Staff was friendly, quick service, nice location. But the main issue and caused a change of our plans was due to the amenities in the hotel were not available. Pools were out of service (due to remolding) but the front desk said the pools been closed for years and apparently remodeling. This was unexpected being the hotel was advertised with such amenities. My family was looking forward to pool days/evenings as it was part of our schedule for activities. And upon arriving there’s a sign out only, nothing mentioned up front by staff; until I asked: she pointed to a side sign . So I would suggest updating such info on the applications hotel location info and hotel website on the amenities that are actually working. Now I understand that sudden things break down but in this case it was not in function for years . So there shouldn’t be an excuse for lack of information on sites . There should be/have been a credit due to this inconvenience.

Good stay. Room was clean. There were some cosmetic things going on with the room mainly scratched up walls. Bed was very comfortable. Room had good amount of space but bathroom is a little cramped. Very quiet. Pool is still closed.

It is a decent hotel. It's comfortable and fairly clean. There were a few minor things people may want to know. We were on the first floor. They have floodlights pointed at the windows from the parking lot. Even with the blinds pulled down light got in. The room was small and laid out weird. The mini fridge and microwave were at the end of the bed. The bathroom vanity is small and there is not much room to do make up or lay out toiletries, especially if you have more than one person getting ready. The pool is closed, if that's important to you call ahead and see if they got it opened up yet. Overall it was a fine stay but when we were here before we had a much better room.

My family went to this location to go swimming, POOL is CLOSED until SPRING for renovations. Very clean rooms, bed was not as comfortable as some joyless I’ve slept in. Melissa, at the front desk was very helpful.

I’ve spent 20+ years traveling to Cleveland regularly and this is among the best values for money if you can catch the right price.

Our room was spacious and well lit. The front desk staff as well as the breakfast server were friendly and helpful. All of the housekeeping staff that we encountered were friendly and greeted us warmly as well. And may I say that the breakfast itself was EXCELLENT! There was a wide selection of food items to choose from and they were all delicious!

A few hits and a couple of misses. The property suffers from a 70s era design layout. Rooms are on the smaller side with no separate sitting areas and no couches in the room. The only comfortable place to sit is in an easy chair that faces away from the tv. My room (night 1) had a very poor quality mattress. Could only sleep for a few hours and had a sore back. I sought a room change and that was a win. The 4th floor is an “executive level” with better quality decor, bedding, tv, etc. much more comfortable all the way around (2nd night). Front desk and restaurant staff were pleasant. The bar / lounge (Alfredo’s) was renovated in past couple of years. I actually like the original layout and theme more than the rather stark new version. Food and service were spot on.

They allowed us to check in early and we were so thankful for that as we had a long trip to this location. Employees were so nice and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was so comfortable. Only complaint is the walls and doors very thin... Heard neighbors and people in hallway.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, friendly, and kind. The breakfast buffet Sunday morning was excellent and the woman serving us was so sweet to the kids! Room was very clean and provided all dove products. I would 100% recommend this hotel and use it again if we are back in the area.

We booked this hotel for its closeness to Cleveland Clinic-Mayfield Heights. It was a last minute booking and everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean. Wonderful price for a short stay.

The hotel is clean and safe and just off I-271. This made it an affordable option with easy access to the Cleveland Museum of Art and both Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Brecksville Reservation. There are not really a lot of restaurants next to the hotel; you'll have drive a mile or so south. But there is a Heinen's supermarket about half a mile away.

Our room was spacious and well lit. The front desk staff as well as the breakfast server were friendly and helpful. All of the housekeeping staff that we encountered were friendly and greeted us warmly as well. And may I say that the breakfast itself was EXCELLENT! There was a wide selection of food items to choose from and they were all delicious!

Property lives up to the brand\'s standard and our room was nice and clean. Service was attentive and friendly. Kudos to Gale, who got us some coffee when we arrived. Only downside was the "hot" breakfast, rather cold and scarce around 8 a.m. the first day. The restaurant seemed to be closed both times we walked by so not sure. A little disappointing. We will probably stay again, but just eat elsewhere.

We had a "wondeful" view of the closed pool under construction. The breakfast was mediocre at best and the coffee was so horrid that we had to throw it out.

The restaurant in the hotel Alfredo’s at the Inn was fantastic. We had brunch, dinner, and breakfast. The food was amazing. Even though the continental breakfast was free for the guests, we wanted to try the breakfast on the menu.

The hotel is nicely updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Since Holiday Inn took over the restaurant, breakfast at Alfredo’s is now mediocre at best - in our past visits when the restaurant was privately owned, we had many EXCELLENT meals at Alfredo’s. That is not the case now!

Stayed for a concert. Easy to get to minus the road construction which made the street one way. Comfortable, clean, all staff was friendly and we slept fantastic!

This stay started off well. Check in was easy, and they even allowed my party to check in early which was kind. Our stay was mostly uneventful. The front desk was nice and easy to work with. The room was clean. The tub had a large black scratch in it that looked like a crack but no worries it wasn’t cracked. Check out was quick and painless. Unfortunately I had left an AirPod behind in the room and it couldn’t be located. It was never turned in by housekeeping. RIP AirPods.
