Conforme au descriptif; Chambre + cuisine. Table un peu petite pour 3 personnes. Perte d'une étoile pour le parking qui est trop petit par rapport au nombre de clients. Les camionnettes rendent l'accès difficile aux places.

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Viele Monteure und dementsprechend ab dem frühen Nachmittag der hauseigene Parkplatz immer mit Transportern belegt. Der Gastgeber hat aber weitere Stellplätze auf einem angrenzenden Lidl Parkplatz. Ansonsten ist es eben ein Gewerbegebiet. Der Thai Imbiss ist super, auch die Pizzeria in der Nähe war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und auch sauber. Check-In an einem Automaten klappte hervorragend.

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Viele Monteure und dementsprechend ab dem frühen Nachmittag der hauseigene Parkplatz immer mit Transportern belegt. Der Gastgeber hat aber weitere Stellplätze auf einem angrenzenden Lidl Parkplatz. Ansonsten ist es eben ein Gewerbegebiet. Der Thai Imbiss ist super, auch die Pizzeria in der Nähe war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und auch sauber. Check-In an einem Automaten klappte hervorragend.

Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft, das Zimmer, das wir hatten Zimmer war für 2 Personen etwas klein muss man sagen aber ok. Parkplätze gibt es zurzeit etwas zu wenige, habe gerade noch den letzten freien bekommen, ansonsten müsste man woanders parken. Die Lobby ist im Gegenzug allerdings sehr groß. Den Herd haben wir trotz vieler Versuche nicht zum warm werden gebracht, lediglich die Zahlen blinken die ganze Zeit, hier wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung notwendig!!! Lidl ist fast direkt daneben, McDonalds ist in paar Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso eine Tankstelle Alles in allem eine solide Unterkunft!

Auf den ersten Blick wirkte das Zimmer sehr ansprechend. Leider war der Fußboden nicht wirklich sauber. Einen Besen, bzw. Handfeger suchte man vergeblich. Auch die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war sehr minimalistisch: keine Kaffeemaschine, es gab nur einen einzigen Topf und sehr wenig Geschirr. Das Bett war sehr gut, Internet ging auch, Fernseher funktionierte.

Mein Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten in diesem Apartment-Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bett war sehr gemütlich und alles war super sauber! Einige hatten sich in ihren Bewertungen über den Lärm und die Parkplätze beschwert. Beides kann ich nicht bestätigen ! Ich hatte jeden Abend nach 21 Uhr einen Parkplatz und habe abends und morgens niemanden gehört. S Bahn Haltestelle 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit der S Bahn braucht man 30 Minuten bis zum Marienplatz. Lidl direkt neben an. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen und wieder kommen.

I did not have a good experience. I had booked online but when I went later I saw that the hotel was very far from my family and friends. I wanted to check out after one night and they did not give me my money because I stayed one night and they charged me for three more nights and at the same time their reception was very rude. And the room was very dusty and even had a lot of mosquitoes. I did not have a good experience overall.

Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were spacious enough. The internet connection could be better/more stable; small cup for toothbrush would be convenient as well as more than one coat hanger. Walls seem to be a little thin, I heard my neighbour’s phone vibrate.

Room reasonably priced for Munich area. Very close to train station for ride to city center. Room was clean and laundry available downstairs. The only negatives were we expected at minimum a refrigerator, which there wasn’t one and AC did not work, which made room a little uncomfortably warm. Also, no counter top area in bathroom. But, it served its purpose and the good out weighed the negatives. Highly recommend Viva Pizzeria across the street.

The apartment was a little far away from city centre without a vehicle, but the walk from the nearest train was only about 10 to 12 minutes. The apartment felt like a cross between an apartment and hotel with a small kitchenette in the room. It was very clean and the bed was comfy. For two people it was a little bit tight but manageable. The kitchen didn’t have very many items (two forks, two bowls, two knives two spoons, two…), so it is good for quick cooking using a microwave or stove.

We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge.

Positiv : parkplatz vorhanden. Check in war ok. Zimmer im dg sehr klein und mit dachschräge. Auf dem tv liefen nur ein paar tv sender. Bei vielen sendern immer wieder aussetzer und ruckler. Bett für eine große person schon recht kurz.

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Viele Monteure und dementsprechend ab dem frühen Nachmittag der hauseigene Parkplatz immer mit Transportern belegt. Der Gastgeber hat aber weitere Stellplätze auf einem angrenzenden Lidl Parkplatz. Ansonsten ist es eben ein Gewerbegebiet. Der Thai Imbiss ist super, auch die Pizzeria in der Nähe war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und auch sauber. Check-In an einem Automaten klappte hervorragend.
