chair? Whoops, there isn't one. Okay, I'll just go in the p... nope, pool is closed for maintenance indefinitely. Shower then? Don't mind the black mold under the soap dish! Guess I'll just go down to breakfast, and eat some waffles with no syrup and some mushy gray french toast sticks. The bed is comfortable. Everything else has been a massive disappointment this stay. The sad thing is, it's still the best in Adairsville by a mile.

Room was not very clean(tub wouldn't drain properly and appeared to have grit in the bottom of the tub, carpet not vacuumed very well and phone/nightstand had grease spots on them). Overhead bathroom light not functioning. Bed was not very comfortable. Hot items in the continental breakfast was just warm. Everyone was very friendly. Bottom line the room rate was way too much for the accommodation.

We found three stink bugs in our room. Other than that, everything else was fine.

This was not the Hampton Inn quality we have come will expect and enjoy. The room was dusty, the pillow cases stained or dirty, the bed rock hard. While the hotel is older and furniture showing its age, that is not a problem. The rooms should still be clean and comfortable. As for the front desk, we told them to email the receipt. It’s been 5 days and we are still waiting.

We only stayed overnight at this hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good, too.

We were put in room 217. The room was terribly dirty… lamp base covered in thick dust, soap scum running from the shower soap tray, a DIRTY BATHTOWEL left hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and black MOLD growing all along the walls and ceiling in the shower/toilet room as the ventilation fan is non-functional. The bag for the extra linens for the pull out bed is empty and crumpled on the closet shelf and there is a used pillow on the shelf. (We had to go get linens from the front desk and were given a stack of half folded sheets and a dingy blanket) it is obvious the only room turnover was only making the bed. (And hopefully putting on clean sheets, but given the status of the rest of the room, it is questionable) I’m very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. I thought being a Hampton I would at least not have to worry about cleanliness. The furniture is worn and tattered, there is trash crammed between cushions in the chair. The pull out sofa bed mattress is beyond terrible, it is two inches thick and permanently creased through the center. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and will not have anything from the complimentary breakfast as I sincerely doubt the cleanliness of the preparation and facilities.

The hotel has an issue with lady bugs and stink bugs which based on the on-site signage at the location is a statewide issue but does not offer refunds for stays booked on the website with no disclosure of the issues. We would have elected to not stay at this location if we had known there was a bug issue. Many clients were expressing their dissatisfaction about the issue

We were traveling with a 2 year old and a 3 year old . My son’s autistic. We were put above a regular who works nights. My kids were on the bed most of the time playing with tablets and coloring . My son stims and so when he gets excited he will run. He is 33 pounds soaking wet. We got a noise complaint from the running. Why you would put small children above a regular is confusing. We were told quiet time starts at 10 this call was received around 6:40 pm…. So the person below us banged on the walls all night eve when my kids were sitting the rooms around us were loud with doors slamming ect but we were blamed for it. The tub had sand and dirt in it so we skipped baths for our kiddos. The back door was not locked so anyone could walk in and there is nothing to do or walk to around there for an over night stay with adults it’s fine just not kid friendly. I would have moved rooms of offered.

TV service was terrible! Guide did not match the channels, very limited channels, no NBC or ABC, service would freeze and the channel had to be changed for it to start again. No concern from the front desk.

Great room, clean and quite

Clean room was upgraded to a suite and it was really nice. Front desk agent was very sweet and helpful. Only down side was the bed wasn't the most comfortable but overall very happy with our stay.

Friendly staff, large room, decent price… but decor, furnishing etc was v average and needs a refurb I would call it standard middle of the road in all categories.

We expected more from a Hampton/Hilton hotel. It was the same as any other traveling one night stay, just pricier. We also had a long wait to check in. There was no clerk for over 5 minutes. They want you to use an app to replace the clerk.

The front desk was great!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a room for 2 queen beds for 3 adults. I got placed in a room that had 2 full beds instead. I took pictures and measurements and asked the front desk staff to switch us to a room with Queen beds since that is what we reserved. The general manager said that by "Hilton standards" the beds were considered Queen size mattresses... WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!? The front desk staff, specifically the general manager was very rude, dismissive and unwilling to let me see any other room because they were "all booked", which was a lie because I was able to go online and act like I was going to book a Queen room and there was definitely availability. They also informed me that they couldnt help me because I made my reservation through Expedia. This hotel is trash! I will definitely never stay there again!

The first impresson was not great. I called the hotel three times prior to checking in to let them know we would have a late check in. No answer. When we got there we waited over 20 to 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. The following morning we went to breakfast and even though they told us it ends at 10 am, breakfast was basically done before 9 am. I know the quality of breakfast to expect because it's usually all the same however, this was not it. Also didn't apperciate how the front desk lady treated the cook in the morning. Despite all of that, room was great! Clean and nice.

When we got there and got unpacked there wasn’t a remote for the tv, no Kleenex in the bathroom . The next morning my wife went to make coffee and there was a piece missing. I went to the front desk and told the lady and she said she would have to go get, but later I heard her tell at shift change she didn’t feel like it so we couldn’t make coffee, the shift change lady said she would get one but we never saw one

The manager on duty tonight was fabulous and very efficient

The staff were very friendly.

All the staff were friendly, happy and willing to help with a smile. Great experience definitely keeping on the top of our list of where to stay when we are traveling.

People were friendly and accommodating.

Judy was extremely helpful with check-in. She was so friendly, it was as if I had known her for years. She got us checked in super quick and also told us where we could see the fireworks. The lobby and the bathroom lobby were very clean. We are already planning our stay here for next year.

It is conveniently located just off Highway i75 which makes it very handy for my drives from FL home

Th room was clean. Staff was nice. Hamptons usually has a decent breakfast. At this one , both types of sausage patties were old and rubbery. There were only 2 slices of bread. The eggs were old and rubbery too. Only light yogurt was offered and one was in the bowl.

Room A/C work extremely well, staff was very attentive and Breakfast was well done and complements to the chef.

No towels in the room. Bag of dirty clothes hanging on bathroom door hook. Pillows on bed not arranged. Breakfast no knives were available to spread your butter or cut your food. No cup cuzzies but didn’t matter coffee was not very hot. Hot water thermos was empty asked for hot attendant there isn’t any

Our room was fine, our family had a broken bathroom door handle, lots of bugs in their room, one room had no hot water for showers. Elevators were out of inspection time (3 months past due). Grill was down for breakfast-I get renovations sure-but there was no fresh fruit-poor reflection on management, you know you’ll have guests, make a new order or run to the grocery. Staff were friendly, but hard to find. We were pleased with our actual room, but lacking in other areas.

My kids and I stayed here on our trip down to Florida. It was a long drive and this location was the best deal. In the morning the breakfast was filling and delicious, plus the woman running it was the nicest person we’d ever met. She said “come back again real soon!” And when we left my kids asked if we could come back. So we did! On the way home we stayed here again and it was just as perfect.

Very nice place to stay for a wedding at Barnsley Gardens. Check in person was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The food was good, employees worked hard to keep the food stocked and the dining room clean.
