I arrived at 9pm. The entrance and car park area was pitch black and taxi driver could not locate. Outdoor lights must be broken & it makes hotel look unoccupied. My room was nice. Sauna only opens at 5pm and costs €5. There is a gym room but only 2 dumbbells and 3 exercise machines.

Fünf Außenstellplätze und eine eigene Tiefgarage. Die Nähe zur S-Bahn Station ist super (nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß) und dann auch nur 17 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zum Marienplatz. Familienzimmer mit Spülbecken, Kühlschrank und kleinem Ofen/Mikrowelle. Alles sehr sauber. Leider keine klassische Hotelbar, sondern nur eine "Open Bar" an der Rezeption. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein paar schöne Restaurants oder Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe waren wünschenswert.

Sono stata con mio marito e i miei due bambini in questo hotel per poter visitare Monaco. Devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto. La camera splendida. Molto ampia con camere separate e bagno altrettanto grande. Pulizia impeccabile. Il personale della reception molto disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni che volete e gentile. Una mattina abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel e pure quella era squisita con tante portate tra cui scegliere. Inoltre vicino all'hotel c'è la metropolitana (in quella zona è un treno veloce esterno, non la metro sotterranea) con la quale andate tranquillamente in centro a Monaco. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi ristorantini in cui cenare. Un hotel assolutamente consigliato!!

Hotel moderno in posizione periferica a Monaco ma con S bahn a soli 4 minuti a piedi, con la quale si può raggiungere il centro in circa 18 minuti. Parcheggio in garage sotterraneo a pagamento collegato direttamente all' Hotel. La camera viene rifatta ogni giorno (cosa non così scontata visto il periodo del Covid). Personale della reception Cordiale e attento. Colazione molto varia con prodotti salati ma anche dolci (mini croissant, pain au chocolat, pane e marmellata e cheesecake). Se tornassi a Monaco sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura visto l'ottimo raporto Qualità Prezzo.

Vi havde 1 overnatning inden vi skulle videre sydpå til Kroatien. Overnatningen fungerede rigtig godt, og den ekstra opredning var klargjort til os da vi ankom. Sovesofaen i stuen var en smule hård, men ellers var lejligheden opbygget virkelig godt, hvor soveværelset og stuen seperat havde adgang til toiletter, så man ikke vækkede dem der lå i det andet rum.

Free wifi is unusable. They want to write free wifi to get customers. Then when customers come they want money for wifi. Free wifi is 20kb/s. Also shower has no peessure. Cant feel like i was showered. Free parking only a few spots. I had to find street parking. In genreal clean and nice fresh hotel. I like it. But street noise can be heard.

The place is good except that the internet is very bad. In our room there was no way. They moved us to a smaller one and we had to buy a premium package and even paying we didn't have stable internet. The other thing is that there are no restaurants near the Hotel and those that exist are of very poor quality and service (most of them do not have internet for clients). The hotel staff has a vocation for work (difficult in everything that is "service" in Germany) but it was not enough. I had to work and this forced me to move north of Munich to a hotel that said "high speed internet in ALL rooms".

Location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast were great, the rooms however had major problems with poorly sealing balcony doors that allow cold air and traffic noise from the adjacent traffic circle to enter the units we occupied. The first junior suite we were allocated had large gaps around the balcony doors and tilting window in the bedroom. The noise from cars and trucks outside was very perceptible and the room was drafty. The second unit was a little better noise-wise with a quieter bedroom, but the balcony door in the living room area didn't seal well and we had to prop a chair against it to reduce air and noise leakage. The suite was very cold because the thermostat didn't work. When we pointed this out, we were offered a plug in heater and/or blankets. The unit was still very cold in the morning which made showering an unpleasant experience. The staff were friendly and cooperative but unable to really help with the technical problems. Our underground parking was refunded and we were given a free breakfast voucher for future use which was really nice but didn't avert the fact that we had a pretty bad experience at this hotel.

We always enjoy our stays at NH Unterhaching. Five minute walk to the S-Bahn into Munich and also for grocery shopping. Quiet location and convenient garage parking. Their staff is very accommodating and professional.

The first night experience was very bad, I checked in after 10pm and the room assigned to me was hot because the air-condition was not working and a lot of noises from the bar two levels below my room were heard because one of the windows is faulty (can not be closed). Although the front counter staff offered me a fan, free breakfast and free wifi immediately (the hotel was fully booked), I was disappointed and started to explore to stay in other hotel for the next two nights. I changed my mind after the general manager Mr Becker met me in the early morning next day. He explained that the air-condition was working but not as effectively as expected because of the high temperature in Munich (about 33 degree). He not only offered sincere apology but also had great service recovery plan. I was very impressed and it turned out to have the best experience staying there. If you visit munich, choosing NH Unterhaching will never go wrong, If something went wrong unexpectedly, Mr Becker and his team are always ready to help you and your satisfaction is guaranteed. By the way, the hotel room is very big and clean with almost everything you expect from quality hotels.

I've stayed here on many occasions over the years and it never disappoints. The rooms are lovely, big, clean and with everything you need and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Only a short hop on the train into central Munich, would recommend!

Schöne moderne Unterkunft. Die S-Bahn Station erreicht man in weniger als 5 Gehminuten und ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Zentrum von München. Wir waren in allen Punkten sehr zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt. Preis Leistung stimmt hier noch.
