The property needs renovation. Also, the bistro is only open for 2 hrs in the am.....ridiculous!!

The only elevator in the property was not operational. My 78 year old mother had no choice but to climb up and down the stairs.

Rented this room so I would have a pool. Got to property to find pool is closed due to renovations. Very very very disappointed! I would not have stayed in this location had it not be advertised as a property with a pool. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This stay was overall okay. I was upset the pool was closed due to construction.

The hotel itself is very nice, but only one elevator and the way it’s designed can lead to long walks when struggling with luggage. Also, there is only one washer and one dryer at the hotel and they can only handle small loads. While I appreciate laundry facilities being onsite, more machines would be helpful. The area is great with easy access to I-85, restaurants and shopping, plus plenty of Asian influences and K-pop if people are interested.

I booked this reservation because I thought the pool would be open and it wasn't that just killed the whole vibe of staying there

When we checked in, we were told the elevator was broke and there’s only one then we were told the icemaker was broke. It took a good 1520 minutes to get a luggage cart, but after that, everything was good.

Great location for our mother's day weekend Spa day. The bar wasn't open, this was our main reason for picking this hotel.when asked the receptionist replied that it's not open at night. W-H-A-T!!!. That's the only explanation she gave. I was dumb founded so i just left. There was no lobby coffee/water which clearly stated there was when i looked at amenities. The rooms were very nice with a balcony. I liked that it had two separate areas livingnroom and bedroom with 50 inch TVs. I might stay again but will probably call about their bar before booking; it could've been a one time issue

Construction made it difficult to navigate the hotel. Only 1 elevator. The people were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, slept well in my bed!

Room smelled like open sewage. We could not flush the toilet. Called front desk and they said they would send someone up to repair the issue. No one ever attended to it. Sleep was near impossible with the scratchy, dirty sheets and lumpy mattress. Ongoing construction caused a disruptive check in process. Front desk was impossible to reach for any help.

Overall okay, location is good. Neat and clean. Room cleaning is nit offered everyday.

Very nice rooms. Very clean room, carpet, bathroom, halls. Convenient to interstate and events. Had great workout facility. Staff was very responsive and professional. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it. Pool area was enclosed and very nice altho closed for the season when i visited

I had a 1 night stay at Suite room. In general, the room was spacious than others with bedroom and living room separately. However, it had weird smell since there is no air ventilation. If you don't open the balcony door, it's hardly breath and indeed I suffered bad sinus allergy from the smell and air-con. Moreover, bith pillow and bed sheet were smelly. I thought they did not change the pillow and bed sheet for weeks and that smell was sweat smell. I could not sleep the whole night due to thag smell and bad air ventilation in the bed room. It was not worth for ~ $180/night.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Staff were very apologetic and offered me a free coffee, however I will not be coming back here again.

The property is very well maintained. The rooms are excellently clean and the atmosphere is very quiet and calm. The hotel itself is easily accessible and we never had an issue finding parking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and me and my family would stay here again.

The toilet were dirty (old urine on the toilet seat fasteners in 2 of the rooms. Air Conditioning was leaking on the carpet in the room with a clean toilet, figures…

We had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and nicely maintained.

The room was very nice, but our room was not cleaned nor provided fresh towels. Per the front desk the housekeeping is scheduled for every other day. The weekend we checked was not the day. That was disappointing. We had to request fresh towels. That info could have been provided at check-in.

My stay was outstanding. The hotel was clean, quiet and had a new smell not your typical hotel smell. There wasn't no smoke smell at all on the premises. The staff was phenomenal and made sure all questions or whatever accommodations were fulfilled. I'll definitely book again.

The bed and pillows were awful!

The location and cleanliness were good, but the mattress was one of the worst I’ve experienced. It creaked every time I moved, and the middle was badly sunken, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It definitely seems like it’s time for a replacement.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was pretty clean except for a questionable large stain on the carpet. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and could hear everything in rooms next door , hallway and could hear the cars passing by outside. Had a hard time sleeping because of this.

The hotel was ok. The tv didn’t work most of the time. Bad cable service. The sink didn’t get hot water at all. The shower head didn’t have a good flow. It was noisy in the early mornings. I did however like that being on the second floor we had a small balcony with a door that had a screen. We had the door open for some fresh air during the day. Checking in the person didn’t tell us anything except our room number. No info on WiFi or anything.

It was under renovation, but working well around it and didn’t inconvenience the guests. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient. A couple little things that definitely could’ve been better. The tv didn’t work, but I was tired and didn’t want to bother with having anyone come look at it. And the fridge was turned up to coldest but was barely cool enough to chill water.

The property calims to be recently remodeled but has NO vents in the bathrooms, so the room gets overwhelmed with humidity. The AC only works to cool at 65 and below; above that the HEAT turns on and the room is insufferable! The AC rattles and makes a high piercing sound the whole time it's on! The employees were nice. But the hotel is uncomfortable to stay at! And the website is not factual about the facility at all!

I liked the property. They were doing some renovations. What i didn't like was the 100.00 deposit i had to pay and now i have to wait days to get my money back.

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff

This hotel was a true "mixed bag" experience. My first impression was horrible when i arrived to check-in and the lobby door was locked. I rang the doorbell repeatedly for over 20 minutes and got no response. Then i called the hotel's local number and was sent through a series of automated communications that eventually put me through to the corporate reservations system to speak with a live person. I explained repeatedly that I was at the hotel entrance to check-in and the lobby door was locked. The customer service representative told me "There's nothing I can do, call the local number." Seriously?! There IS something you can do...YOU AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CAN CALL THE HOTEL AND GET SOMEONE TO UNLOCK THE DOOR!! NOW!!! When the front desk person finally came to let me in (I strongly suspect he wasn't at the desk for 20 minutes to hear/see me ringing the bell), he had the audacity to shrug off the situation by saying "um...i guess somebody locked it. I dunno." The room itself was very clean and nicely furnished with everything in good repair and comfortable. However, the refrigerator has a 2 hour timer on it! You can turn it on for 2 hours, then you have to press a button to keep it on for another 2 hours. I generally only need to keep half and half for my coffee, but this timer was ridiculous! I want to say that the housekeeping staff were wonderful and always friendly in the halls, but the front desk staff were often absent and consistently rude.

Receptionist was very unfriendly and unprofessional. My husband asked for closest entrance to our room from parking lot and she was very mean and told him to just go around the building. We ended up stopping and went into two entrances to find our room is upstairs. 😨

They over booking and the lady on front desk do not want give me my room even when I have my reservation pay online . She was really rude. When I ask to talk to the manager or a phone number to call ,she say is no manager here is not any number either. She wants to cancel my reservation. But when she sees me calling to the corporation. She finally give me my room .

The staff was very unfriendly at check-in and rudely asked for a credit card without any explanation before mentioning the deposit. This was the most unpleasant check-in experience I’ve ever had during my travels.

The property is tucked away into a little isolated street that connects 2 busier areas. I liked this location but there are some homeless walking by. Other than that its perfect.Very clean, staff was friendly, very quiet I enjoyed my stay and would book again. I do wish the onsite restuarant was more accessible but other than that I have no complaints.

I enjoyed my stay however the hotel restaurant is not connected to the interior of the building. You will have to walk outside or drive around to the front of the building to have access to dining room.

Pool didn't open until a week after my departure. That wasn't mentioned on the site. We booked there specifically to enjoy the pool. Would've gone elsewhere had that been mentioned. Staff was very nice. They were the highlight of my stay. The hours at the bistro are not great. I want to sleep in on weekends, not race to get food. It's ok if breakfast is over but the bistro closes. Going elsewhere is your only option. All in all, it was a comfortable place. I'd recommend it but only during certain times of the year.... like summer after memorial day.

Customer service was excellent, breakfast was great. The only negative is that our room had a little weird smell to it.
