Strong disinfectant smell in the room, quiet AC, maybe the worst motel breakfast in a few decades. Good parking if you pull a trailer, no road noise. Can't easily get to 85 because traffic is very heavy if you want to turn left. A nice Publix is two building over.

The tub stopper did not work, room door and bathroom door scraped and drug floor, hard to close bathroom door. Drawer in chest of drawers would not stay closed, kept sliding open. Ice machine broken, no ice.

It was adequate. Suite had not as nice as photos. Alotta wasted space e in the room. Elevator did not work so had to drag bags to second floor. Parking is limited.

Overall a good property with a winery, publix, and gas station in walking distance. Highway is very close as well. The staff were great, plenty of safe parking, and some of the best hotel breakfast I've had. The only issue is the room I had was humid and smelled slightly of mildew. My multivitamin tablets developed mold from the humidity.

Enjoyed my 4 day stay very much! Room was clean and well furnished. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, nice outdoor pool behind motel with woods behind it, felt very private. The only minor issue I had was the shower, which worked fine just was a little difficult to figure out. Really not much if an issue. Overall, highly recommend.

Time for this hotel to remodel. Carpets old and look dirty. Room was clean. Single elevator was dirty. Cleaning crews were friendly. Breakfast items were often not available and had to bring attention to front desk each day. Juice machine out of order. The ad for this hotel made us believe it was a really great place to stay so we were willing to pay the higher price. Disappointed

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillow are always comfortable. We stay at this property often when in the area, but lately have noticed a decline. Carpets leading to room are filthy, bathroom ceiling had severe water damage and mold around baseboards and the smoke detector was missing! Such a shame as this is our go to hotel when in The area, but unfortunately will not be returning or recommending.

I've never seen mold growing out of the headboard or in the pictures. Please don't try to say it was me. These type of things don't just appear. It's ok though you have received your payment and I just hope you all get this place to standards. I just want you to know I was not hear for a report. I was only hear for an emergency stay.

Rooms were very clean, well organized, smelled good. Temperature control worked well. Breakfast had multiple options, freshly cooked and restocked. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Exterior/ lawn well maintained. No negative remark. Satisfied with our 5 night stay.

Every staff member I encountered was pleasant. The room, lobby, and breakfast area were all clean and the floors were not nasty and sticky. The location was quiet, hopefully the changes to I-85 won't change that once it's done. I'd stay there again.

Went to a ladies conference in the area and stayed overnight at the Baymont. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the towels nice and fluffy. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well, which is unusual for me, as I don't normally sleep well on my first night of travel. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast the next morning was also tasty and the staff friendly and courteous.

The room was clean everyday and very comfortable. I was there because my husband was in the hospital nearby so I came in around 7 and left early every day. I usually brought fast food or whatever I could find for dinner and the little table (I think it was meant for a computer) served as a tv tray and the nice chair were the perfect combination for me to relax after a long stressful day. The mattress was also one of the most comfortable I have found in a hotel.

Our room was very narrow. Once we got the luggage cart in there wasn't much room to navigate. The shower rod was broken and the shower curtain sagged in the middle of the rod causing water to go all over the bathroom floor. Notified staff and they didn't do anything about it.

I stay here about 1x/year for an event in Braselton. Property is older, but usually nice and clean. This past weekend I stayed two nights. We are not handicap but were placed in a handicap room: - Woke Sunday morning to a bug in the bed. -Shower Head was removable, but would not stay upright on the stand, bolt was loose. Had to hold entire time. -Wall pipe for shower banged the entire time shower was on. -Soap wrapper shoved in shower seat (not mine) - AC did not cool room - TV would not work. Front desk said to reset.. which didnt work.

Everthing was clean and looked great. They had the best breakfast in any place we have ever stayed. Made fresh eggs and biscuits when we went at 9:00 am (shutdown at 9:30) Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I have one suggestion, there should be Gideon bibles in the rooms.

There was no check in. I stood at the desk for 45 minutes, called numerous times. Called corporate, walked around the property. Nothing. I had to ask for a refund and go find another hotel. awful property.

The lady in the front was rude, we told her so many, many, many times that the orange juice was out, she didn't get a dam about the juice she just keeps playing with the computer...so I don't recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay in because once they got your $$$ they don't care about you!!!

The staff was amazing and helpful. Friendly. Room and lobby were clean. I would stay again. Right across the street from Chateau Elan. You can NOT walk across but it's less than a minute drive.

Very close to Road Atlanta, about 10 minutes. Plenty of places to eat close by. Just off I85 also. Nice to have a place that serves real breakfast and not just pastries. Very satisfied with my stay.

Stayed at this property on my way to Charlotte,NC and on my way home. It was a good halfway point. Lots of nearby restaurants. Hopefully one day they will change from carpet to luxury vinyl plank.

Property was good. Road work was being done in front of the place installing round-about's. Unfortunately, they aren't on my GPS yet and the locals apparently have never seen one before, so it took a couple of tries to find the entrance down a side road. Staff was very nice. Room was small. I think it was handicap accessible but no room to put a wheel chair in the room. Bathroom was large with a walk in shower that was nice. Floor was slicker than hot chicken fat on a wet door knob though after a shower. Need to be very careful when exiting and walking around until floor is dry. They have complimentary hot breakfast which also includes the usual cold selections.

Not Baymont's fault but much road construction in progress and even getting to the property for the first time was confusing. I suggest that Orbitz and/or Baymont send a message to guests w/ reservations warning them of what to expect and directions to the hotel.

Visited during road construction so it was hard to navigate to get into the parking lot. Once this is done it should be easier. Breakfast was a few hot things and then regular pastries, bagels etc. Room was clean. Service was nice. One thing I did not like was I received a text at 7:30am asking what time we were going to check out when check out is at 11:00am anyway. I thought that was rude.

Nice place to spend the night if you are in the area visiting, just passing through, or spending a weekend at Road Atlanta like me. Breakfast is good, and earlier than some other places, starting at 6am, so that helps with the crazy 7:30 drivers meetings!

We were initially checked into a suite that stunk of freshly smoked cigarettes. We immediately returned to the desk to get another room. The staff verified the issue and moved us to a similar room. The room was great... the door- not so much. It is warped and took some brute force to get it to shut and lock. The breakfast was nice although the juice machine was broken and i couldn't find the bottled juice to replace it.
