The maneger Sam does not has any consideración for senior and also no manera. I found a lot of roaches the first day, the room was not clean. Only two spanish ladiesvone from Colombia and the other ladeo from Venezuela were so nice, kind with me. The only reason I states in the hotel was I was closely to work. I don’t recommended Duluth location to anybody. So simple.

I should have done more research or known that I was getting what I paid for. We arrived late in the evening, so I wasn't surprised that there was 1 employee at the front desk when we arrived. I had booked accommodation for 4 people - 2 adults, 2 children - in a king room with a pull out bed. When we arrived, the room was in decent shape but had some dirty spots on the comforter on the bed. There were 3 pillows on the king bed, but the sofa bed had no sheets or bedding, just what seemed to be the factory plastic on the mattress - no additional bedding in the room. When we called the front desk for bedding, we were told we had to come down to get the sheets because there was no one else on shift and he was not allowed to leave the desk. We received 3 flat sheets for the pull out (no blanket) and asked for extra pillows to accommodate the 4 people in the room but were told they do not give out extra pillows so I slept on one of the flat sheets balled up and fortunately we brought the kids' blankets from home. Thankfully this was only a one night stay as we could hear the road noise all night and the halls smelled of other guests' substance use. Would not recommend.
